  1. option on custom reports to have a column on each record that only shows the profile types that were requested in the filter. For example, if filter equal Board Member and Legacy Member, show each record with only the profile type(s) that met the criteria for that profile not all profile types on the profile.

  2. The UI Refresh looks great, however when a user decides to go back (disable the shiny new look) to the original look in the Styles Settings. It changes it globally for all the users in CSuite. Please make it so it doesn't change it for everyone and make it based on the users preference. Thank you.

  3. We appreciate the options for new data visualizations. However, the ability to send reports externally from internal data on a recurring basis for any user is concerning. We need to be able to restrict this based on staff who have the awareness of what should or shouldn't be shared externally without review. Can permissions be added for this?

    Internal data needs to remain internal with no ability to unintentionally leak it externally.

  4. If an organization is a beneficiary of a fund, I would like to see that on the recipients profile, not only on the Fund profile.

The "Add Opportunity" action still shows up when user is in the "Relationships" tab on a profile record, even though the the Opportunities tables has been relocated to the "Engagement" tab on a profile record. Would be great for this action be relocated to show up when a user is in the "Engagement" tab as well.

  6. Can you please separate the "Link Profiles" permission from the "Create" permission under Profile Permissions? We don't want some staff to be able to create new profiles, but we want them to be able to link existing profiles to each other under relationships. Thanks so much.

  7. Would it be possible to have an additional data field in Profiles for Social Media? Putting an organization's FB page in "website" doesn't feel right...and we often have both a website AND a social media page that we would like to keep track.

    The social media page could also be included in the Nonprofit Directory GivingHub (or whatever that's called).

  9. It would be helpful to have analytical data and reporting to understand if/how/how frequently QR Codes are used when I generate a QR code for the ticket URL.

    This will help me analyze the effectiveness of QR codes for individual events and in aggregate to compare effectiveness by the type of event, donor, or other criteria.

  10. I would like to be able to pull a report with all pledges and donations related to a specific fund. This would allow us to tell who has and hasn't been reached about their annual giving whether or not we have the cash in hand yet.

  11. Sometimes nonprofits don't cash their checks for grants and after months we need to void and reissue a check for the grant. The problem is that the system sends a grant paid email to fund advisors who have grant notify on. This causes a lot of confusion because fund advisors are notified that a grant is paid and think it is a mistake, they don't attribute it to the original grant they made because it could have been months ago. They also don't except to see multiple emails of a grant payment for one grant. Can there be a way…

  12. We schedule weekly custom report emails to all staff. This report includes Note ID. If a note refers to an attached file, having the ability to jump into Global Search to bring up the Note ID would be a time saver for all staff.

It could be confusing to see the full opportunity amount on a connected profile or professional advisor's relationship tab once they are connected with the new opportunity features releasing soon. Could there be some sort of designation added to those profiles so it's clear what role they have? I.e. red text saying "professional advisor" or something similar.

  15. We need the fields for tribute information on a donation to be available to pull into the donation notify email body content. Right now, the tribute fields aren't available for this template.

    We send agencies notifications about donations made to their agency endowment, and we need tribute information to be included. If it's not, the agency doesn't get the full context of the gift.

  16. Report on all notes in the system and be able to see the profile associated with the note, whether the note is directly on the profile or the note is on an opportunity with a profile as the primary opp profile.

  17. It would be helpful if month-end close could be broken down so we could close by the transaction type (ie donations, grants, vouchers, general ledger) or even by division. There are some areas that Finance wants to close ASAP to prevent back-dated transactions by other departments, but other areas that need to remain open for entries by Finance. The current all-or-nothing approach forces us to keep the period open, which means transactions (often grants) can post incorrectly into a past month. Please consider the functionality to allow for piecemeal closes instead of one all-encompassing.

  18. Introduce the ability to categorize funds within the Giving Hub - allowing users to filter the fund list by specific types, such as scholarship funds.

    Each filter view would generate its own unique URL. For example, the filtered list of scholarship funds could be accessed via: csuite.com/donation/scholarship-list

    This would allow these specific fund lists to be easily shared on websites, etc.

  20. The donor portal graphs for fund advisors currently default to depict the prior 12 months of activity. Our donors find little utility in this view as they are most focused on the activity which aligns with the calendar/tax year perspective. Can there be an option available on the portal for a Foundation to set this as the default view rather than ask the donor to make this switch each time they log in? Further, can there be an option for the Foundation to select to have the default for the graphs to depict the current calendar year vs the prior…
