  1. I know a recent update has allowed all contributor names to be anonymized, with a single checkbox in System Data, when they appear in the Donor Portal. It has been our practice to reveal contributor names and contact information to fundholders but NOT the amount of the gifts. In this way, our fundholders have an opportunity to mail their own personal thank yous to those who contribute to their fund.

    I know contributor amounts can be hidden via a fund-by-fund checkbox, but for our organization, with ~1200 funds, this is a large task to undertake. Could a single checkbox choice…

  3. When using the donation import template there is no field to link the donation being imported to an open pledge or promise in CSuite. This requires clicking on the pledge ID & looking for any donations made by the donor & then linking them. Or going into each donation & then linking to open pledges. Either way it is a manual process to link imported donations to pledges or promises. For organizations that have a high volume of pledge payments this is a time consuming process.   5. Currently the Fund Advisor portal only shows city/state when fund advisors search our database for a new grantee. It would be helpful to have the street address pull over from CSuite to help the fund advisor select the correct organization.

  6. We just got the ability to add an Alert Area for checks for profile notes which is great! However, we'd like to also have the ability to add the Check Alert Area for notes on funds, meaning when a check is paying a voucher from a specific fund, the alerts pop up for those too.

  8. We like the new look for the Nonprofit Directory. However, I'd love for the image 'frame', where a nonprofit can upload an image for the directory, to automatically resize the image to a maximum height (I'd suggest 150-200).

    I have asked over 100 nonprofits to provide images to include, but because there is not a size limit on the 'frame' it goes into, it will be to me to edit all of the incoming images to limit the height.

  9. We have a lot of profiles that we mail for different reasons and therefore send to different address types (home vs. business). It would be useful to have a space to include the individuals title and organization name in the address block for business addresses. Right now we are de-duping and doing a lot of external clean up (in excel) to remove the title and organization name from individuals using a home address.

  10. Make the authentication box on the login screen automatically populate the cursor and ability to type. Once you try to log in, it prompts for authentication. Then, you have to click on the text box, but most of the time, I forget to click the box because on most websites, it automatically is ready to have someone type in it. So I am left typing the authentication on my phone into nothing.

  12. Needing a multifund receipt option for imports. We are planning to utilize the file import for donations when we have large campaigns to save data entry time. When we go to pull the receipts however it's doing 1 page per donation instead of 1 page per donor.

    I understand that we can manually enter the multi fund donation and get the same outcome but that is much more time consuming.

  17. I'd like to see a couple of changes to the NEW LOOK version of the Nonprofit Directory:
    1. On the Main Page of the Directory, add a 'category heading' above the 'types/categories' of nonprofits as well as above the list:
    "By Category:" - for the groupings of NPs
    "By Name:" - for the list
    2. On the Main Page of the Directory, where all the nonprofits are listed, I suggest it NOT include the public email or phone #.
    I'd rather this be a simple list where the user has to click the nonprofit to go to the nonprofit's directory…

  18. There should be a setting that makes the any sub-funds either appear with the main fund or without it. This could be an overall Fund Advisor Portal setting.
    Currently, the fund activity shows the main fund and sub-funds added together, and the investments tab shows just the main fund information. Also, the home screen shows just the main fund information. It would be helpful for the fund advisors if there was consistency between all the tabs.
    Since we run statements separately for main and sub-funds, I think it should just show the main fund info on the main fund, but…

  19. I would like to see the Fund Template area of System Data show the Fund Statement Format(s) using the template. Additionally, this could help create greater visibility on what Fund Templates and Formats are actually being used on a per/fund basis.

  20. Hello - I am still struggling with how Tributes are tracked - I cannot find a Tribute "sent" option in default reports or in Tributes or any report that shows when it might have been sent or how.
