  1. Some of our fund holders are confused by some language and say it is not intuitive and feels too "jargon-y." We appreciate the option to edit language on some of the headers, it would be great to extend that to more places on the portal. We add instructions at the top of each page, but sometimes that isn't enough.

    Some specific requests we've gotten to update the language are:

    "COPY" button under the grants tab.
    "Search Grantee" and "Manual Grantee" buttons when requesting a grant
    "Description" and "Additional grantee contact" when requesting a grant.

  2. The alert banner automatically breaks words when the page gets resized. It isn't possible to edit language in the banner so that when the browser is resized, the words stay together -- it automatically moves characters to the next line. See example attached

  3. It would be great to have a toggle at the top of each section for "show inactive roles/links" that would then show the table as it is, but otherwise would only show the active roles. Another option would be to seperate out the dates from the "Roles" column into their own column to make it easier to read and add a column for "active" with a check for active and nothing for inactive.

  5. We want to have a stewardship program based on Fund Milestone Anniversaries - 1rst, 5th, 10th, 15th etc.. Currently the only way to manage is to use an excel spreadsheet to track the upcoming dates. If there was a function that permit this within CSuite, that could be reported on, that'd be great! Ideally, we could report on any fund that has a milestone anniversary year in any given year.

  6. We have some donor advisors who have endowed funds and want 100/50/etc% of their annual distribution to go to the same organization each year. Currently they can only set an amount for a recurring grant recommendation, but since their fund is subject to a spending policy their spendable balance amount varies year after year. Setting a percentage vs. an amount would be helpful.

  7. Most of the donations they receive come in as checks. Would like to be able to set a default payment type that will autofill check as the payment type, unless they change it to something else.

  8. It would be nice if the GLM status showed in CSuite the same way the CSuite status shows in GLM. This would keep from bouncing back and forth between applications.

  11. Make the grant notification email something we can edit, or at least edit the subject line. Some of our donors get confused by the "Request Confirmation" subject line and feel like they have to respond to the email. Something like "Grant Requests Received" would be more helpful.

  12. It would be helpful if we could net transfer requests when printing the request form. For example, Fund A needs to transfer $100 from our bank account to an investment account, and Fund B needs to transfer $200 from the same investment account to our bank account. The balance swap module wants us to transfer more than necessary, so I need to do a manual swap. After completing the manual swaps, the net is $100 from investments to bank account, but the only options I am aware of are to print both requests and add a note to clarify what…

  13. We would like to have the start and ends dates for grant catalogue requests to be tied to the individual requests in our grants catalogue rather than tied to the entire catalogue. We recently had a request that needs to be removed from the catalogue prior to it's full funding due to a change in the entity that owns the project asking for funds.   14. Need to be able to determine who can cancel/write-off a pledge or pledge payment. Currently there is not a separate permission in pledges where you can determine what users can write-off or cancel a pledge.

  16. Need the system to take the FMV and calculate the new year's payment on CRTs based on a specified % of FMV. His example was 8% payout annually of FMV. But that FMV updates every year, so payment amounts need to change; the % remains static.

  17. It is so confusing with the grant notify checkboxes at the Fund Advisor level and the Advisor Request Notify checkbox at the Portal level. All of these should be at the Fund Advisor (or Profile) level, with the ability to bulk edit. Non of these emails should be set as an All or Nothing option, because it is often specific to the individual, but we do need the ability to manage in bulk, if needed. Administration of emails is really important and the user experience of doing so for these is pretty awful.

  18. It would be very helpful to have donor names tied to all stripe activity in fund statements- specifically fees (admin and stripe). We can sometimes have up to 4 or 5 line items under a donation and the only line that has the donor name is the actual donation line. If we get multiple stripe donations in the same day, the fees aren't always in order so it makes it difficult to see what fee is associated with a specific donor.

    I've attached an example of a section of a fund statement in the activity detail.

  19. It would be helpful to have a total populate when reconciling Stripe donations in the Till, similar to the checks. When processing numerous Stripe donations on different days, it can be difficult to ensure that all boxes are checked.

  20. It would be great if we could integrate a third party app/software to manage credit card receipts/AP. Some on our team struggle with turning in business credit card receipts in a timely manner and there are apps out there that allow for the user to take a photo of those receipts, which are then integrated into the accounting system.
