  1. Shiny New Look: Responded to user feedback on the new UI updates, particularly around visibility and shading:
    - Increased contrast when grouping a custom report.
    - Increased contrast between enabled and disabled action buttons according to user permissions.
    - Updated buttons for generating award letters on scholarships.

    This did not happen on my sccreen

  2. I would like to open multiple reports from the dashoard without leaving it! I want to right click the report id to open in a new tab without being blocked. This is helpful to me when comparing certain metrics and different reports. I know there are workarounds (i.e opening up multiple report tabs and then clicking the id) but would really like to see things streamlined.

  3. LYBUNT Report in Dashboards is not accurate because it counts donations from households and individuals as separate.

    For example, if Jane Doe only donated in 2025 but the Jane and John Doe household donated in 2026, the LYBUNT report would show Jane Doe which would be incorrect because Jane actually did donate in 2026 with John through the household.

    I suggest having the LYBUNT report consider donations from indiv and their households as one unit to prevent this issue.

  4. The notes that are automatically saved to grantee profiles when a grant award letter is sent do not include emails that were cc'd, nor is the attachment included. There is a link where a file could be attached, but it gives me an error and I don't want to have to manually attach grant award letters to each note on a grantee profile anyway.

    When emailing grant award letters from CSuite, we have added a note in the Other Detail field on grantee emails that they are for grant notifications, but this detail isn't available as a field to pull…

  5. The category function is great for organizing files but we would like to provide more organization by having sub categories. Like a main category would be Finance and sub categories would be documents finance would be concerned with such as W9s. Thank You cards would be a Donor sub category. etc.

  6. The dashboards for grants and donations are excellent It would be amazing to have something similar for reporting on our organization's finances and investment performance. Graphic presentation of info is important to our finance committee, and it seems a shame to have to create everything manually from exported reports now that CSuite has dashboard capabilities.

    Create a dashboard for financial performance. (budget YTD and full year, year over year, trends, etc.) Allow user to select and save filters (accounts, fund groups, etc.)

  7. A local organization does not get mail from us, for reasons that are not known. These missing mailings include checks. We have documented this situation for more than a year. Their profile is now set to Do Not Mail, but an option to Hand Deliver would make it much clearer that all letters need to go by hand.

  8. For grantees who have recurring issues with mail, how about a Hand Deliver Only option that is right up front on the main grantee profile page? We have an organization that does not get checks in the mail from us on a regular basis. This option would make it clear what the delivery mode is without a need to read or refer to a note.

  9. Similar to where you can check a box to include blank default payment types to populate when you create a batch of checks add an option where you can select alternative payment types.
    Currently if you want to pay with a check for something that is typically electronic or ACH you have to change the default payment in order to create a check and then remember to change it back.

  10. LOVE the concept and functionality of the Donations Batch Workflow, but many of our largest volume batches are those that are applied to spendable for the fund. While the batch concept is pretty awesome, if the Apply to Spendable selection could be added to the full batch options (rather than going back to edit each donation one by one), that would be so very wonderful.

  11. The “Alumni” designation is a great option for adding education information to a profile. However, it would be better if we could rename it to “Education,” since the current label doesn’t really fit a community foundation’s needs.

  12. Change the fund statement notification and email alert to a template which would allow for images (logos). Or add images <img src=""/> or {{img src=""/}} to html options. The current email is very basic despite having html capabilities. It's easy to overlook or mistake for spam. We currently send out an email notification through a third party which allows for image and logos. We would like to utilize the Csuite functionality instead.

  13. We have had instances where we're expecting a scheduled report to be sent on a specific day and it does not get sent until a later day. If CSuite is unable to send the automated email due to a system issue or Internet outage, it will send the next available day and will also adjust the schedule from that point forward. We then have to manually change the "Next Send Date" for those scheduled reports so they're back to sending on a specific day. This is especially problematic for Weekly reports.

  14. The donor submitted grants request through the Portal that exceed the fund balance and available cash.

    Currently, there is no setting or hard stop in place to prevent a grant request from exceeding the available cash. When a request is created that surpasses the total available amount, the system displays a warning message indicating this—but it still allows the request to be submitted.

    I recommend implementing a control that automatically subtracts the available cash each time a grant is made, ensuring that future requests cannot exceed the remaining balance.

  15. For recurring grants, the language used for the number of grants is confusing. The wording that advisors see when they make a request is "Number of Recurring", and the wording that staff sees is "Max Recurrence." However, in practice, the number in this field will be used for the total number of grants (one initial grant PLUS any recurrences). Can the language be changed to "Total number of grants" and "Max Occurrence" - or something similar that makes it clear that the first grant should be included in the count?

  17. If you post a voucher before you add the campaign, you must unpost it before the campaign can be added. It would be easier if you can add a campaign to a posted voucher, similar to adding a campaign to a posted donation.

    With every other function, a user can add the campaign after the entry is posted except when dealing with vouchers. It is extremely frustrating to have to un-post, edit and repost to add a Champaign or change if required.

    This idea has been achieved before.... But I think it would be very helpful.

  18. Add / Create Task - can the due date default to today's date, keep option to change date? A lot of tasks are done for daily activities, so why not save time for the due date?
