  1. Profile > Engagement Tab - Invited Active Campaign list

    Right now when you delete a campaign from the "Invited Active Campaigns" list (under the Engagement Tab of the guest's profile) it refreshes to the related campaign page. It would make more sense to stay on the initial Profile, we were in that Profile for a purpose or we would have deleted them from the Campaign side.

  2. We currently do not share donation amounts with fundholders or fund advisors; however, we are possibly implementing an affiliate program where we would consider sharing this information. It would be great if we could set who can see donation amounts at the fund advisor level instead of the fund level. If we have multiple fund advisors on a fund, we can only turn on/shut off donation amounts using "Hide Amounts" at the fund level. That means all fund advisors have the same permissions. We may want one fund advisor or affiliate to have access, while not giving another fund advisor…

  3. Many of our donors have called in after switching to the new C-Suite portal stating that none of their previous grantees are showing up. I have found that the issue 90% of the time is that they are not clicking in the blank box to view the list.

    Once I ask them to try the issue is solved and they all mention that this box should have the drop down icon or in someway make it more obvious that they have to click the blank field to pull up the list.

  4. It would be great to have the option to export the Positive Pay report as a CSV file since that is the requirement with our bank. It would also be very helpful to have the option to request how the data columns are formatted in the generated Positive Pay report. Our bank requires the data columns in a different arrangement than what is generated in C-Suite. Every week I will need to transfer the TXT file into an Excel document to make the column adjustments and to save it as a CSV file. This is a lot of extra work…

  6. We work with organizations with high administrator turn over. When replacing a new administrator, they need to be set up as a Fund Advisor and then we have to manually add each individual fund. This is cumbersome.

    Under "add funds" function, can you add a "Fund Advisor Like...." option that would allow multiple funds to be added at once. For example, Mr. Smith leaves an organization, can Mr. Brown be set up as a Fund advisor, click Add Fund, and Set up funds "like": [enter Profile name] Mr. Smith in this case.

  7. Ability to bulk edit fund statement type by fund type, via custom reports. We are migrating to email all fund statements to just agency funds and would like to bulk edit all advisors to receive email statements.

  9. I would like to have more options for recurring donation cadence, or for it to be user-configurable. For example, I would like to add twice per month (to align with donors who are paid twice a month) and semi-annually (ie: 2 times a year) as options.

  10. CSuite has a Profile Email, Address, Phone ID unique to each value on a profile. These ID's, which are required to bulk update the values, are only exposed in the Profile Email, Address, Phone reports. These reports are not useful because they have no other attributes (Prim, Inactive, etc.). Please expose these fields on the Profiles Custom Report to allow for better filtering for bulk update actions.

  11. We'd like to have the ability to mark a couple of note types as sticky ones. This would allow the finance related notes such as those concerning fund agreements or investments pinned at the top for better visibility.
    Currently, many fundraisers are adding notes from the profiles selecting the fund name. As a result, finance notes are getting pushes down, making harder for the team to locate critical information quickly.

  13. We need a way to run LYBUNTS for specific funds that doesn't take other fund donations into account. We have different fundraising goals and outreach for specific funds. There is not a way for us to pull a list of people who donated to 'Annual Fund' last year but not this year because when you run a LYBUNT and filter by Fund, IF the donor had made any other gift in the timeframe they do not show up. We had donors who made pledge payments to a special project but had not made their annual fund gift yet, get left…

  14. When I copy it comes up with the old grant date and the old pay schedule date. It should copy to current dates as well as the advisor, the expense account, custom fields, etc. Basically, if I am copying a grant, my goal is to not have to do much editing, if any at all.

  16. Please implement additional sorting options for funds that are not promoted, but show up on the "Show Additional Funds" page. Currently, this page sorts alphabetically.

    It would be great if those funds could be sorted in different ways, including but not limited to fixed numerical ordering, like you can with promoted funds.

    Also, it would be helpful if the funds could be grouped based on fund group, sub-group, division, or segment. Then, sorting within each of those groupings as well.

  17. Please add yesterday and today for relative date filtering. We have a lot of scheduled reports we have set to this week, when we really need to check yesterday's or today's information. There is also not a great way to see only today's date unless you put the date in the range which is not intuitive and would take more work than just having a relative date option.

  18. I'd love to be able to import org role relationships for existing records the same we can import relationships. While I know we can bulk add org roles, this doesn't solve the fact that the start and end dates may be different. For example, I am relinking some former board members to our organization profile - they all have different dates of service I want to capture by using the start and end dates. While I can bulk add the Board member org role to these profiles and connect them in bulk to our organizational profile, I still have to…

  19. It would be great to have a note that lives specifically on individual campaign profiles. We track unsubscribes from our e-newsletters, and instead of bogging down the individual's main profile page with notes, it would be great to have one tying back to the specific campaign they unsubscribed from.

  20. It would be helpful to have the option to include ACH and Electronic Checks in the Positive Pay Export. ACH and Electronic Checks that are presented at our bank create exceptions and we manually approve them for payment on our banking website. If we could include these in our Positive Pay Export uploads, these payments would clear without causing exceptions. Thank you for your consideration.
