  1. A memo for recurring vouchers would be helpful. There is a "Memo" field for a single voucher, but not for a recurring voucher.

  2. I would like a "See All" function when you are in the Organization and User Search pages so we can review everyone who has created an account regardless of if they have started a process.

  3. The new Add Note to CSuite add-in is much appreciated but would be even better if you could also use it for composing an email and view existing notes & profile details. When we were demoing a competitor's platform before signing up with Foundant, they had an integration that would have a pop up showing the profile picture, details, and notes for the recipient with a live link to the profile in the platform. Would love to see something similar developed for Foundant.

  4. Add 'private' funds to the Foundation Fund list when clicking on 'Create Grant Request' on the Advisor Portal. These funds currently don't show. We have fund holders who want to make an internal grant from one private fund to another private fund.

    Also add the option to search for 'other Foundation Funds' when choosing 'Search Grantee'. An advisor should be able to search for a grantee OR a foundation fund. Currently, searching for a foundation fund is only available when clicking on the 'Previous Grantee' button not the 'Search Grantee' button.

  6. Request: Add the ability to customize the subject line of the Grant Post Notify Email.

    Fund holders rely on clear, actionable communication when a grant is posted to their fund. The subject line is the first point of contact and should immediately convey the purpose and origin of the email. The current default is too generic and can come across as unclear or even suspicious. Allowing for subject line customization would help ensure that recipients recognize the email’s intent and engage with it appropriately.

  7. I would like to be able to adjust the sort order of Funds.

    For example, I would like a fund entitled The University Fund to appear under U instead of under T. Or John and Jane Doe Donor Advised Fund to appear under D instead of J.

    The report that I use most often that I would like sorted this way is the Fund Balance Report in Financials. I cannot figure out a work around to make this happen.

  8. 20+ pages of ideas for events should raise a concern that the current campaign solution is quite inadequate.

    Several fields for in-person events are not set up with a radio button allowing us to make them required. We cannot make guests' names (first and last) and main entree choices in Requests required. This causes extra work for our two-person organization that the software could prevent with basic modifications.

  9. Hi - really like the ability to link multiple profiles and the advisor to an opportunity. However, in reporting, the profile name that pulls into the report is the one that shows the main name, plus any name linked to that name (Profile Linked Name). This includes if the opportunity was for an organization. Ideally, I would like to choose the profile field for one name only, and the profiles I would like to associate with the opportunity, and not have all linked profiles appear. Thank you!

  10. It would be great to be able to add customized questions to our online giving pages. These could be both fund specific and also questions consistent across all forms. For example, we used to allow our donors to sign up for specific publications (versus just generally signing up for communications on the current giving pages). We also used to have a question that allowed them to choose whether they wanted their information shared with internal committees or withheld.   11. Really like the change to how the advisor and connected opportunities show. Coud the difference between these types and the normal connections be colour coded, in addition to the word, or something else format it so that the difference is easily seen at a glance?

  12. When entering stock gifts with multiple different stocks, once the securities have been created, it would be helpful for them to be listed in alphabetical order. Once you click Create, they are not in alphabetical order.

  13. Please add the option to send out emails automatically based on when an Opportunity's stage is changed/reached.

    We would like for CSuite to send out emails automatically, with both an external and internal option, when a particular stage or stages are reached in an Opportunity. This would cut back on much of the tedious work associated with changing stages and needing to send emails manually outside of the system.

    This would help a lot with new donors as they receive a lot of communication, as well as with mid-year checkups.

  14. Currently on the household record, the Last Donation Date does not roll up all donations from the household members. So, if the household has not given since 2021, but a member of the household gave in 2023, that is not reflected in the Last Donation Date on the household record, it shows their last donation was in 2021. This is not an accurate representation of the household's giving. Please have all household and household members giving be reflected on the household record's Last Donation Date.

  16. Help! The updated fund portal "the portal" does not show ticket sales when using campaigns, if they are not true donations/contributions. This is a change and a negative one! I have sold the campaign function to fund advisors for things like events and or membership drives - but now they don't see ticket sales (non gift) in the portal! If you export a donation excel list, you can see the ticket sales USED to be in there. For some reason, they stopped showing up (unless it's the 3% donation add on). Big loss for function and customer service.

  17. With the coming changes to the portal, specifically, with the multiple paths to login (PIN or ID/PW), this would be a good time to bring the login log up to date also. Some changes to consider maybe be:

    Completing the logoff field to indicate whether the logoff was via "Log off" or if the log off was due to a Foundant reset.

    Consider an inactivity timeout. An hour would be a good start (an option to choose inactivity minutes would be better).

    Log in and log off timestamps (log in Ts already exists).

  20. If I change the steward on the household profile, CSuite should ask if I want to change this on the household member profiles. It feels like more work to have to jump into each profile when we are making a change in a household. But it should ask, because there are cases where the individual members may have a different steward.
