  1. Used to be a RE NXT user, and one of the best features was Workflow Designer. You could create processes — known as workflows — as an automated series of steps in the form of actions, emails, or conditions. You can assign actions to someone in your organization to complete, then add conditions to have the workflow move to the next action.
    You could add emails to your workflow and set conditions to automatically send those emails to your constituents. You'll add actions and emails based on your chosen criteria and let the workflow do all the work, saving yourself…

  2. It would be helpful to be able to archive a campaign from the actual campaign page. When doing it from a campaign list, there are multiple steps that seem unnecessary.

  4. Could you all add a report pickup location within the system for scheduled reports to be run and then downloaded from within the system? Currently, scheduled reports only have an email option which raises security concerns for donor or financial information being sent unencrypted over email to users.

    Ideas could include putting a time line for expiration for scheduled report downloads (i.e., they are only saved in the pickup location for 24 hours) to prevent clutter.

  5. I would like to be able to create different types of mail labels and salutations (i.e. a formal, informal, board member, Professional Advisor). We use formal mail labels and salutations when notifying a non-profit of whom they can thank for the grant. But when we are sending mail to a fund advisor we use an informal label and salutation.

  6. It would be helpful if there was a way to sort registration attendees by date and time they registered. We have more than 100 people attending an event right now and there is no way to tell when new people have registered. I am constantly reviewing this list to see if I recognize new names which can be very tedious.

  7. Can you please have the chat box stay up on the screen instead of disappearing each time you have to move to a different tab, it's very annoying to have to restart the chat each time.

  8. When a donor with an existing profile makes an online donation, the receipt is sent to the donor's primary email on file rather than the one provided at checkout. Hoping this change can be prioritized as it could be problematic for many reasons.

  10. Within Profile Types, there is an option to Export Names, Export Emails, and Export Phones. It would be helpful to have the option to also Export Mailing Addresses. This would include the mailing label, salutation, and the full mailing address. This is a common report for us. Having this option in the Profile Type section would be convenient.

  11. We just sent our first bulk batch of transfer requests using the functionality in CSuite and were so excited! Previously, this was so tedious and having this "new" option was so optimistic!

    Could we please have the ability to pull the transfer "description" into the transfer letter? We request both grants and fees and have one template for this, however, there is no way for the advisor to know what we are requesting whether it be a grant reimbursement or admin fees without this description line pulling.

  12. We've had increased interest from the nonprofits that submit requests through the Grant Catalog to see the progress of their requested funding. Would be great if there was a way for the Nonprofit Grantee to track this during the Catalog cycle to know if they were getting partial or full funding prior to the close of the Catalog cycle (we process all the grants at one time at the end of the cycle). This would enable the nonprofit to plan accordingly if they are asking for an emergent need.

  13. it would be nice and save a tremendous amount of time if the journal entry import was a field or column mapping process. The strict formats provided are tedious and take a lot of time to format prior to import.

  14. We have several fund groups that have the same beneficiary and we have to add them individually. It would save a lot of time if we could bulk edit the fund group to add beneficiaries.

  15. Create a way to add different "Alert Areas". We can add additional Notes/Task types, it would be great to add additional alert types, or enable a sticky note to be pasted to the main profile or fund page.

  16. I'd like to see a link to "create" another entry immediately after posting a manual admin fee, distribution, or journal entry. It's cumbersome to have to back up multiple screens to get back to the "create" link.

  18. It would be nice to have the ability to apply a percentage or dollar amount of a donation to the spendable and the remainder to the endowed portion. We have some funds that have been setup this way but currently the donation has to be entered as two separate donations in order to achieve the split.

  19. Bulk Attach Files visible in each Fund

    Reposting this to bring it back to consideration. When attaching a file in bulk to Funds to share on the Fund Advisor Portal, the file is visible in portals. But not visible in each individual Fund. It doesn't make sense to bulk attach a file and then not be able to see it in each fund.

  20. Currently, the Grants tab (showing a profile's grant history) is on the Donor designation profile but it needs to be moved to the Fund Advisor designation. Two reasons: 1) There are grant advisors that are not donors and 2) only data related to Donations should be on the Donor designation if we want to use Is Donor filtering to define actual Donors. If grant history "turns on" the Donor designation but that profile doesn't actually have any donations, then it completely negates the use of the Donor designation to define actual Donors.
