  1. It would be very helpful to have the option to post internal grants to receiving fund spendable during grant entry. As it is now, we have to post the internal grant, then click on the Donation ID, then click on Apply to Spendable [change].

  2. Please make a way that multiple fund statements print with multiple Fund Advisors if they request only 1 statement. This is a waste of money and time.

  3. We have a custom field for grants that would be very helpful if it was available in the grant requests on the portal. We are implementing a work around with using the summary and a bulk action in reports but the availability of the custom field in the portal would be much easier.

  4. A. There should be a way to see what information was imputted when they registeded. This would be beneficial so that
    1. If there is an issue with a registration it is easy to see what information was actually submitted and
    2. If they add additional information like phone or address info we did not have before that it could be added to the profile.
    B. When matching registrations to profiles, if the information entered matches a profile with it marked primary, it should trump other profiles not marked primary (aka if matching email, and I have 3 profiles with…

  5. It would be great to be able to choose a specific grant/check/donation for the Test Function with Templates. It would be an extension of the ability to check Template Fields by entering a specific record.

  6. Add pledge balance as a field to donation, pledge, and pledge payment custom reports.

  7. To maintain data integrity and streamline auditing/reviewing, I propose a Fund Advisor Portal Edit Report that tracks fund advisor profile modifications in the portal. This report would summary any changes that the fund advisor makes to their profile within the portal. This would include, change of username, address, phone number, the new banking information, TIN, SSN, etc. Currently, an email is sent to say there was a change but users have to go into the log to find what was changed or updated. If created, this report will improve oversight, ensuring accurate data and easier auditing/reviewing.

  8. We would like to have the option to eliminate the "other" amount when using Giving Levels in the Fund Advisor Portal settings in the Fund record. When using the Giving Levels field to allow a membership fee or other type of donation that there should not be an "other amount".

  13. It would be great if there was an easy way to upload a logo for the affiliate portal that would automatically change it from the overall system logo. Right now, the only way to update the logo for our affiliate's Giving Hub is through complicated coding that our team is not able to do. Thank you!

  15. Ability to assign specific campaign permissions? I Create all campaigns, but there are specific staff that manage rsvps for their events. Is there a way to limit access to only apply rsvps to that specific campaign? thanks

  16. In the new portal if Grant Request is turned on the Create Grant Request button displays on all the pages - which is great. However, there is a Grant Request item in the left Nav bar that is VERY CONFUSING. This does not navigate to anything useful, it's a list of past grants, that is already available on the Grants nav page. Please remove this Nav item and simply toggle the Create Grant Request button on or off depending on the system settings for this.

  17. The check register needs to include all check numbers, even "combined' checks. If there are multiple distributions to one recipient, the field is left blank. The check number should print, even if there are multiple of the same check numbers.

  18. The check register export needs to include a Description from the voucher/grant. When I send the check register to committee members, they will ask why did I send a $ amount to a particular recipient. If the description is included, the distribution would be more clear.

    A custom check report could be used to send out. That way you could add the columns that you would like.

  19. At the time of testing (1/27/2025) The "Continue Giving" option in the Giving Hub is awkwardly placed at the top of the shopping cart and checkout screens. It is easy to overlook and does not make it clear how to continue adding donations to your cart. I would like to reposition this element to the bottom of the fund list summary. Ideally the text could be editable as well, at least providing a short caption to explain if we cannot edit the language on the buttons or headers.

  20. When you have a tribute and want to add a Non-Profile Notify that is an organization, you should be able to add a name along with the organization name. We are not going to send a notification to an organization without a person's name attached to it. We want to be sure that it goes to the correct person. Would like the organization name to be there along with first and last name as fields that we can enter.
