  1. It's great that Csuite tried to make updates to allow for donors to give to multiple requests from the main grant catalog page, but the user-experience needs improvement.

    The "basket" is hard to find, and the new "ADD" button below each grant catalog request is not intuitive. Please change "ADD" to "ADD TO BASKET" or allow us to edit the "ADD" button language. (It's surprising this is not editable).

    On mobile, the "Basket" is especially hard to find, buried under the menu, which is how most donors give. And, the basket total amount does not update on mobile like it…

  2. Currently the only notification related to tasks and notes is the notification that is sent to a user when they are assigned to a task that they do not own. If I add myself to a task I am creating, I would not receive an email.

    It would be nice if the creator and anyone that the task is share with could receive a notification when any notes are added by the user that the task is assigned to.

  3. Add the same feature of "Assign To" that is available in Tasks to Opportunity Tasks, so that multiple opportunities will pull in a report under one opportunity task entry. As opposed to "Share with" because this doesn't actually show up in the opportunity task report.

    Ex: 5 staff go to an event. Allow one user to create one opportunity task and assign to each of the 5 staff members that went to the event. When the opportunity task report is pulled for that quarter, it will show one entry with 5 opportunities completed and accounted for within that one entry.

  5. When wanting to validate settings on each general ledger account it is hard to double check/verify any of the following settings as they are not possible to view in a custom report or to even export out of CSuite from the Chart of Accounts:
    Functional Expense
    Advisor
    IRS 1099 Field
    Investment Level

    Close to Equity Account

    Currency

  6. We have different engagement strategies based on internal personas. For example, we might have a "Frank Founder," (Founding Donor) that is also an "Andy Advisor," (professional advisor). Both have different engagement strategies such as the Andy Advisors getting invited to continuing education opportunities and Frank Founders getting invited to donor appreciation events. Is it possible to make change the drop down menu so that multiple engagement strategies can be selected? Or be able to add a custom field to help capture additional or "secondary engagement strategies?" Thank you for your consideration! :)

  9. There should be a function to 'bulk delete' profiles using a checkbox when manually scanning the profiles tab, instead of having to click "delete" individually from a campaign, which causes the page to refresh each time and makes you lose your spot.

  10. Allow the option to require two-factor authentication for Fund Advisors in the portal. Currently we can only advise they enable this feature but would like the toggle option to require it as an added security measure.

  11. Additional options for custom field objects would be very useful. For example, we'd like to build a custom field specifically on the student record/student designation part of a profile that could then be shared to SLM as an integrated custom field. We are also interested in building custom fields on scholarships - not on individual scholarship awards but on the profile for an available scholarship from a specific fund. We envision using this for things like eligibility criteria, number of scholarships/scholarship amount, etc.

  12. We are in the process of launching our first grant catalog. We have carefully curated the catalog, retitling it the Giving Gallery and selecting a diverse range of requests. We are eager to share this opportunity with our donors and larger community. However we have a few notes for consideration.

  13. We would like to link grants to opportunities. We have some clients where we are managing a few multi-year grant commitments. These are not through GLM but through a separate agreement. We'd like to use opportunity tasks to collaborate on these, list the beneficiary profiles, and link the actual grant records. This would allow us the flexibility to utilize opportunities to track the work done for these relationships as these donors trust us to steward these specific grants that would not work as a recurring grant series because there is added complexity.

  15. Please bring back the Old Support click. The new Search Help Articles are not as easy to find the information you are looking for. By clicking an article and browsing through the 5x7 area is ridiculous. Why would you make a support site so small and not user friendly?? I don't understand the changes CS is making. I really hope this goes back to the old way.

  16. Good afternoon,
    An example of this idea is how the "household" and "guests " are represented/reflected when we add profiles into campaigns. Could we have the "organization" and the "primary contact (just like we have 'guests') listed? It would look like this: "ORG Name" and below "primary contact" info. The org's email and the primary contact email would be included.

    Overstatement of grant count: A single grant appears as multiple entries.
