  1. A memo for recurring vouchers would be helpful. There is a "Memo" field for a single voucher, but not for a recurring voucher.

  2. When in General Ledger looking up the detail a specific account, it would be helpful if the "Account" field had a clickable drop-down list of all general ledger accounts. This would prevent the user from having to type in the account number. Many times the user does not know, or has forgotten, the account number they are looking for and a drop down would be beneficial in helping to find this.

  3. We would like to have the option to eliminate the "other" amount when using Giving Levels in the Fund Advisor Portal settings in the Fund record. When using the Giving Levels field to allow a membership fee or other type of donation that there should not be an "other amount".

  6. Please allow this box to be bulk updated. I'd like to set them all as "Yes" so that when one is "No" it means we've done the research needed to determine that they are a corporation or otherwise exempt.

  7. In the new portal if Grant Request is turned on the Create Grant Request button displays on all the pages - which is great. However, there is a Grant Request item in the left Nav bar that is VERY CONFUSING. This does not navigate to anything useful, it's a list of past grants, that is already available on the Grants nav page. Please remove this Nav item and simply toggle the Create Grant Request button on or off depending on the system settings for this.

  8. The check register needs to include all check numbers, even "combined' checks. If there are multiple distributions to one recipient, the field is left blank. The check number should print, even if there are multiple of the same check numbers.

  9. The check register export needs to include a Description from the voucher/grant. When I send the check register to committee members, they will ask why did I send a $ amount to a particular recipient. If the description is included, the distribution would be more clear.

    A custom check report could be used to send out. That way you could add the columns that you would like.

  10. At the time of testing (1/27/2025) The "Continue Giving" option in the Giving Hub is awkwardly placed at the top of the shopping cart and checkout screens. It is easy to overlook and does not make it clear how to continue adding donations to your cart. I would like to reposition this element to the bottom of the fund list summary. Ideally the text could be editable as well, at least providing a short caption to explain if we cannot edit the language on the buttons or headers.

  11. When you have a tribute and want to add a Non-Profile Notify that is an organization, you should be able to add a name along with the organization name. We are not going to send a notification to an organization without a person's name attached to it. We want to be sure that it goes to the correct person. Would like the organization name to be there along with first and last name as fields that we can enter.

  12. Please add "Set Service Area" to the options under Bulk Actions of a custom report just like there is the ability to "Set Grant Type" from this menu. This field does not have the ability to be required on all grants and it very important to have filled in to report on who our grant dollars are serving, so if it is not filled in for a group of grants that can mean manually updating hundreds at a time.

    Update: This is available in a Profile Custom Report. If set at the profile level, this will carry over to the grant. It can be edited.

  13. The Add Fund field for templates currently does not recognize shortnames. It should look up funds by shortnames like most all other fields in the system.

  16. When selecting [clear] next to a tribute on a donation, you are brought to a confirmation page which says "Confirm Donation Delete" yes or no -> the wording on this page is confusing as it seems you may actually be deleting the donation, not the tribute.
    Would be nice to update the verbiage to something more clear like "Confirm clear tribute" to avoid confusion

  17. The Grant History page shows the name of the advisor that made the grant request.

    When you go to export this page to a spreadsheet using the Export option, the exported spreadsheet does not include this field. Please add the name of the advisor who made the request to the export spreadsheet.

  18. We assign tasks to our development team and meet with the team to review/update, etc. It would be helpful if we could filter on the assigned tasks to see one Steward at a time.

  19. Comprehensive Money in Daily Report --- why is there no Money In Report which will capture Donations AND Profile Payments/Event tickets which can be filtered/run per day? Currently these buckets of money in live in separate sections in CSuite and we have to pull two different reports.

  20. I'm running a report of donors with a birthday in a specific month, but for those donors who are a part of a household, the Steward is on the Household profile. I want the Stewards to sign the cards for these donors. In order to see the Household Steward, I need to open every donor profile who is a part of a household to find their Steward. Please add Household Steward as an option to select in custom reports.
