  1. I'd like an enhancements to the Import Relationships tool. That functionality allows us to import profile link relationships, profile to profile relationships to CSuite in bulk. I am looking import profile-fund links where I can link the profile to the fund and the fund category in bulk via CSV import. This would allow me to in bulk add relationships that we are trying to keep track of that we didn't track prior to our import to CSuite.

  2. Hello! Just started using tasks, and enjoying it. Would like a weekly task option, so it's easier to see what is to occur within the week. Filter option would be good too on the dashboard.

  3. Please add the option to rename "Other foundation funds" in the Portal when fund advisors submit grant requests (Grant Request > Previous Grantee > Other Foundation Funds). Changing the name would help fund advisors better understand how to use this drop down.

  4. It would be great to have a return check feature. When you complete a bank deposit and a check gets return, there needs to be a way to show that check was deposited but returned. The current way requires you to unpost and delete the check/donation. This is problematic especially when crossing months and the reconciliations don't match your bank statement.

  5. Could you create a setting in system data that allows users to set organization-wide default content settings for font family (i.e. all content uses Arial font)?

    This would help us ensure that all the content in all the possible places could be the same font type, in line with our brand standards and creating a necessary professional look. Since content exists in CS in so many places, it would be much more difficult to check all the spots and settings one by one.

  6. It is very rare that a custom report needs to be shared with every employee, typically just one other person or a team. It would be very helpful to be able to select from the user list which employees you want to share with and be able to edit who you shared with at anytime. This will avoid the custom report page from getting overwhelmingly long for everyone.

  7. I think the Additional Notes section needs to be required so that when other information is needed people will put the information there and not be able to check out until it's there.

  8. We are collecting information in a Notes Field on an event which is working when a patron fills it out online. but we have no way to add this note when entering a ticket manually or if a note needs to be updated. Please make this field available in the back office.

  10. When you change the Navigation or Tab, these changes should extend to the title on the page. For example, currently if you change the left side navigation "Donations" to "Gifts", Donations will still show on the inside of the page above the listing of the gifts.

  11. Please implement an approval function for grant requests in the portal.

    It would be great if there were an approval function for grant requests, similar to the Grant Approver function on the internal admin side, that required a percentage of fund advisors to approve the request before the grant request was submitted for processing.

    This is particularly useful for funds that require multiple "signers" to approve the request before a distribution is made. This is also a common need for religious foundations/organizations

  12. We need a way to run LYBUNTS for specific funds that doesn't take other fund donations into account. We have different fundraising goals and outreach for specific funds. There is not a way for us to pull a list of people who donated to 'Annual Fund' last year but not this year because when you run a LYBUNT and filter by Fund, IF the donor had made any other gift in the timeframe they do not show up. We had donors who made pledge payments to a special project but had not made their annual fund gift yet, get left…

While reviewing fund statements, at times a statement may be skipped/not marked reviewed due to some issue with it that needs to be researched, etc. Going back later to find those few statements that still need review out of a list of 900+ statements is cumbersome by just scrolling through the list looking for those without a review date. It would be helpful to have a option to show only "Not Reviewed" statements in the batch.

  15. Allow scheduled reports to change the date within the report. For example, if I want to see how many profiles are created weekly, I could schedule the report to go out weekly but would have to manually change the date range of Created T's. Could we have a scheduled report that also modifies time frames that filter the report.

  16. When adding an email from a sent email, the search function only searches the sender, not the "to" or "cc" emails. As we cannot use the integration when drafting an email, the next best option is to attach from the our Outlook send. However, we have to manually enter the email to get to the right profile, as the search is only searching the "from" of the email.

    In addition, the search function is only searching the primary email. Many contacts have more than one email (work, personal, volunteer etc).

  17. When a fund has the Scholarships tab enabled in the Fund Advisor Portal, advisors can click into each scholarship to see detailed information about awarded scholarships.

    Unlike the Grants area, which includes both filter and export options, the Scholarships area currently offers neither. This means fund advisors must manually copy and paste the on-screen data into Excel if they want to filter, sort, or analyze scholarship information.

    Adding filter and export functionality, similar to what exists in the Grants area, would make it much easier for advisors to review and work with their scholarship award data directly in the portal.

    We currently have 4 match months going on. It would be awesome if we could sort the recent deposits by fund name. This would help us to ensure that all of our incoming credit card deposits get tagged to a campaign! Thanks!
