Create Filters for Grant Submissions by Donors via Portal
Currently, "Create All Requests" in Portal will push all the grants to "New". Regardless if I use "load" or "filter" option, it will push all grants through.
Example:
The request has 2x grants that belong to Employee A and 3x grants that belong to Employee B. If "Create All Requests" is used then all 5x grants will be pushed to "New".Resolution:
I'd like to see a filter where it will only push 2/5 grants through for Employee A or 3/5 grants through for Employee B3 votes -

It would be great if you could set different minimum grant amounts for each fund or at least the fund type in the system.

Title and Org in Address Block
We have a lot of profiles that we mail for different reasons and therefore send to different address types (home vs. business). It would be useful to have a space to include the individuals title and organization name in the address block for business addresses. Right now we are de-duping and doing a lot of external clean up (in excel) to remove the title and organization name from individuals using a home address.
3 votesYou should be able to do this with current functionality. In Profiles, select Profile Type from the left side menu. Select the id of the address type that is a "work" address. Enable the "work" check box. That should add the organization name and title to the address block.

Less Spendable Fund Balance (remaining dollars to be spent)I tried to set this up using the "By Account" setting with the Endowment and Default Fund Balance accounts. Belatedly I discovered that the "Default" retained earnings were only included in the 4th quarter of each FY. This is explained in the online documentation Distributions/Set Up Types in the light blue section. Was it there when I set up Distribution Types 2 years ago? Maybe.
We could use the "Total Net Assets" setting…

Upload auction items via spreadsheet
We would love to be able to upload out auction items via a spreadsheet instead of entering items individually. This would be a huge timesaver.

types of labels and salutations
I would like to be able to create different types of mail labels and salutations (i.e. a formal, informal, board member, Professional Advisor). We use formal mail labels and salutations when notifying a non-profit of whom they can thank for the grant. But when we are sending mail to a fund advisor we use an informal label and salutation.

It would be great if campaigns could change or show the date as per the date on the ticket, not the actual campaign end date.

Add KPI tab to profiles
Key performance indicators are difficult to track and manage within CSuite. It would be nice to have it's own tab with some preset fields (most commonly reported fields) and custom fields that we can set our own reporting dates/times/notes etc...
We are currently using opportunities and then reporting separately for Grant and donation information. Ideally, this tab could have options to show/view total yearly/quartely donation amounts, grant amounts. There's many other items we report on but always have to go to a few different places to see/view what we need to report on.3 votes -
Add Qualified Donee row/option
Add a row to Grants and Grantee profiles that allow us to select Qualified Donee as an option for Organizations/Profiles as qualified donees are eligible to receive grants. Currently, with AJAH turned on and the word "Qualified Donee" in the FedID field, it does not allow us to check or process a grant therefor, we need to keep AJAH off and manually check the charity status for each grant. This may also include bypassing AJAH charity check if Qualified Donee is set.

Please add a Deceased Advisor button in the Advisor area & a similar column in exports
this way we can just go in and click the button and keep the advisor on the fund for a history and filter out the deceased advisors on Fund Advisor reports.

Reverse Reconcile Check Numbers
Is it possible to add the check numbers in the Reverse Reconcile view? The column is already there, but it never populates any data. Thanks!

Routing number verification
Under Profile, in the ACH Settings when entering the routing number, would like for CS to be able to verify if its a valid or invalid number when configuring the account information. Currently, a NACHA file is run with the account information that is configured and then uploaded to the bank where then you will find out if the routing is valid or not. Would be nice to find this out on the front end of the process rather than the end of the process.

organization child
When linking a parent organization to a child organization, there is not enough information displayed to distinguish the children from one another. For example BANK (Parent Organization) has two Children, Bank and Bank, you have to click on the children to see that Bank is John Smith and the second Bank is Jane Doe. Can there be another column displayed with the "Primary Contact" name.

Minimize/Maximize file categories
We love being able to create categories for files and will be utilizing it more soon. We discovered, however, that when there are many files in a fund, it would be beneficial to minimize all fund categories and be able to just maximize the category we're looking for a file under.

Enable an edit button for file names in the voucher area without having to unpost. Currently we have to unpost and repost then go through the approval process again.

Tax Receipt Template Logic - "Fund" Assigned Should get the highest value
In Tax Receipt Template Logic, currently "Payment Type" is assigned the most points. It would make more sense that a the Fund assigned to the template get the most points. Funds often have nuances that need to be addressed in the tax receipt, and the current value system does not easily or simply allow for that.
