Grant Recognition Options
When requesting grants, fund holders should be able to select how they would like to be recognized. They should be able to select between fund name only, fund holder name, address, and email.
Often times our fund holders select different recognition options for certain organizations outside of anonymous or not. We encourage organizations to send thank you letters to the donors and this helps make that connection.

Field Commentary for Edit/Data Entry Modes
It would be nice if we could write comments for fields. It would enable us to have in-line recommendation for our conventions when entering new information. The system already does this as provided by Foundant, for instance:
When entering a donation, the donation field has italicised text next to it "Donor wishes this donation to be anonymous" when in edit mode. It would be nice if we could add that kind of text ourselves to any field so that when we had edit mode open, it would show us our own recommendations for fields.

Birthday/Anniversay alerts
A simple idea that would help us a lot is to have checkboxes for alerts of important dates such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc when creating profiles. A step better would be receiving an email with this alert . Would be much easier than setting a task for each date for every profile .

Filtering should include nulls/blanks unless the filter is to exclude it
Currently when filtering on a field to to exclude something, it is also removing all fields that are null as well. For example on a donation report, when I put the filter on the field Donation Type ID so it is NOT "In-Kind", one of our options, then it will remove all "In-Kind" donations from my report as well as all donations without a Donation Type ID, which is every Stripe donation.

Fund Advisor Tab Options Default
Have the ability to have certain tabs on the Fund Advisor Portal default to "Remove/Add from/To Everyone.
We don't currently use the majority of the tabs and I have to remember to turn these tabs off when adding a fund advisor. It would be helpful to have these already default to "Remove from everyone" instead of individually edit.

Please allow styling of the Your Ticket tab donation portal; we would like to be able to have consistent logos and banners on that tab to match the other tabs.

Create New Fund Online and Edit Existing Fund Online
As a foundation, I would like for community members visiting my website to be able to select "Start a Fund" from my website and enter details/intentions about that fund.
Additionally, when fund advisors are logged in to their existing fund through the portal, I would like them to be able to request changes to the fund: Ex.: investment strategy.

Pay email for customer invoices
When we email customer invoices the primary email is the default email, even if there is a separately marked pay email on the profile. Invoices should default to going to the pay address, not the primary. If you email invoices individually you can select what email address to use but you can't see which email is marked primary or pay unless you go back to the profile which is tedious, and the bulk email does not even list the option to switch the recipient email . unused check
We should be able to add multiple unused checks at one time in a batch instead of needing to add them one by one. For example, if you have a printer error and need to mark 30+ checks as unused this is very tedious to do one by one.

It would be helpful to add the ability to set a late fee that is automatically applied to overdue invoices.

Add a total to the AR Detail page
The AR Detail screen gives you totals for each timeframe. It would also be helpful to list an overall total for that profile, like listed on the main AR page.

Task Description Field
Can the task description field be a long text field instead of a short text field? Also would be great to make this a rich text field so we can add bullet points. We like to create a general task with more information on what is needed to complete the task.

Single Year End Receipt for Recurring Donations
Please integrate an option for a yearly consolidated tax receipt that would issue a single tax receipt number for all annual recurring donations, instead of having to send12 separate receipts at year end. This is standard practice in Canada and is required to comply with Canadian law/CRA. We are not able to send a summary document with all receipt numbers listed, although being able to attach a summary to the single receipt is nice, but not necessary.

Fund Relationship Fields
Be able to pull other profile fund relationships on to the fund statement. For example, be able to put successor advisor name and contact information so that the fund advisor can confirm that information annually.

We would like the ability to report on how long an opportunity is in a stage. This will help with understanding if changes need to be made to the process or the cutlivation/stewardship plan.

Data Visualization - data dictionary and export/exploring datasets
Right now, it is very difficult to understand what each of the datasets and columns mean while working in the data visualization tool. It would be very help to have either/both of:
- A full Data Dictionary that explains what each dataset and their columns mean in layperson's terms
- The ability to export the full dataset from the "Edit Data" page. Right now you can only see a couple rows at a time and there's no search functionality. It would be easier to see what each column means and find what you're looking for with the functionality that an…4 votes -
Internal Grants in Bulk
Can a process be created where we can upload in bulk internal grants? Each year there are many funds in Community Suite that transfer funds to our Grant Making fund. It would be quicker and easier if this were able to be completed with a CSV upload instead of having to do all the steps of an internal grant multiple times.

Archived Fund Fee Types
We archive unused fund fee types to get them out of the way. Please update the system so that archived fees don't show up when editing a fund. It would be much easier to not have to wade through fee types that are no longer used.
