  1. QR codes for fund donation pages are great. We could use them also for funds that are set as Private, but are visible through the affiliate Giving Hub. There are URL's for those affiliate fund donation pages but no QR codes through CSuite.

  2. When we use outlook, we have to manually add the fund name and note type. We also have to manually add the sticky. Would be helpful if we could choose this. Would also be helpful to be able to create a task from the outlook email. And, if multiple funds/profiles could be chosen, bonus!

  3. Profile > Engagement Tab - Invited Active Campaign list

    Right now when you delete a campaign from the "Invited Active Campaigns" list (under the Engagement Tab of the guest's profile) it refreshes to the related campaign page. It would make more sense to stay on the initial Profile, we were in that Profile for a purpose or we would have deleted them from the Campaign side.

  4. Many of our donors have called in after switching to the new C-Suite portal stating that none of their previous grantees are showing up. I have found that the issue 90% of the time is that they are not clicking in the blank box to view the list.

    Once I ask them to try the issue is solved and they all mention that this box should have the drop down icon or in someway make it more obvious that they have to click the blank field to pull up the list.

  5. We would like to be able to attach a file such as a letter or image to our fundholders with their quarterly statement. This would enhance fundholder (donor) communication and relationships.

  6. We work with organizations with high administrator turn over. When replacing a new administrator, they need to be set up as a Fund Advisor and then we have to manually add each individual fund. This is cumbersome.

    Under "add funds" function, can you add a "Fund Advisor Like...." option that would allow multiple funds to be added at once. For example, Mr. Smith leaves an organization, can Mr. Brown be set up as a Fund advisor, click Add Fund, and Set up funds "like": [enter Profile name] Mr. Smith in this case.

  7. It would be helpful to have the ability to assign a default Bank/GL account to specific funds, so that when vouchers are created for those funds, the system pre-populates the designated account. This would streamline AP workflows and reduce the chance of user error, especially for organizations that manage legacy funds with dedicated legacy bank accounts.

    Organizations managing multiple legacy funds that have their own bank account(s) need a reliable way to ensure vouchers tied to those funds are consistently paid from the correct account without relying on filtering or memory.

  8. CSuite has a Profile Email, Address, Phone ID unique to each value on a profile. These ID's, which are required to bulk update the values, are only exposed in the Profile Email, Address, Phone reports. These reports are not useful because they have no other attributes (Prim, Inactive, etc.). Please expose these fields on the Profiles Custom Report to allow for better filtering for bulk update actions.

  11. Our fund advisors would benefit from an alert that would be sent to our staff when a fund advisor creates a distribution request that would leave the fund with little or no remaining balance. As non-profit organizations experience funding challenges, we do see the potential for more agency fund advisors to request funds for emergencies. An alert would create an opportunity to have meaningful conversations with our fund advisors. It would be great if the alert can be sent via email to the foundation’s key relationship managers.   12. We'd like to have the ability to mark a couple of note types as sticky ones. This would allow the finance related notes such as those concerning fund agreements or investments pinned at the top for better visibility.
    Currently, many fundraisers are adding notes from the profiles selecting the fund name. As a result, finance notes are getting pushes down, making harder for the team to locate critical information quickly.

  14. As we are beginning to utilize Tasks, our lists in each bucket are beginning to grow. It would be awesome to be able to search for specific tasks in any bucket by a keyword to make finding them alot easier.

  15. When I copy it comes up with the old grant date and the old pay schedule date. It should copy to current dates as well as the advisor, the expense account, custom fields, etc. Basically, if I am copying a grant, my goal is to not have to do much editing, if any at all.

  17. The ability to further segment Electronic Payments so that payments made via etransfer etc don't get captured in ACH files. Right now, ACH files are generated by date, so if an operating expense is paid to a vendor via etransfer, and then grant payments are paid via EFT on the same date, that operating expense is included in the file with no way to refine. If there was an "Other Electronic Payment" vs "EFT Payment" option, it would be really helpful to ensure there are no duplicate payments. :)

  18. Please implement additional sorting options for funds that are not promoted, but show up on the "Show Additional Funds" page. Currently, this page sorts alphabetically.

    It would be great if those funds could be sorted in different ways, including but not limited to fixed numerical ordering, like you can with promoted funds.

    Also, it would be helpful if the funds could be grouped based on fund group, sub-group, division, or segment. Then, sorting within each of those groupings as well.

  19. Please add yesterday and today for relative date filtering. We have a lot of scheduled reports we have set to this week, when we really need to check yesterday's or today's information. There is also not a great way to see only today's date unless you put the date in the range which is not intuitive and would take more work than just having a relative date option.

  20. I'd love to be able to import org role relationships for existing records the same we can import relationships. While I know we can bulk add org roles, this doesn't solve the fact that the start and end dates may be different. For example, I am relinking some former board members to our organization profile - they all have different dates of service I want to capture by using the start and end dates. While I can bulk add the Board member org role to these profiles and connect them in bulk to our organizational profile, I still have to…
