  2. Please give the 'Fund Profiles' table on the Relationships Tab the ability to be sorted by column. Currently it automatically sorts by profile name, however, when there are 5-7 profiles linked to a fund with multiple categories of links, certain information can be hard to read.

    I would like to be able to sort by category. Thank you.

  3. We'd like the ability to limit profile access based on profile designations. For example, if a profile has the Vendor designation activated, only certain staff should be able to edit the profile. Right now there is only 1 set of profile permissions that isn't dependent on the designations.

  4. Create settings for Stewards. We would love for Stewards of funds to get notified if a donation is made to a specific fund.

  5. Please add this option to the Journal Entry menu as an action on the left hand task bar. From an accounting perspective, we often use the "Import" function for Journal Entries each month as all information is compiled in an external Excel/CSV file and formatted after completion to import and save time. These imports split into dozens of journal entries separated by fund. Currently, we have to manually go into each individual entry and attach the same Excel workbook for documentation entry by entry.

    A bulk "Attach File" option would save significant time and make repetitive tasks much more efficient.

  6. There are certain fields requested by DonorSearch to complete wealth screenings on profiles. Most are readily available in CSuite, but some are not as easy to access. In order to reduce the amount of manual and spreadsheet lookup work needed to prepare an import file, please consider adding the following enhancements for the donor rollup report to make HH reporting easier: Largest Gift Date, Last Gift Amount, First Gift Amount, and First Gift Date and Last Gift Date to aggregate data across all rolled up profiles (currently shows HH dates even if IND profile dates are first/last).

  7. We’d love to see the ability to link grants to a fundraising campaign, the same way donations can be linked. Sometimes grants come in as a direct result of campaign efforts, and right now there’s no way to capture that connection.

    Having this feature would give us a clearer picture of the true impact of our campaigns and make reporting more meaningful. It would also help us tell the full story of how our campaigns generate support—not just through donations, but through grants too.

  8. I would like the ability to import a spreadsheet for internal grants. It is possible for 'regular' grants, but not for internal grants at this time.

  9. On the Fund Profile History page the actual amounts for the grantees are only visible if the mouse is hovered over a piece of the pie chart. It would be great if this pie chart could show the number values so that it can be used in greater detail at meetings with Fundholders.

    And/or, the ability to export the pie chart to excel to make these edits ourselves would work well. Right now it can only be copied as an image.

  14. We are an Education Foundation supporting our local K12 public schools. Our grants are directly to the District, to individual teachers, or to higher ed institutions. The Charity Check feature presents difficulties. We need a bulk action to set "No Charity Status Check" or a system wide option to "Disable Charity Check" as these features do not serve our present situation.

    1. Duplicates are not being caught if the profile has a prefix or suffix vs. the same profile without the prefix or suffix listed. For Example, Dr. Audrey Hauser vs. Audrey Hauser are the same people but are not being reported as a duplicate. Could we have C-Suite ignore prefix and suffix to catch duplicates?

    2. Duplicate households are not being caught if household names are inverse. For example, Hauser, Audrey & Olson, Cameron vs. Olson, Cameron and Hauser, Audrey are the same households but not being reported as duplicates by C-Suite.   15. Currently, it is only possible to add 1 tribute per donation in Community Suite. Is there a way to add the ability to apply multiple tributes?

    The case exists in that we have multiple appeals, and even regular donations, where donors send in one gift, one fund, and name many tributes. They are NOT sending one gift to multiple funds with multiple tributes.

  16. Is it possible to have a template letter to include with the printed Fund Statements just like the template for the emailed Fund Statements? We want to customize the letter each quarter and pull in the "Salutation" field for each printed Fund Statement.

  17. Campaign reporting and management are currently very difficult for Fund Advisors to navigate within their portal. We frequently receive questions asking whether the amounts displayed are from general donations or generated through an active campaign.

    It would be incredibly helpful to have a dedicated “Campaign” tab within the Fund Advisor portal. This tab could provide a clear overview of all active campaigns, including sales data, donor information, and various reporting metrics.

    At the moment, I’m having to compile and share this information manually in a single report so Fund Advisors can view all relevant campaign details in one place.

  18. Currently, internal grants do not show on the portal grant summary charts. This is confusing for fund advisors who want to see all that their fund has given to. The charts are not showing the true picture by excluding internal grants. If the same date range as the chart is used to filter the detailed grant history, the amounts are different. Again, this is confusing to fund advisors.

  19. Currently, there is not an automatic field for the Profile Age based on the DOB field. Is there a way that this can be programmed so that we don't have to export a list of people into an Excel spreadsheet and create a formula for this? In our organization, we do a lot of programming for age groups and having the age automatically show up on the profile page, would be awesome and less time consuming on the staff. Thank you for listening to my suggestion.
