  1. We utilize personalized donation pages on our website to promote specific funds. We want to be able to embed a link to the C-Suite donation page directly within our own unique URL that donors recognize as ours and trust. This is something we were able to do with CanadaHelps, but C-Suite functionality doesn't currently allow it. And the C-Suite donation pages look and feel very different from our web page, due to their limited design capabilities.

  2. It would be great to have Giving Hub customizations (radio buttons for instance), which can be linked to parts of the donation approval/recording process on the Finance side of the transaction.

    For instance, a radio button for Endowed/Spendable that allows donors desiring for a donation to be flowed through to their Spendable balance, which is linked to the Spendable checkbox in the transaction record.

    An option to split the donation between Endowed and Spendable would be great too.

  3. Please make the Grant Funding table, found at the bottom of a Grant Catalog Grant once it has been funded, available to the Grant Letter and Grant Award Letter templates. Currently, it is not possible to use a template to pull where the grant was funded from out of the system.

    Nonprofits often want to know where the money comes from when they are funded for a Grant Catalog grant. The only way is to manually pull that info out of the system, and it isn't really reportable either.

  4. When we off-board someone, we inactivate their account in CSuite. Depending on the situation, this may be done quickly. Whether it's quick or not, later on, we may need to re-assign their tasks to someone else. They also may have valuable custom reports that they neglected to share. Either one of these two require us to re-activate the user so that we can login as them to address the items. When we do that, we lose tracking on when we originally inactivated them.   5. In CSuite, there is an issue where if you assign a Task to yourself as the assignee, the Outlook calendar event does not show up in your calendar even if you check off the box to send it. It would be so helpful to have that option to automatically receive the Outlook calendar event when a task is assigned to yourself.

  6. When using the Profile Import and Profile Bulk Update features, it would be great if CSuite auto-formatted phone numbers and dates during the import process. Rather than having to format these phone numbers and dates up-front in Excel, it would be great if CSuite automatically formatted these values during the import process. Getting the choice of how they format (phone numbers with or without dashes, dates with slashes or dashes, etc.) would also be helpful and could be a setting under profile settings.

  7. We would like for the option to pick a Fiscal Sponsor on the Grantee Designation of a grantee's profile so that it automatically populates on a grant record when it is created for that grantee. Similar to how the Grant Type field on the Grantee Designation automatically populates on a grant record, this would save us time and clicks.

  8. When a user is on a Fund and selects History, it will list Total Grants with a dollar amount. We discovered that this total will include unposted grants and clicking the link for the backup list of grants does not include unposted grants. This is confusing and needs to be fixed.

    We'd rather Total Grants under Fund History did not include unposted grants in the total. Or if unposted grants are part of the total, at least include them in the linked report.

  9. In the new portal, Fund Statements, Files, Nonprofit directory, Financials, Investment Report, Term Investments and Split Interest are located under Resources and Documents. Is there a way that they can be their own menu on the left hand side? It doesn’t make sense as some of these aren’t a resource or a document.

  10. We have some Philanthropic Interest Types that are internal only and others we would choose not to list given the option. Adding a toggle next to show/hide in the portal would be great.

  11. The default scholarship payment report includes voided checks so payments are listed twice with no notation that the payment check has been voided. When creating custom reports, there is no filter to exclude voided payments. I was advised by foundant support to export two different reports to excel and use a merge query to combine reports. Maybe that sounds easy and doable but not to me. It would be helpful if a we could run a report that shows actual payments.

  12. Please add an edit option to the distribution calculation after you click review and before posting. More than 100 of our scholarships have a defined payout. I change each amount to the defined payout which is shown in the distribution type. (We have 25 different distribution types with a define payout). Sometimes I hit the enter button and it goes to the next page before I finish. Would like to be able to go back in and edit the remaining without creating a new distribution calculation.   13. Please move the creation of the memo line from the Grant Payment Schedule section to the initial creation of a grant, similar to the voucher creation. It is not intuitive to have the memo line where it is now.

  16. RSVP Option for Households instead of guests
    We need an RSVP for a household where we can add the household members without going through the add a guest function. We are only using this campaign event to make sure each profile shows who attended.

  18. It would be helpful to have the ability to import payments, similar to how we can import invoices in bulk. Our foundation processes a monthly batch of pre-authorized debits, and currently we have to manually enter each payment and apply it to the related outstanding invoices. It would save time if there were a .csv upload option for payment records.

    Please add to the list of available filters, pledge campaign since this is a field that is on the pledge. This would help when needing to see a list of pledges & outstanding balances for a specific campaign. This report is the best report for reviewing outstanding balances of pledges & this data point would make it even more useful.

  20. While it’s great that we can now add a secondary assignee to an opportunity, it doesn’t add much value if the secondary assignee isn’t notified or made aware of their designation. At the very least, it would be helpful if they received an alert letting them know they’ve been added, but ideally those opportunities would also appear on their “My Open” page so they can easily keep track of them.
