  1. Please allow us to filter by Org Role Date in custom reports. Currently, you can only see and filter by the Org Role Date in the Home Profile Designation area. It would be very helpful to filter by Org Role Date in custom profile and donation reports.

  2. For recurring grants, the language used for the number of grants is confusing. The wording that advisors see when they make a request is "Number of Recurring", and the wording that staff sees is "Max Recurrence." However, in practice, the number in this field will be used for the total number of grants (one initial grant PLUS any recurrences). Can the language be changed to "Total number of grants" and "Max Occurrence" - or something similar that makes it clear that the first grant should be included in the count?

  5. Would like campaign groups to be a field in a campaign report. This would help me pull a report on donations made by specific groups/tables.

    Currently, campaign donations report only show ticket purchases and not donations also made via stripe.

  6. We would like to link grants to opportunities. We have some clients where we are managing a few multi-year grant commitments. These are not through GLM but through a separate agreement. We'd like to use opportunity tasks to collaborate on these, list the beneficiary profiles, and link the actual grant records. This would allow us the flexibility to utilize opportunities to track the work done for these relationships as these donors trust us to steward these specific grants that would not work as a recurring grant series because there is added complexity.

  7. Some fund agreements require a portion of spending be reinvested back into the fund's principal

    Currently, CSuite does not allow a fund to be its own beneficiary. Therefore, a manual journal entry is processed annually to reclass the reinvested amount from spendable to principal. And it is must be entered after Create Spendable Grants has been completed.

    Example:
    - 80% of spending granted externally
    - 20% must be reinvested into the fund's principal
    - After "Create Spendable Grant" runs, a manual journal entry is posted to reclass the 20% from spendable to principal.

  8. Please bring back the Old Support click. The new Search Help Articles are not as easy to find the information you are looking for. By clicking an article and browsing through the 5x7 area is ridiculous. Why would you make a support site so small and not user friendly?? I don't understand the changes CS is making. I really hope this goes back to the old way.

  9. Please give the 'Fund Profiles' table on the Relationships Tab the ability to be sorted by column. Currently it automatically sorts by profile name, however, when there are 5-7 profiles linked to a fund with multiple categories of links, certain information can be hard to read.

    I would like to be able to sort by category. Thank you.

  10. When printing labels for paper fund statements, please change them so they print in the order that the fund statement prints instead of alphabetical order by the fund advisor's name.

  11. Good afternoon,
    An example of this idea is how the "household" and "guests " are represented/reflected when we add profiles into campaigns. Could we have the "organization" and the "primary contact (just like we have 'guests') listed? It would look like this: "ORG Name" and below "primary contact" info. The org's email and the primary contact email would be included.

  13. Request: Add the ability to customize the subject line of the Donation Notify Email.

    Clear, tailored subject lines are essential for fund holders to immediately recognize the purpose and source of the email. As it stands, the default subject line is vague and can appear suspicious or irrelevant. Allowing subject line customization would improve clarity, trust, and overall communication when donations are made to a fund holder's fund.

  14. Current Challenge: The grant reporting system currently lists each fund disbursement as a separate grant, even when multiple funds contribute to a single board-approved grant. This results in:

    Overstatement of grant count: A single grant appears as multiple entries.
    Underreporting of average grant size: The total amount is split across entries, skewing metrics.
    Reduced clarity for stakeholders: For example, a $25,000 grant funded by five sources appears as five $5,000 grants, misrepresenting board decisions and complicating analysis.

  15. We need to modify giving levels for a fundraising campaign. As is right now, fundraising campaigns follow the system wide giving hub giving levels. Even if we set specific giving levels on the fund tied to the fundraising campaign, the levels shown on the campaign still default to the default giving hub levels, not the fund.

  16. We internally report "contact" notes to our staff on a weekly basis using the Scheduled Report function. This provides all of our staff with a snapshot of important conversations that have occurred over the previous week and been recorded in the database. I include the Ref Name column on this report because it's great context to have when viewing a list of notes. However, I've noticed that when a note is added to an opportunity or fund advisor record, the Ref Name is blank.   17. Same Beneficiary, Different Purpose: We have a fund whose fund advisor wishes the funding to be sent all to the same organization but for two different purposes. Currently we work this out by having the organization as the beneficiary to receive 75% of the funding for one purpose, and then we've set up a recurring grant for the organization for the separate purpose, but we have to manually adjust the amount each year. It would be great if we could set up the beneficiary twice for the two different purposes.

  18. If a fund advisor submits a grant request and needs to correct or edit the request, there is no current option for this in either the portal or on our end. A fund advisor has expressed frustration with needing to cancel and resubmit the request instead of being able to make a quick edit. An edit option for grant requests made in the donor portal would be helpful.

  19. QR codes for fund donation pages are great. We could use them also for funds that are set as Private, but are visible through the affiliate Giving Hub. There are URL's for those affiliate fund donation pages but no QR codes through CSuite.

  20. When we use outlook, we have to manually add the fund name and note type. We also have to manually add the sticky. Would be helpful if we could choose this. Would also be helpful to be able to create a task from the outlook email. And, if multiple funds/profiles could be chosen, bonus!
