  1. Proposed Enhancement: Attribute Descriptions via Hover Information
    We recommend adding an information icon or hover-over tooltip for data attributes across the platform—especially within profile fields. This feature would provide users with quick, contextual descriptions of each attribute without leaving the page or consulting external documentation.

  2. It's great that Csuite tried to make updates to allow for donors to give to multiple requests from the main grant catalog page, but the user-experience needs improvement.

    The "basket" is hard to find, and the new "ADD" button below each grant catalog request is not intuitive. Please change "ADD" to "ADD TO BASKET" or allow us to edit the "ADD" button language. (It's surprising this is not editable).

    On mobile, the "Basket" is especially hard to find, buried under the menu, which is how most donors give. And, the basket total amount does not update on mobile like it…

  4. When sending grant award letters via Email - please create a function to auto-populate the non-primary emails into the cc fields. This would save so much time and not require staff to remember and manually add ccs each time. Alert notes don't even show up in the Email Grant Documents area so there's not an easy way to be reminded of who needs to be cced. There should be an option to automatically include more than just the primary email. Please also add any cc emails sent to the log of the grant and profile. Currently only the primary email…

  5. After creating a campaign, there is an option to import a CSV document with the Profile IDs of donors/advisors who received the email. This allows you to add multiple profiles to the campaign at once.

    There should be the same feature for donations attributed to a campaign, we should be able to upload a CSV file of Donation IDs to the marketing campaign instead of having to manually add each donation 1 by 1.

  6. With the "shiny new look", the Edit button for funds is at the top of the screen. If you're scrolling through the setting tab and find something that needs editing, you have to scroll all the way back up to the top of the screen to hit the edit button. In the past it was always on the left menu wherever you were in scrolling through the settings options.

  7. Would like there to be more freedom in campaigns to create multiple choice, free response, and Y/N surveys for volunteer recruitment and tracking and surveys to send after an event to collect feedback.

  8. When trying to see a full picture of a donor and upcoming tasks, it would be nice to see future Opportunity tasks on the profile. Right now, I have to open the Opportunity to see if there is a future task set (or search All Tasks) and it would be nice if it were just to appear on the profile as a future task.

  9. It would be great if tasks could be viewed directly from the profile. Right now you have to click through a lot of places to see tasks. It would be great to have tasks that are not related to an opportunity which is currently not possible. We end up using notes a lot because it is so much more visible from the profile.

  10. option on custom reports to have a column on each record that only shows the profile types that were requested in the filter. For example, if filter equal Board Member and Legacy Member, show each record with only the profile type(s) that met the criteria for that profile not all profile types on the profile.

  11. The UI Refresh looks great, however when a user decides to go back (disable the shiny new look) to the original look in the Styles Settings. It changes it globally for all the users in CSuite. Please make it so it doesn't change it for everyone and make it based on the users preference. Thank you.

  12. We appreciate the options for new data visualizations. However, the ability to send reports externally from internal data on a recurring basis for any user is concerning. We need to be able to restrict this based on staff who have the awareness of what should or shouldn't be shared externally without review. Can permissions be added for this?

    Internal data needs to remain internal with no ability to unintentionally leak it externally.

The "Add Opportunity" action still shows up when user is in the "Relationships" tab on a profile record, even though the the Opportunities tables has been relocated to the "Engagement" tab on a profile record. Would be great for this action be relocated to show up when a user is in the "Engagement" tab as well.

  15. Can you please separate the "Link Profiles" permission from the "Create" permission under Profile Permissions? We don't want some staff to be able to create new profiles, but we want them to be able to link existing profiles to each other under relationships. Thanks so much.

  17. It would be helpful to have analytical data and reporting to understand if/how/how frequently QR Codes are used when I generate a QR code for the ticket URL.

    This will help me analyze the effectiveness of QR codes for individual events and in aggregate to compare effectiveness by the type of event, donor, or other criteria.

  18. I would like to be able to pull a report with all pledges and donations related to a specific fund. This would allow us to tell who has and hasn't been reached about their annual giving whether or not we have the cash in hand yet.

  19. Sometimes nonprofits don't cash their checks for grants and after months we need to void and reissue a check for the grant. The problem is that the system sends a grant paid email to fund advisors who have grant notify on. This causes a lot of confusion because fund advisors are notified that a grant is paid and think it is a mistake, they don't attribute it to the original grant they made because it could have been months ago. They also don't except to see multiple emails of a grant payment for one grant. Can there be a way…

  20. We schedule weekly custom report emails to all staff. This report includes Note ID. If a note refers to an attached file, having the ability to jump into Global Search to bring up the Note ID would be a time saver for all staff.
