  1. A simple idea that would help us a lot is to have checkboxes for alerts of important dates such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc when creating profiles. A step better would be receiving an email with this alert . Would be much easier than setting a task for each date for every profile .

    You could create a report with a relative date filter that is sent to your email. That might help with this request!

  2. Currently when filtering on a field to to exclude something, it is also removing all fields that are null as well. For example on a donation report, when I put the filter on the field Donation Type ID so it is NOT "In-Kind", one of our options, then it will remove all "In-Kind" donations from my report as well as all donations without a Donation Type ID, which is every Stripe donation.

  4. Have the ability to have certain tabs on the Fund Advisor Portal default to "Remove/Add from/To Everyone.

    We don't currently use the majority of the tabs and I have to remember to turn these tabs off when adding a fund advisor. It would be helpful to have these already default to "Remove from everyone" instead of individually edit.

  6. We have an annual Gala fundraiser event set up as a campaign in C-Suite. The Gala has some tickets for sponsorships, some are tables, some are tickets and some are donation items or underwriting options.

    For only one of those conditions is the best term "Ticket(s)" in the user's Cart Summary page.

    I'd like to be able to provide a noun for use in the cart (in the edit-ticket form), so that respectively above someone could have one sponsorship, two tables, four tickets and one underwritten expense shown in their Cart Summary page as they check out.

  8. As a foundation, I would like for community members visiting my website to be able to select "Start a Fund" from my website and enter details/intentions about that fund.

    Additionally, when fund advisors are logged in to their existing fund through the portal, I would like them to be able to request changes to the fund: Ex.: investment strategy.

We would like to be able to either (1) turn off donation emails related to non-gift donation types, or (2) be able to modify the donation emails to have more appropriate wording related to these donation types. It appears there is only one Donation Notify Email Body within Communication Content that can be assigned in this area and it would be helpful to customize the body of the email based on the donation type.

  10. When sending out Tribute emails, it would be very helpful to have the ability to preview the emails before sending them. In SLM, there is already a preview feature that allows users to scroll through all emails, verify that everything looks correct, and confirm that names and other fields are populating properly before sending. It would be nice to have a similar preview option for Tribute emails so users can review the content first and ensure everything is accurate before the emails are sent out.

Clients need approval tiers configured by grant dollar amount (e.g., grants over $50K require VP approval) rather than percentages, which don't reflect how most organizations structure financial controls. The addition of named approver assignment per tier would further close a workflow gap that is creating friction for clients with formal governance requirements. This is a broadly applicable enhancement with high adoption potential across nonprofit and foundation finance teams.

    Currently, this workflow exists for check approvals only, we are requesting it for grant approvals.

  12. I had an idea that could help strengthen donor relationships and enhance our customer service approach. It would be nice if the system could track donor birthdays and send birthday email or greetings.

    It’s a simple gesture, but it communicates that we see and value our donors as people, not just as numbers or contributions. Small personal touches like this can go a long way in building rapport, deepening relationships, and showing genuine appreciation for their support and connection to an organization.

  13. Grants can sometimes remain in the voucher bucket for extended periods and may require a charity check before processing. Currently, there is no option to perform this directly from the voucher bucket.

    Allowing users to initiate a charity check from the voucher bucket would streamline workflows, reduce extra navigation, and help ensure compliance for grants that have been pending for longer periods.

  14. Create an option so that fundholders can still set up recurring donations to the funds they manage. With the recent change from the left hand option to the Donate button, recurring donations to a private fund are no longer possible.

  15. I discovered today that the left menu under Fund Advisors no loner has an export. It only has "Export Email" on the left menu. Would you please put the normal export on the left menu. To work around I would need to create a report that provides all the information that I used to be able to just export from the Fund Advisor screen with one click.

  16. We would like for the option to assign a Fiscal Sponsor on the Grantee Designation of a grantee's profile so that it automatically populates on a grant record when it is created for that grantee, similar to how the Grant Type field on the Grantee Designation automatically populates on a grant record. This would save users time and avoid forgetting to add the sponsored org to each grant before payment is processed.

  17. When you search in the general search box, add "(Closed)" after the fund name. This was a previously implemented idea but I'd love to see a tweak to it - can you change the "(Closed)" to RED letters? I love that it's there but still often click on the wrong fund because it doesn't catch your attention

  18. Show Tribute Type in the Tribute Search. There are often Honor/Memorial tributes for the same Tribute Name - CSuite requires the type to be defined.

  20. We use Double the Donation as an external vendor to help donors find information for their company matching programs. It would be so helpful if there was an integration with Double the Donation and Foundant to share donor contact info.
