  1. Would it be possible to have an additional data field in Profiles for Social Media? Putting an organization's FB page in "website" doesn't feel right...and we often have both a website AND a social media page that we would like to keep track.

    The social media page could also be included in the Nonprofit Directory GivingHub (or whatever that's called).

  2. It would be helpful to have analytical data and reporting to understand if/how/how frequently QR Codes are used when I generate a QR code for the ticket URL.

    This will help me analyze the effectiveness of QR codes for individual events and in aggregate to compare effectiveness by the type of event, donor, or other criteria.

  3. Sometimes nonprofits don't cash their checks for grants and after months we need to void and reissue a check for the grant. The problem is that the system sends a grant paid email to fund advisors who have grant notify on. This causes a lot of confusion because fund advisors are notified that a grant is paid and think it is a mistake, they don't attribute it to the original grant they made because it could have been months ago. They also don't except to see multiple emails of a grant payment for one grant. Can there be a way…

  4. Please create a "convert to household" button in campaign to easily convert individual profiles to household profiles (with household members) added as guest. Sometimes individual profiles are pulled in from a profile type and there's not option to bring in the household. It would be great to just scroll down the list of profiles in the campaign, see who is in a household, and add the household (with household members as guest) with just one click! (We have a workaround for this now, but it's time consuming!!)

  5. We internally report "contact" notes to our staff on a weekly basis using the Scheduled Report function. This provides all of our staff with a snapshot of important conversations that have occurred over the previous week and been recorded in the database. I include the Ref Name column on this report because it's great context to have when viewing a list of notes. However, I've noticed that when a note is added to an opportunity or fund advisor record, the Ref Name is blank.   7. It would be helpful to allow multiple types of entries in the donor portal when a fundholder is requesting a grant. For example, if a fundholder types "$25,000" including a dollar sign and a comma, an error sign comes up ("must be a decimal number".) The fundholder needs to type in 25000 for the grant to go through. Allowing $25,000 would help reduce frustration.

  8. Same Beneficiary, Different Purpose: We have a fund whose fund advisor wishes the funding to be sent all to the same organization but for two different purposes. Currently we work this out by having the organization as the beneficiary to receive 75% of the funding for one purpose, and then we've set up a recurring grant for the organization for the separate purpose, but we have to manually adjust the amount each year. It would be great if we could set up the beneficiary twice for the two different purposes.

  9. QR codes for fund donation pages are great. We could use them also for funds that are set as Private, but are visible through the affiliate Giving Hub. There are URL's for those affiliate fund donation pages but no QR codes through CSuite.

  10. When we use outlook, we have to manually add the fund name and note type. We also have to manually add the sticky. Would be helpful if we could choose this. Would also be helpful to be able to create a task from the outlook email. And, if multiple funds/profiles could be chosen, bonus!

  11. Profile > Engagement Tab - Invited Active Campaign list

    Right now when you delete a campaign from the "Invited Active Campaigns" list (under the Engagement Tab of the guest's profile) it refreshes to the related campaign page. It would make more sense to stay on the initial Profile, we were in that Profile for a purpose or we would have deleted them from the Campaign side.

  12. We work with organizations with high administrator turn over. When replacing a new administrator, they need to be set up as a Fund Advisor and then we have to manually add each individual fund. This is cumbersome.

    Under "add funds" function, can you add a "Fund Advisor Like...." option that would allow multiple funds to be added at once. For example, Mr. Smith leaves an organization, can Mr. Brown be set up as a Fund advisor, click Add Fund, and Set up funds "like": [enter Profile name] Mr. Smith in this case.

  13. It would be great to be able to put alternate budgets (reforecasts) into CSuite for the same year so report on both the original budget and updated forecast. Right now, it only allows one budget per year.

  15. CSuite has a Profile Email, Address, Phone ID unique to each value on a profile. These ID's, which are required to bulk update the values, are only exposed in the Profile Email, Address, Phone reports. These reports are not useful because they have no other attributes (Prim, Inactive, etc.). Please expose these fields on the Profiles Custom Report to allow for better filtering for bulk update actions.

  16. Report on all notes in the system and be able to see the profile associated with the note, whether the note is directly on the profile or the note is on an opportunity with a profile as the primary opp profile.

  18. Our fund advisors would benefit from an alert that would be sent to our staff when a fund advisor creates a distribution request that would leave the fund with little or no remaining balance. As non-profit organizations experience funding challenges, we do see the potential for more agency fund advisors to request funds for emergencies. An alert would create an opportunity to have meaningful conversations with our fund advisors. It would be great if the alert can be sent via email to the foundation’s key relationship managers.   19. We'd like to have the ability to mark a couple of note types as sticky ones. This would allow the finance related notes such as those concerning fund agreements or investments pinned at the top for better visibility.
    Currently, many fundraisers are adding notes from the profiles selecting the fund name. As a result, finance notes are getting pushes down, making harder for the team to locate critical information quickly.

  20. As we are beginning to utilize Tasks, our lists in each bucket are beginning to grow. It would be awesome to be able to search for specific tasks in any bucket by a keyword to make finding them alot easier.
