Consolidate fund notifications
I have some fund advisors who want to receive the notifications that go out regarding grant requests from a single fund, but they would love not to get multiple separate emails from the system for example. In the most recent case, the fund advisor had made 32 separate grant requests. It would be great if by fund, we could have options for how this information is received by the fund advisor. Consolidated by week or Per Grant Request.

Add a "do you want to save" message when leaving a custom report build with changes.
It would be very helpful if there were buttons with "Save" or "Exit without saving" when exiting a report screen.

Show only Fund Statements needing review
While reviewing fund statements, at times a statement may be skipped/not marked reviewed due to some issue with it that needs to be researched, etc. Going back later to find those few statements that still need review out of a list of 900+ statements is cumbersome by just scrolling through the list looking for those without a review date. It would be helpful to have a option to show only "Not Reviewed" statements in the batch.

Outlook integration: Improvements for search email function to search more than the "from" field and search more than primary email
When adding an email from a sent email, the search function only searches the sender, not the "to" or "cc" emails. As we cannot use the integration when drafting an email, the next best option is to attach from the our Outlook send. However, we have to manually enter the email to get to the right profile, as the search is only searching the "from" of the email.
In addition, the search function is only searching the primary email. Many contacts have more than one email (work, personal, volunteer etc).

Grant Award Summary
When reviewing a Grantee's Grants Tab, the Grants Awarded table accurately reflects values. However, clicking on the total value for a specific year only displays completed grants. This limitation becomes problematic when assessing the total grants for the current year, including both vouchered and completed grants.

fields on edit grant screen
It would be nice if Edit Payment Schedule, Grant Type, and all other grant related fields are available on the edit grant screen. It slows down workflow if I have to select some fields individually to edit, and then go into the main edit screen for the rest of the fields.

Show Abandoned Carts on Individual Fund Advisor Page
Besides the "List Carts" report under Fund Advisors which shows all carts, it would be helpful to see on an individual fund advisor if they have an abandoned cart. This would be on the Fund Advisor record in Csuite...an option on the left menu to "List Cart".

Bring Fund Advisor Portal portion from Fund level to Fund Advisor level
We currently do not share donation amounts with fundholders or fund advisors; however, we are possibly implementing an affiliate program where we would consider sharing this information. It would be great if we could set who can see donation amounts at the fund advisor level instead of the fund level. If we have multiple fund advisors on a fund, we can only turn on/shut off donation amounts using "Hide Amounts" at the fund level. That means all fund advisors have the same permissions. We may want one fund advisor or affiliate to have access, while not giving another fund advisor…

Positive Pay Export
It would be great to have the option to export the Positive Pay report as a CSV file since that is the requirement with our bank. It would also be very helpful to have the option to request how the data columns are formatted in the generated Positive Pay report. Our bank requires the data columns in a different arrangement than what is generated in C-Suite. Every week I will need to transfer the TXT file into an Excel document to make the column adjustments and to save it as a CSV file. This is a lot of extra work…

open pledge/promise page details
Please add a description to the open promise/pledge page under a profile. We can currently only see ID, Donor, Type, Date, Amount. It would be helpful to see a Description that would allow user to know which promise we need to apply funding towards. Without more information, we must click into every single ID until we find the precise entry needed.

Default Bank Account Selection per Fund for AP/Voucher Payments
It would be helpful to have the ability to assign a default Bank/GL account to specific funds, so that when vouchers are created for those funds, the system pre-populates the designated account. This would streamline AP workflows and reduce the chance of user error, especially for organizations that manage legacy funds with dedicated legacy bank accounts.
Organizations managing multiple legacy funds that have their own bank account(s) need a reliable way to ensure vouchers tied to those funds are consistently paid from the correct account without relying on filtering or memory.

Bulk Edit Fund Statements by Fund Type
Ability to bulk edit fund statement type by fund type, via custom reports. We are migrating to email all fund statements to just agency funds and would like to bulk edit all advisors to receive email statements.

Love the new fundraising campaign option! Is it possible to add a recurring donation option to these campaigns? Even better, could there be suggested levels of recurring donations? Thank you!

User configurable recurring donation intervals
I would like to have more options for recurring donation cadence, or for it to be user-configurable. For example, I would like to add twice per month (to align with donors who are paid twice a month) and semi-annually (ie: 2 times a year) as options.

widget
With the launch of the new Fundraising campaigns, I would love for it to give the capability to export a script code for a widget that would allow some of our fundholders to fundraise on their own websites. We work with a variety of donors that have existing websites and would like the option of a widget to live on their site.

Paid/Check Date as a column in Paid Bucket
Could there be an additional column to include the check date, so that we can see when the voucher was paid, when viewing the paid bucket?

Clarify individual/organization information needed in shopping cart check-out
The shopping cart radio button for Individual or Organization is leading to regular confusion/misinformation as we sell tickets for our fundraiser. It defaults to Individual so naturally people fill that out, but many of our donors are making payments on behalf of their businesses/organizations. Then we have to manually go in and change the donation from the person's name to the business/organization name as the donor. It would be nice to very clearly capture whether the Organization or the Individual is the actual donor and capture the appropriate corresponding information in the cart, to avoid all the manual fixes in…

Interface Color Customization
We’d really like to suggest adding the option to customize the color scheme in Csuite. This idea has been mentioned here before but was archived. Many commonly used platforms now offer some level of visual customization, so adding this feature would bring Csuite more in line with user expectations. It is a small change that users would likely appreciate.
Even just a few preset themes or the ability to use an organization’s branding colors would make the platform feel more modern and visually appealing. The current interface is very neutral, and adding some color options would help make the experience…

Close period - additional options
It would be helpful if month-end close could be broken down so we could close by the transaction type (ie donations, grants, vouchers, general ledger) or even by division. There are some areas that Finance wants to close ASAP to prevent back-dated transactions by other departments, but other areas that need to remain open for entries by Finance. The current all-or-nothing approach forces us to keep the period open, which means transactions (often grants) can post incorrectly into a past month. Please consider the functionality to allow for piecemeal closes instead of one all-encompassing.
