  1. As a community foundation with defined impact goals
    I want to be able to show a fund holder what they have contributed toward those goals
    So that I can inspire them to give more to the impact areas.

    Another application of this functionality would be to show the fund holder a breakdown of all their grants by grant type.

  2. Recurring grants are not automatically added to the main grant bucket when they come due, whether monthly or annually. Instead, you have to manually open the recurring grants section and move them over yourself. This creates a risk of missing scheduled grants, especially if you only have a few. Automatically moving recurring grants into the main grant bucket at the appropriate time would prevent these oversights.

  3. Many foundations need a quick way to identify donors who have not made a gift within a specific date range (for example, donors who have not given during the current fiscal year or within the last 12 months).

    Currently, users can filter the Donor Report by Last Donation Date, or view Year-over-Year donation columns, but there is no simple way to directly filter for donors who have not given between two specific dates.

    -Identify board members who have not yet made a gift this year

  4. When we email customer invoices the primary email is the default email, even if there is a separately marked pay email on the profile. Invoices should default to going to the pay address, not the primary. If you email invoices individually you can select what email address to use but you can't see which email is marked primary or pay unless you go back to the profile which is tedious, and the bulk email does not even list the option to switch the recipient email .   5. The AR Detail screen gives you totals for each timeframe. It would also be helpful to list an overall total for that profile, like listed on the main AR page.

  6. Task Email Reminder to include task description (re-open archived idea)

    The description is included with a completed task notification, so reason stands the system should also be able to include it in a task email reminder - this would greatly improve task management utility and integration with outlook/Microsoft365 tasks.

Please integrate an option for a yearly consolidated tax receipt that would issue a single tax receipt number for all annual recurring donations, instead of having to send12 separate receipts at year end. This is standard practice in Canada and is required to comply with Canadian law/CRA. We are not able to send a summary document with all receipt numbers listed, although being able to attach a summary to the single receipt is nice, but not necessary.

  9. Can a process be created where we can upload in bulk internal grants? Each year there are many funds in Community Suite that transfer funds to our Grant Making fund. It would be quicker and easier if this were able to be completed with a CSV upload instead of having to do all the steps of an internal grant multiple times.

  10. Currently in the donor portal, before a donor submits their grants, there is a button that says "Review Grant Request". Can we please change this to say submit the grants? I have had numerous phone calls from our donors because they are frustrated with the clicks before the grants are submitted. We have several older donors who are confused by that button and let their grants sit in the cart. I would love to see an easier process/button to submit grant requests.

  13. Please create the ability to export the Chart of Accounts and include a column for Financial View each account is assigned. There is no way to check what rolls up in a financial view without opening up each individually.

  15. I am curious to know if it is possible to hide non-custom fields? For example, if we never utilize the Recognition Name field in a profile, can this field not be provided as an option in the creation and view of a profile?

  16. It would be great to allow us to add a section that asks how the donor heard about the fund they are donating to. They could make a selection from options we provide, such as website, event, referral, etc. This would help greatly with marketing efforts.

  17. Change the way CS searches names when adding a donation advisor: Currently, when you search names to add a donation advisor, the search factors prefixes and suffixes. It would be much easier if it just search Last Name, First Name. In some areas of the system, this is how the search function works, but it's not consistent across all area.

  18. It would be awesome if the option to bring in the Public Name of a fund was available everywhere Fund Name is. Anytime I send out correspondence, I am using the Public Name, not our internal name.

  19. There should be a system-wide option to delay sending automatic email notifications to fund advisors when a donation is posted. Delaying it for 2-3 days would give us more time to review and correct any errors.
