  1. In the Portal currently, when someone goes to Profile - Contact Preferences, it is blank. You have to click on Edit Information to even know what that screen is even about. Is there a way to show the options before clicking "Edit Information?

  3. Currently, Yearly Tax Receipts can only be produced in bulk as PDF's versus Word Documents. I would like to have the ability to select the file format download you'd like (PDF or Word.docx) for the Yearly Tax Receipt. This would then keep the options for YTR the same independently if you run them in bulk or individually.

    Currently, we would need to have something similar to Adobe Acrobat to turn the PDF into a Word Doc.

  4. I'd like to create a report that will link the Internal Donations to their corresponding Internal Grant record. Ideally pulling based off the hyperlinked ID, but at a minimum pulling the destination/donating fund.

  5. I have a custom donation report in order to bulk post donations for our giving day. I change the donor each time. When I do Bulk Actions to post the donations, it takes me to a donations posting list rather than back to the report each time. Then I have to go find the report again. Please change it so it goes back to the report each time. It worked that way last year.

  6. It would be extremely helpful to us, as we continue to clean up our data after implementation, to be able to create reports, and group profiles, by Uploading Legacy Profile Code IDs. We're still grabbing data from our previous system, and those records do not have any connection to their counterpart Profile Id in CSuite.

  7. It would be beneficial to be able to filter on custom reports or in the grant buckets whether or not a grant is multifund. Currently only available in Home > Grants > Reports.

  8. While I'm encouraged that a 'Balance Change' report has been added, there is no option to drill down by month/quarter/year...please add the option to do so, or this report is not nearly as helpful as it could be.

  9. It would be great if there were a total when batch creating vouchers in the grants area. There are totals in each area of of the process such as posting, and approving, but not during the batch voucher.

  10. Could items with "heart" icon i.e. Tax Receipts and Tribute Notify in left hand menu, not only have the heart, but also appear in "red" font? This would help identify the anticipated next step from either the Donations/Receipt bucket or Donations/Tribute bucket.

  11. The "Donation Report" page for a Tribute shows each gift amount (which we may not want to share with the person being notified) but does not show the mailing address of each donor (which we do want to share). Ideally, the "Donation Report" page would allow us to add or remove columns. The only work-around is via a Custom Report, which shouldn't be necessary.

    This is a common-sense revision that shouldn't require action based on the number of votes it receives.

  12. When an interfund grant is processed the donation side of the transaction lists the name without the corresponding fund number when reporting. It would be helpful if the full name including the fund number displayed on reports.

  14. It's great that org roles let you select "active" and enter dates, but the dates only show on the org profile, not the individuals, and the "active" setting is displayed nowhere.

    My idea is that the status (Active/inactive) is displayed on both org and profile under relationships tab, as well as the dates. Currently if its not active the role is italicized, which is way too subtle.

  15. It would be helpful to have a total populate when reconciling Stripe donations in the Till, similar to the checks. When processing numerous Stripe donations on different days, it can be difficult to ensure that all boxes are checked.

  17. In an effort to clean up our database, we've been marking profiles as "inactive" if they don't meet recent activity requirements. We recently discovered that those inactive profiles aren't showing on the list of possible profiles when a donation is being entered; therefore, a duplicate profile was created. We would find it helpful if the inactive profile was still listed in the drop-down menu so we would know that it needed to be "reactivated" so the donation could be processed properly.

  18. When we receive donations from a DAF fund or Trustee it would be nice to have that as a profile type to select instead of Individual, Household or Organization.

  19. Add ability to add a note to a Group record under System Configuration. As a system admin, I am currently keeping a separate record of notes for each of the user groups I create. Different teams, and members on those teams, have different access requirements so I am documenting the purpose of each targeted Group. It would be more convenient to have these notes included on the Group record but there is currently not a button to add a note to that type of record.
