Public Securities: Add back preview button on sale
Not too long ago, there was a PREVIEW button when selling stock. This was extremely helpful so that you can make sure net proceeds equal what you actually received for the stock. This button disappeared and is now just a POST button. It is so much better to be able to preview the calculated proceeds before posting them because if something gets entered incorrectly, we now have to unpost the transaction to fix it. Please restore the PREVIEW button. Thank you!

Add Household Steward as a field in custom reports
I'm running a report of donors with a birthday in a specific month, but for those donors who are a part of a household, the Steward is on the Household profile. I want the Stewards to sign the cards for these donors. In order to see the Household Steward, I need to open every donor profile who is a part of a household to find their Steward. Please add Household Steward as an option to select in custom reports.

New portal for fund advisors - please mark on the profile card which one is the advisor
we don't want to confuse our fund advisors - please put the word "fund advisor" on the profile card if they are a fund advisor - in the new portal.

Embed Donations into Personalized Donation Pages
We utilize personalized donation pages on our website to promote specific funds. We want to be able to embed a link to the C-Suite donation page directly within our own unique URL that donors recognize as ours and trust. This is something we were able to do with CanadaHelps, but C-Suite functionality doesn't currently allow it. And the C-Suite donation pages look and feel very different from our web page, due to their limited design capabilities.

Giving Hub Customization - Radio Buttons
It would be great to have Giving Hub customizations (radio buttons for instance), which can be linked to parts of the donation approval/recording process on the Finance side of the transaction.
For instance, a radio button for Endowed/Spendable that allows donors desiring for a donation to be flowed through to their Spendable balance, which is linked to the Spendable checkbox in the transaction record.
An option to split the donation between Endowed and Spendable would be great too.

It would be helpful if anonymous grants were marked in red.
When a donor checks the anonymous box after submitting a grant request online from their DAF, it would be extremely helpful if this was emphasized somehow.

Change Fund History Total Grants to not include unposted grants
When a user is on a Fund and selects History, it will list Total Grants with a dollar amount. We discovered that this total will include unposted grants and clicking the link for the backup list of grants does not include unposted grants. This is confusing and needs to be fixed.
We'd rather Total Grants under Fund History did not include unposted grants in the total. Or if unposted grants are part of the total, at least include them in the linked report.

New Portal: ability to select which Interest Types are shown
We have some Philanthropic Interest Types that are internal only and others we would choose not to list given the option. Adding a toggle next to show/hide in the portal would be great.

Loans between 2 Funds
We are testing using Loans in Csuite for the first time. It would be great if a loan could also have the option to be between 2 funds so that the system would not only create the entries on the fund making the loan, but also on the fund receiving the loan. And this would extend to the payments as well - that the system would make entries on both funds. In our case, we are loaning to an affiliate organization which has its funds with us. The payments are coming from that fund.

Scholarship Payment Report
The default scholarship payment report includes voided checks so payments are listed twice with no notation that the payment check has been voided. When creating custom reports, there is no filter to exclude voided payments. I was advised by foundant support to export two different reports to excel and use a merge query to combine reports. Maybe that sounds easy and doable but not to me. It would be helpful if a we could run a report that shows actual payments.

loans - need option for sub accounts on creation
When setting up loan accounts in the Accounts Default section, you must assign only one account for Loans Payable, Loans Receivable and Loan Interest. We have 3 separate loans that are sub-accounts of these accounts. So each time I set up a loan, create a voucher for the loan payment, invoice interest payments, or invoice for a principal repayment, I need to reset the defaults so that they map to the correct sub account. Is there a way that you could allow us to enter the main account as the default but then choose the correct sub account as a…

Attach Tasks to Profiles
It would be wonderful if you could see completed tasks when on a profile. When I pull up a donor profile, I need to see what/when their last point of contact was. For example, if we mailed a personal note, made a phone call, sent an email. Very helpful information especially when a donor says, we haven't heard from you this year!

Optimize Additional Image field to format better on desktop and mobile
Please make the Additional Image field optimize better for desktop and mobile!
When the Additional Image is added to a fund page on desktop, it adds a ton of white space. On mobile, it expands and cuts off the image.
Since the fund image is best for square images, we use this field for rectangular shaped logos and banners. Between the two bad options for how it displays, it's not a very useful image field - which we desperately need to brand our funds!

Grant Payment Date vs. Check Date
The payment date for grants should automatically become the check date. It doesn't make sense for the payment date to be the date it was approved by us and causes confusion with donors wondering why organizations haven't received checks when the payment date is before the grant date and/or before the date checks are run.

Expand Special Character Support in CSuite Password Policy
Problem Statement:
There is currently a technical conflict between our organization’s security tools and the CSuite platform. We enforce the use of Keeper for all staff to generate and store high-entropy passwords. However, CSuite rejects many of the standard special characters generated by these tools (e.g., ^, *, [, {, |).
When Keeper generates a secure password, CSuite frequently returns an error, forcing staff to manually change or delete characters that are not allowed or resort to simpler, less secure passwords. This creates a significant friction point and undermines our security posture.Proposed Enhancement:

Opportunity Task Notes Should Display in Fund Notes Tab When Fund is Selected
Currently, when creating an Opportunity Task Note, users can associate both a Profile and a Fund with the note.
The note does display in the Notes tab on the associated Profile
However, the note does not display in the Notes tab on the associated FundThis creates an inconsistency in how notes are surfaced across related records.
Suggested Enhancement:
-When a Fund is selected on an Opportunity Task Note, the note should also appear in the Notes tab of that Fund

Improve CC Field Selection When Sending Grant Letters via Email from Document Bucket
When processing grant letters through the Document Bucket and sending them via email, the system automatically populates the “Email” field using the primary email address on the profile.
However, the “CC” field currently requires manual entry, even when additional email addresses already exist on the profile.
It would be very helpful to enhance this workflow by allowing users to select from existing email addresses tied to the profile, rather than manually typing them in.
Suggested Enhancement:
Add a dropdown or selector within the CC field that:
-Displays all email addresses associated with the profile

Profile Type Report - Total Profiles
We would like to be able to run a report or somehow be able to see how many Profiles have a specific Profile Type. There is no way to quickly access this in a single report - we have to run a report for each Profile Type, then see how many profiles populate. Having a list to easy reference the number of profiles that have a Profile Type would be helpful to keep the data clean and up to date.
