  1. It would be helpful to have the ability to share custom reports in C-suite but only to selected staff and not to all of the organization. We have reports that are needed cross-departmental and if the person that created the report isn't available to run the report we either have to wait for them to return or try to reproduce the report. The data within the report isn't something we'd want to be made available for all staff to go in and run the report.

  2. When a fund advisor password is reset, the Log shows the fund advisors name in 'User' field and not the staff person's name who reset the password. 'User' should always reflect the staff member.

  4. Want to be able to add more than one type to a note. Sometimes the note involves two activities, we currently create two notes. One note with multiple types attached would be better. Thank you!

  5. When paying invoices or grants, it would be beneficial to have other payment types, or have the option to create custom payment types. There are some invoices that are auto w/d or paid online, and having to create separate electronic batches so they aren't imported in the NACHA file can lead to issues. Being able to choose between ELECTRONIC, and Auto Draft, or Online bill pay, something along those lines would be helpful.

  6. When importing a batch of grants, you should be able to specify an expense account at the time of import. Currently you can't, so if you import a huge batch of grants that needs a specific expense account, you have to go through and individually edit each grant to the correct expense account anyway, which defeats the purpose of being able to batch import grants.

  9. Please add "Admin Fee Type" or "Admin Fee Group" to Financial Filter. We have many different types of Admin fee types linked with many Admin Fee Groups. We would like to be able to quickly run financial reports by those grouped funds.

  10. If a record is included in the list of data to select for the report, allow all fields on the record to be added to the report. Example: opportunity report allows me to report org role id and type but not the start and end date. We track when donors are added to our legacy society through org roles (because it's dated) and stewarding those members through opportunities, it would be helpful to know when they joined (start date).

  11. When creating a donation, I would love to have the option to drag my attachment directly into that page before having to process the donation.

    I currently have to process the donation, then go into attach file and pull in my attachment there, and to finish up with posting it. It would simplify things for my workflow to just be able to drag my attachment into the screen where I'm creating a new donation. (We attach a copy of the check for all donations)

It would be most helpful, on the budget entry screen, if the 3 columns on the left that identify the individual accounts (Type, Account, and the Account Name) remained in view as one scrolls to the right across to different departmental budgets. We run 5 organizations, each with a multitude of active funds, and it's quite difficult to isolate a certain GL for entry within a fund that's a far distance to the right across the funds list.

  13. Add bulk option to 'Set Notify' on a custom report so that a profile type can be used to isolate only main advisors on funds to receive the notifications. Currently, only option is to bulk add 'Set Notify' on the fund advisor page which would add the notification to all advisors on every fund.

  14. We like the new feature which allows us to indicate the reversal date for a journal entry. Sometimes, when we create an entry, we don't know we'll need to reverse the entry at a later date. Can functionality be added so that we can reverse an entry after it's been posted? I'm envisioning an option on the left menu.

  15. It would be extremely helpful to our workflow to have the Grant Administrator included as a column. If blank, this lets the team know the grant needs further work before it can be paid. Without this column there is no way to tell if an administrator has reviewed the grant.

  16. When an internal fund is the beneficiary of another internal fund, it would be helpful to see the "donating" fund listed in the relationship tab of the "beneficiary" fund. Currently it is a one way relationship - you can see the beneficiary fund listed on the donating fund record. But we would want to look at the beneficiary fund record and see al the different funds that will be donating to it.
    The beneficiary feature works great if the beneficiary is a "profile". Just not as great when the beneficiary is another fund.

  17. When you add a regular task to a profile or fund, you have the option to share with others. When you add an opp task, you do not have that option and instead you must create the task, edit the task and then share with others. It would save SO much time if this feature could be added to opportunity tasks.

  18. In the bank reconciliation, checks paying multiple vouchers do not get matched with the csv upload and have to be reconciled manually. This makes the bank recon more time-consuming and leaves room for more errors. is there a way to fix this so that all checks get matched with the csv upload? We had over 100 checks paying multiple vouchers last month - would be great not to have to reconcile manually. Issuing several checks to the same vendor is not an option - sometimes there are dozens of vouchers linked to one check/vendor and it would make check signing…

Please replace "Donor Information" with "Your Information" and allow us to choose which type(s) of profile we would like to show (Individual, Household, Organization) as we may not want to include one or more of these options for example if we want to collect names for name tags, it's not helpful to have them register as an organization. I see changing the "Donor Information" label has been submitted before but you don't intend to change it. I would like to reiterate that many ticket purchases and reservations do not include a donation and this is confusing for people purchasing a…

  20. When a donor makes a tribute gift online via Stripe and does not elect to notify someone, all available template fields begin with capitalized "In Honor/Memory of MB". There is no option for "MB" (honoree name only) or "in honor of MB" (lower case "i" and "h/m").

    This makes things difficult for us because we want to mention the tribute in the automatically system-generated acknowledgement letter back to the donor, and it looks awkward with the capitalization.

    Would it be possible to add at least one template field with either the honoree name only OR lower case "in honor of"?…
