  1. Be able to run a report where we can filter donations by tax receipt template type. We are receiving IRA QCD and are wanting a report that will show gifts that we received for that type of receipt specifically.

  2. We want to see items that do not have a file attached....specifically vouchers. We want to verify that all vouchers had documentation attached to it before discarding the paper we have. At this time, it appears a Files report only will show you items that do have a file attached but not the opposite of not having an attachment. A "null" option for files would be helpful to see those items that are missing documentation.

  5. When we generate fund statements for mailing, we also export a CSV of the fund advisors who should be receiving the statements to merge into an envelope. When the CSV is generated, contact information is not exported for organizations, only individuals. This is critical as fund statements should go to certain people within the organizations and sometimes even multiple people within the organization. Please fix the CSV export!

  8. Please add the pay schedule to Pledge/Promise reports. We want to be able to see upcoming expected payments to be able to send reminders. I thought of creating a custom field so solve this issue but it doesn't seem like there's an option to create custom fields in Pledge/Promises.

  9. If I am linking a profile to a household, the merge suggestion in the Engagement tab should automatically be marked as reviewed or however it needs to happen on the backend so that it stops suggesting to merge the household that was just connected to the individual or vise versa.

  10. For yearly tax receipts, allow the fund Public Name to be an available template merge field. Given that the receipt is a public facing document, the fund public name should be able to be used rather than the internal name which may include internal language.

  12. Voucher Reference Numbers - please either allow duplicate reference numbers in a voucher and/or pop up a warning when entering the voucher that it is a duplicate and then allow a bypass. When we pay certain bills (phone bill, insurance, etc.), we put our account number in the reference number spot which is appropriate in those cases and doesn't change from year to year. Not every payable has a different invoice number each time.

  13. I want to select accounts to be excluded from balance swaps. I want everything in my grants payable, scholarships payable and spendable accounts to be in my checking account. The system only keeps amounts that are going out in the short term in checking. Giving the option to exclude those specific accounts would be very helpful.

  14. Used to be a RE NXT user, and one of the best features was Workflow Designer. You could create processes — known as workflows — as an automated series of steps in the form of actions, emails, or conditions. You can assign actions to someone in your organization to complete, then add conditions to have the workflow move to the next action.
    You could add emails to your workflow and set conditions to automatically send those emails to your constituents. You'll add actions and emails based on your chosen criteria and let the workflow do all the work, saving yourself…

  15. Could you all add a report pickup location within the system for scheduled reports to be run and then downloaded from within the system? Currently, scheduled reports only have an email option which raises security concerns for donor or financial information being sent unencrypted over email to users.

    Ideas could include putting a time line for expiration for scheduled report downloads (i.e., they are only saved in the pickup location for 24 hours) to prevent clutter.

  17. When a donor with an existing profile makes an online donation, the receipt is sent to the donor's primary email on file rather than the one provided at checkout. Hoping this change can be prioritized as it could be problematic for many reasons.

  18. We just sent our first bulk batch of transfer requests using the functionality in CSuite and were so excited! Previously, this was so tedious and having this "new" option was so optimistic!

    Could we please have the ability to pull the transfer "description" into the transfer letter? We request both grants and fees and have one template for this, however, there is no way for the advisor to know what we are requesting whether it be a grant reimbursement or admin fees without this description line pulling.

  19. On grants related to the Grant Advisor field, the field prepopulates with an individual who has the Fund Advisor designation. It would be helpful for the field:
    to default to blank or a Fund Founder instead and
    contain the ability to list multiple people in the case of a fund with multiple founders.

  20. Create a Board portal. A place to put documents, ByLaws, minutes, agendas, governance documents etc. Board would login here to retrieve documents for meetings instead of email and re-emailing with changes.
