  1. 1) Currently, the standard grant catalog donor report (when the number of Donors is clicked on from the Grant Catalog Report view) does not separate internal donations that come from DAFs or other internal funds. So our foundation shows up as the top donor (e.g. with 100+ donations throughout the campaign), and we have to pull a separate donation report to see the breakdown of all of those donations. It would be great if fund advisor donations can show up on this report.

  2. When I uploaded a new default tax receipt template, I see that it is applied to all past donations. For example, a tax receipt that was sent on 4/9/25 does not preserve the actual tax receipt that was sent - what is preserved is the date and time stamp, and when I click "tax receipt" next to the printer icon, what is created is a tax receipt using the most recent default template. Would it be possible to also save the tax receipt that was sent at the date/time of the time stamp?

  3. LOVE the concept and functionality of the Donations Batch Workflow, but many of our largest volume batches are those that are applied to spendable for the fund. While the batch concept is pretty awesome, if the Apply to Spendable selection could be added to the full batch options (rather than going back to edit each donation one by one), that would be so very wonderful.

  4. When wanting to validate settings on each general ledger account it is hard to double check/verify any of the following settings as they are not possible to view in a custom report or to even export out of CSuite from the Chart of Accounts:
    Functional Expense
    Advisor
    IRS 1099 Field
    Investment Level
    Financial View
    Statement Account
    Close to Equity Account
    Vendor
    Currency

  5. Change the fund statement notification and email alert to a template which would allow for images (logos). Or add images <img src=""/> or {{img src=""/}} to html options. The current email is very basic despite having html capabilities. It's easy to overlook or mistake for spam. We currently send out an email notification through a third party which allows for image and logos. We would like to utilize the Csuite functionality instead.

  6. Please allow us to filter by Org Role Date in custom reports. Currently, you can only see and filter by the Org Role Date in the Home Profile Designation area. It would be very helpful to filter by Org Role Date in custom profile and donation reports.

  7. For recurring grants, the language used for the number of grants is confusing. The wording that advisors see when they make a request is "Number of Recurring", and the wording that staff sees is "Max Recurrence." However, in practice, the number in this field will be used for the total number of grants (one initial grant PLUS any recurrences). Can the language be changed to "Total number of grants" and "Max Occurrence" - or something similar that makes it clear that the first grant should be included in the count?

  9. When running an opportunities report or viewing opportunities, it would be beneficial to be able to filter the opportunities by stage. Viewing and reporting by stage can facilitate progress updates and help identify categories/levels of donor engagement when used for moves management.

  10. Would like campaign groups to be a field in a campaign report. This would help me pull a report on donations made by specific groups/tables.

    Currently, campaign donations report only show ticket purchases and not donations also made via stripe.

  11. We would like to link grants to opportunities. We have some clients where we are managing a few multi-year grant commitments. These are not through GLM but through a separate agreement. We'd like to use opportunity tasks to collaborate on these, list the beneficiary profiles, and link the actual grant records. This would allow us the flexibility to utilize opportunities to track the work done for these relationships as these donors trust us to steward these specific grants that would not work as a recurring grant series because there is added complexity.

  12. Some fund agreements require a portion of spending be reinvested back into the fund's principal

    Currently, CSuite does not allow a fund to be its own beneficiary. Therefore, a manual journal entry is processed annually to reclass the reinvested amount from spendable to principal. And it is must be entered after Create Spendable Grants has been completed.

    Example:
    - 80% of spending granted externally
    - 20% must be reinvested into the fund's principal
    - After "Create Spendable Grant" runs, a manual journal entry is posted to reclass the 20% from spendable to principal.

  13. Please bring back the Old Support click. The new Search Help Articles are not as easy to find the information you are looking for. By clicking an article and browsing through the 5x7 area is ridiculous. Why would you make a support site so small and not user friendly?? I don't understand the changes CS is making. I really hope this goes back to the old way.

  14. Have the ability to change the way the global search bar/other search bars pull up data. example: right now the global search bar alphabetizes by last name, then prefix, then first name. Would like to be able to switch that order to Last name then first name.

  15. Please give the 'Fund Profiles' table on the Relationships Tab the ability to be sorted by column. Currently it automatically sorts by profile name, however, when there are 5-7 profiles linked to a fund with multiple categories of links, certain information can be hard to read.

    I would like to be able to sort by category. Thank you.

  17. Good afternoon,
    An example of this idea is how the "household" and "guests " are represented/reflected when we add profiles into campaigns. Could we have the "organization" and the "primary contact (just like we have 'guests') listed? It would look like this: "ORG Name" and below "primary contact" info. The org's email and the primary contact email would be included.

  19. Request: Add the ability to customize the subject line of the Donation Notify Email.

    Clear, tailored subject lines are essential for fund holders to immediately recognize the purpose and source of the email. As it stands, the default subject line is vague and can appear suspicious or irrelevant. Allowing subject line customization would improve clarity, trust, and overall communication when donations are made to a fund holder's fund.
