  1. It seems like we are limited to the fields given in the Fund Statement - All Fields List. Let's create a way to manipulate field codes to give us unique data.

    For Example, if I want to take the funds {{beginningbalance}} and subtract {{donationstotal}} to make a new data field.

  2. Work Phone No. - Many facilities include an extension. Would be nice to be able to add phone number followed by ext. or extension. Perhaps a new field with phone extension. At the moment workaround is to use Other Details.

  3. Historical reconciliations currently aren't available for closed accounts. I have to reopen the account in order to download the reconciliations. It would be nice if there were history reports for closed account reconciliations.

  4. It would be SO helpful for the primary email that gets pulled in to email grant letters be for the development person (or whoever should get the letter). This is usually different than the primary email for the grantee (CEO, info account, etc.). I think the best way to do this is on the profile have the ability to mark an email for specific tasks (primary, grant letter recipient, etc.). Thanks!

  5. The Grant History page shows the name of the advisor that made the grant request.

    When you go to export this page to a spreadsheet using the Export option, the exported spreadsheet does not include this field. Please add the name of the advisor who made the request to the export spreadsheet.

  6. Currently, when a profile is linked from GLM to CSuite, existing CSuite data is overwritten with GLM data if it differs. Since CSuite is our database of record, and since applicants often misspell, type all caps, put their home addresses instead of org address, use abbreviations, etc., we often find that bad data has replaced the good in CSuite. It would be nice to have either: 1. a checkbox option that offers a choice to update a profile at the time the GLM and Csuite profiles are linked; 2. a global setting to allow or not allow updates to flow…

  7. I would like to filter by campaign or campaign group on the Financials "Add Financial Filter" page.

    The campaign page offers an Income Statement, but no way to edit or filter.

    My goal is to combine two related events on one Balance Sheet or Statement of Activities. We have a weekend pickleball tournament with different tickets to sell for Friday (sponsor party) or Saturday (tournament participant) activities. I would like to combine those two campaigns into one campaign group and create financials.

  8. Comprehensive Money in Daily Report --- why is there no Money In Report which will capture Donations AND Profile Payments/Event tickets which can be filtered/run per day? Currently these buckets of money in live in separate sections in CSuite and we have to pull two different reports.

  9. This idea was already archived in the idea lab, but I'm bringing it back, as it is could still be improved.

    When fund advisors update their account info in the portal (which is great!), staff receives an email notification with a link to the fund advisor record. We then click on the link, go to the profile, and then have to view the logs to determine what was changed. The email notification should included the details on what was changed OR when in Csuite, the updated information should be an alert for staff to acknowledge or "approve" the change.

  10. As the legacy portal end date nears, we continue to be bothered by the fact that the "Manage Login Info" and the "Login As" permissions are combined for the new portal, especially as it relates to Fund Advisors.

    For our operation, the same people who support fund advisors through the Login As feature are NOT the same people who Edit the fund advisors' login, NOR manage a fund advisor's password (set or change), NOR Link an Organization or Individual to the Fund Advisor.

    We require these permissions to be separated.

  11. Currently in bulk import of opportunities we are unable to set the stage and add custom fields. I have to manually and individually change the stage if it isn't the first stage. And to add custom fields I have to do v-lookups and do it in different bulk uploads to identify the opportunity id to then bulk update the custom fields. The bulk import of profiles allows the import of custom fields and the default fields. I would like to when doing a bulk import of opportunities to also set the stage it should be at and the custom fields…

  12. Since we need to collect all student's personal information to report to the Canada Revenue Agency every year, currently, we must manually enter each student's SSN to their CSuite profile. In our process, we ask for a student's SSN and direct-deposit information on a follow-up form that must be completed after they have been selected to receive funding. It would be great to have a function that can import this information from the SLM follow-up form to their CSuite profile.

  13. Add ability to add a note to a Group record under System Configuration. As a system admin, I am currently keeping a separate record of notes for each of the user groups I create. Different teams, and members on those teams, have different access requirements so I am documenting the purpose of each targeted Group. It would be more convenient to have these notes included on the Group record but there is currently not a button to add a note to that type of record.

  15. The bulk create yearly tax receipts is a great function - and I would love it if we could leverage the way we do statements. Currently, the option is to mail or email the yearly receipt on an individual level. If we could have a way to bulk create them for donors and publish to the fund advisor portal, not the donor portal, so that fund advisors can see the tax receipts this would get around the issue of individuals having to change the profile to the household to see household donations. This way they could see their yearly receipts…

  16. In the new portal there is an option to rename the Grant Request left navigation menu tab, which is great. However, the persistent Create Grant Request button on the top left is not something to rename. So if we want to rename the left navigation to "Recommend a Grant" which is the language our fund advisors are used to seeing, the language of Create Grant Request is not consistent. So, regardless of the option to customize the tab name, because the button is fixed we are going to be restricted to naming it consistent to the button. If we can…

  17. We have opened the new portal to our donors, and they generally like it.

    One request was to move or enlarge the "Create Grant Request" button. It's currently at the top right of each page, and our donors felt that it would be better to have that be more prominent.

  18. Create customizable options for the Top Donor's and Top Grantees charts on the home page. Many of our donors fund their DAFs with a single contribution, like an endowment. In this situation, when the donation is past the default date, which looks like the last 12 months, the donor is welcomed to a blank and confusing screen. A sample is attached. If there was a way to change the default date that is shown in the top right corner that would be great, or simply showing all donations, would be good.   19. We see that this request has been archived in the past. Please reconsider it. If we import a large batch of grants or use the "Create Spendable Grants" to create hundreds of grants at one time, there is no way to bulk delete those grants once created if we find there is either an error or something that needs to be run differently. Individually opening and deleting each grant is extremely time consuming. Bulk actions can be found in other areas throughout the site. Can bulk delete of grants be implemented?

  20. We have had several universities complain that the scholarship letter template is messy and that it would be easier if it was organized by student name. After poking around and speaking with a support specialist, it seems this is not possible.

    I have attached a copy of our current scholarship letter with fake names to give an idea of how Csuite currently arranges the order of students, which is by individual grant. I've also attached an alphabetized version of the same list of "students" to show a better flow.
