Add Email address "Other Detail" to a reporting object.
The email address has an associated data field named "Other Detail". There is not a way to add the email address "Other Detail" field to a report. The "Other Detail" field is currently only viewable in the CSuite application screen. We would like to use the email "Other Detail" field to hold codes to subscriptions allowed at that address.
There is a similar data field for the Phone number named "Detail" which is available in a reporting object.

Create a report for removed files "found to contain a virus and no longer accessible"
We had an attached file removed by the system and it was only by chance that it was noticed.
An auto email notifying of removal, or the ability to have on demand or regularly scheduled reports listing removed files so they can be re-uploaded would be useful.

Donation Receipt only after posted
Generate receipt option only after donations are posted to avoid errors and accidentally sending a receipt too early, but still allow you to save the donation in the system as a placeholder.

Customize MFA Text for Portal Login
We would like to be able to update the MFA communication from Foundant when our clients login to the Fund Portal. Currently the MFA sends a text with just numbers. Some of our Fund Advisors are weary of Spam/Phishing. Can we add the ability to customize the message.

Balance Swaps related to public securit donations
When a public security donation comes in to an investment account for a fund that is associated with a different account, a balance swap recommendation appears as of that donation date. It should not show up until the sale of those securities has been recorded, so the swap amount equals the actual cash in hand rather than the donation value. Without a change, errors can easily occur and create confusion with reconciliation of transactions at the end of the month.

Grant Request Log - Add changes to grantee before grant creation
If an online grant request is submitted and the grantee is changed by a staff member before the grant is created, the log should show us the original information. It only shows the original grantee IF the original was already a profile. If the grantee was manually entered, and a staff member changed the grantee to an existing profile, the original grantee is blank in the log.
Please add a log of all grantee information from the original request (grantee name, address, etc.) if it was entered manually and then the grantee was changed before the grant was created.

Fundraising Campaigns - Campaign Profiles Tab/Profile Engagement Tab
Excited to use the new Fundraising Campaigns option. Would love to have the Campaign Profiles tab reflect which profiles have contributed to the campaign (versus using RSVP or Attended) and in turn have that info reflected on the profile's Engagement tab for that campaign.

Create new Campaign “Choose Profiles” option to “Add individuals not household profiles”
Create new Campaign “Choose Profiles” option: "Add individuals not household profiles - If a profile is a household, add just the members of the household. If a profile is an individual or is an org, it is added. No profiles are added as guests. No household profiles are added."

Fund Advisor Invite Email
Please allow the default subject line of the Fund Advisor Invite Email to be customized so that it better suits the needs of each organization. As it stands, every time I send the email, I have to edit the subject line to that it makes sense and matched the verbiage we use with our donors and fundholders.

Add Email Subject field for Scholarship Award Letter
It would be very helpful to have a field for the email subject when sending out scholarship letters. Currently needs to be populated every time and also the body of the email doesn't keep the format set within the field under content.

Option for online donation processing fee to be mandatory
We would like an option to require a donor to cover the processing fees for online gifts. This would help eliminate the cost to the foundation during a Give Day campaign.

Open Scholarship Bucket
When a scholarship refund comes to us and we refund the amount but are waiting to hear from the student to determine whether to defer or cancel, the scholarship is open. The bucket tab shows there are open scholarships but does not list them. The only way to see the list is to click Undecided/Unassigned. Is there a way to either list them in the Open Bucket, and/or create the option to put them On Hold similar to Grants?

Has Foundant explored the idea of creating their own mobile app for CSuite? I see a lot of requests related to making content more mobile friendly and responsive. I know you are revamping the donation pages with this in mind. But what about if there are staff members who could be helped by having a true mobile app with limited functionality? I'd bet there are many that have to be in the field meeting with folks for at least part of their day, and they would find great benefit in being able to quickly look up profiles, view grant and…

Bulk Edit Fund Statements by Fund Type
Ability to bulk edit fund statement type by fund type, via custom reports. We are migrating to email all fund statements to just agency funds and would like to bulk edit all advisors to receive email statements.

Inactive Vendor
When entering vouchers and searching for a vendor it would be great if inactive vendors did not populate in the drop down while you are typing. If they are inactive they shouldn't be having vouchers charged against them anyways. It would be nice if they also showed at the bottom of the regular search bar instead of mixed in with everything else.

Make Promote Date reportable?
With the new ability to create a "promote end date" for a promoted fund (awesome!!) it would be great to be able to report on those. Our public-facing fund descriptions often change after a period of promotion, and it would be great if we could easily find funds whose promotion has expired so that we can adjust the fund summary.
