  1. Copy/Paste address block and have the Address, City, State, Zip auto populate. This is a feature offered by other apps that manage addresses, such as mailing apps (example screenshot below).

  2. It would be very helpful to have under "Recurring Grants" a choice like "pay on first Weds of each month" instead of a specific date because our check processing dates are on the 1st of the month - not a specific date each month.

  3. When an photo is uploaded into C-Suites, it covers up what type of file it is (individual, household, organization.) This has limited our use of that part of the product.

    It would be helpful if there was a way to continue to display what type of file it is if uploading a photo.

  4. When reviewing stock sales the screen shows the list initial value of the securities with a total. The sales history on the same screen shows the net deposit without a total. Can you add a total so we can tie out to the net deposit?

  5. Filter donations by employee who entered - We have multiple people entering donations and it's very time consuming to go through the unposted donations and check them one by one to match that employees deposit for the day.

    It seems like it should be a simple thing to add.

  6. In the portal, the grant summary does not include an "export" button like the grant history page does. I think adding this would allow for a consistent experience for users. Please add an "export" button to the grant summary page.

  7. Currently an atttached Charity Check keeps us from deleting a vendor and profile that have no other activity. Please update the logic to allow profile to be deleted.

  8. We would like a 'View Only' permission option for the 'Log In As' function in the new portal. For audit purposes, we can't have multiple people use this feature as it stands. However, it is crucial for our donor/partner engagement teams to be able to support our fund holders and grantees using this feature.

  9. If someone is registering for a tournament and they need to select their T-shirt size, choose their level of difficulty, etc., it is very inefficient to assign these to the profiles after they have checked out. If we have 100 users signing up, we need to contact each one for this information?

    As a workaround, we are using the notes tab hoping the majority of users use it to enter their team name, t-shirt sizes and difficulty level, but this should really be an option for users to complete for all campaigns/events during checkout.

  10. Only staff members with full "Manage Login Info/Login As" permissions on the Profile can fully set up a new "Fund Advisor" record through to the "Send Login Email" step.

    Having "Manage Login Info/Login As" means the employee can reset ANY staff member's password - which means they can take over any account in CSuite. This is essentially the MOST critical security authorization available.

    We will not give our fundraising staff this level of access, but it means that all new Fund Advisor setups must run through one of our primary site administrators rather than be managed by our fundraisers.

  11. Change wording from "Link Profile" to "Link Profile/Add Org Role" or something similar it's too confusing as currently worded. Or, combine all those various functions together in one location. I keep going to "Edit Org Roles" when I want to create a new Org Role to a different organization.

  12. Add pledge balance as a field to donation, pledge, and pledge payment custom reports.

    Currently pledge balance is only available when the pledge is linked to an opportunity.

  13. Pending Grants in the "New" bucket entered by an internal user are visible on the fund advisor portal. These amounts are still in draft form and have not been posted or approved. It would prevent issues if there was a separate tab for grants entered by internal users or when entering a grant to list the external users who will be able to see it or even a "publish to the portal" option for unposted grants.

  15. When a tab name is revised in Portal Setting, have the 'breadcrumbs' on the portal reflect the new name and not the original hardcoded tab name. Example: if revise Nonprofit Directory tab name from 'Directory' to 'Index', would be great if breadcrumbs back to previous pages reflect 'Index'.

  16. I’m wondering if this label ‘How do you want to be recognized’ could be changed to something like, ‘How would you like to be recognized if different than above.’

    I’m also wondering if it could be moved down to the Additional Information section instead of being in such a prominent location.

  17. I recently created a new fund and in my haste, breezed past "Endowed" because the fund was not endowed. However, it will be so we needed to track principal. Clearly my oversight but I'd like to suggest changing "Endowed" to "Track Principal Balance". This would follow the "Track Spendable" format and clarify the purpose of the term "Endowed".

  18. The current options for recurring grants are monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual. Could a weekly option could be added in the future? A donor would like to send a grant to his church on a weekly basis.

  19. The Dynamic Images resizing setting is nice for the Additional Images field, but it looks messy on the Fund Image side of things to have different sized images either in the promoted funds section or on the Nonprofit Directory side.

    My idea is to allow us to turn on Dynamic Images either for just the Fund/Profile Image or the Additional Image.

  20. This is reopening and combining a few previous ideas. We have tons of note and task types, please give us the ability for separate types. It would be so helpful if we could streamline them by changing them from one type to another as can currently be done with profile types. Thank you for reconsidering this option.
