  1. We have some Philanthropic Interest Types that are internal only and others we would choose not to list given the option. Adding a toggle next to show/hide in the portal would be great.

  3. The default scholarship payment report includes voided checks so payments are listed twice with no notation that the payment check has been voided. When creating custom reports, there is no filter to exclude voided payments. I was advised by foundant support to export two different reports to excel and use a merge query to combine reports. Maybe that sounds easy and doable but not to me. It would be helpful if a we could run a report that shows actual payments.

  4. It would be helpful to have the ability to choose different fund statement types for Fund Advisors who advise on multiple funds.

    Example: John Doe's statement type is set to online. He is a Fund Advisor for Doe Family Fund and Designated Fund for ABC School. John needs to be able to view online information and make grant recommendations in the fund advisor portal for the Doe Family Fund. He needs to receive an emailed statement for the Designated Fund for ABC School but because of his role should NOT have access to see fund information online.

  5. Hello - I am wondering if at some point you all could have a geographic mapping tool for reporting so that we can share pins on a map for grants, gifts, and other reportable things as long as we have an address. This would be great for strategic planning, Board meetings, etc. Thank you

  6. It would be wonderful if you could see completed tasks when on a profile. When I pull up a donor profile, I need to see what/when their last point of contact was. For example, if we mailed a personal note, made a phone call, sent an email. Very helpful information especially when a donor says, we haven't heard from you this year!

  7. RSVP Option for Households instead of guests
    We need an RSVP for a household where we can add the household members without going through the add a guest function. We are only using this campaign event to make sure each profile shows who attended.

  8. Please can we have an option to remove the do not email, call or mail in bulk for individual profiles? You currently have to click through all three - can we have a do not contact option that encompasses all 3?

  10. It would be helpful to have the ability to import payments, similar to how we can import invoices in bulk. Our foundation processes a monthly batch of pre-authorized debits, and currently we have to manually enter each payment and apply it to the related outstanding invoices. It would save time if there were a .csv upload option for payment records.

  11. We would like to be able to set the required information for someone to register for an event. Sometimes we have donor events where the individual/household should register, other times we have grantee events where we would like the organization to be required and the guests should be the individuals actually attending. We are running into the problem with the individual "tab" being first is that organizations are registering as individuals rather than the organizations and we are having to manually fix each ticket.   12. Home - Pledges/Promises - Filter Reports.

    Please add to the list of available filters, pledge campaign since this is a field that is on the pledge. This would help when needing to see a list of pledges & outstanding balances for a specific campaign. This report is the best report for reviewing outstanding balances of pledges & this data point would make it even more useful.

  15. We would like to be able to download account values directly into the Community Suite at least once each month to improve efficiency and keying errors. The best would be the ability to download daily market close information for each investment position held that post a price at market close and quarterly for investments which value once per quarter.

  16. I think you guys talked about working with Google Data Studio for data visualization. What happened to that?

    I've been exporting data from Csuite into Data Studio, but having live data exchange would be great.

  17. It looks like our fundholders don't have a way of seeing "inactive/active" data about donors in their portal, which can cause problems when they download the list to send cultivation and stewarding letters.

    It would be great if this could be added as a column to the donor reports they can pull in the portal.

    As a result of lacking features like this, many of our fundholders have to use a separate donor CRM to support their cultivation and stewardship efforts, which is silly!

  18. Change/Edit Date Range for Dashboard display should be sticky. Currently, the Start and End Date for Dashboard can be edited to display a different range than the default, pre-populated range. However, navigating away from the Dashboard reverts the date range back to default values. It would be amazing if the Start and End Dates were sticky, so I don't have to edit/re-select dates every time I go to the Dashboard.

  19. Provide an optional Dropdown Field on Grant Requests/Recommendations from donor-advised funds:
    - General support
    - Program support (indicate specifics in Grant Description)
    - General support for an event, no benefits are received
    - Grant is for an event, full minimum cost to attend has been already paid in full outside the DAF

    Purpose: Increase due diligence when processing grants

  20. In the portal, the grant summary does not include an "export" button like the grant history page does. I think adding this would allow for a consistent experience for users. Please add an "export" button to the grant summary page.
