  1. As our team members change, we need the ability to change the approver on various fund groups using a batch method. We have thousands of funds, and this is not practical to do one at a time. Thank you for your support.

  2. The creation of a "most active funds" analysis report. I have done this analysis in the past, but not in C Suite. If we could have the ability to determine fees per transaction, it would be very helpful. It's a rather simple calculation to make, but harder to pull from the system and needs to be available on a per fund basis. Here's the formula:

    Fees/transactional volume (Gifts + Grants)= Fees/Transaction.

  3. Less an idea and more an observation of inconsistencies between the online version and paper version of fund statements within the same batch that requires attention. The page count of the online statement is accurate for that statement (i.e. "1 of 5"), however the page count of the paper statement gets recalculated for the full size of the paper file (i.e. "1 of 306"), as though a new batch of statements have been generated rather than compiling the already generated individual statement PDFs into a single document.   4. Please add the ability to have custom fields on vendors. I'd like to be able to flag those who are corporations, or otherwise meet a 1099 exception so never need a 1099.

  5. Add functionality to be able to bulk delete emails and/or phone #'s from a specific type of profile. Two options that will help are:
    1. add 'type of profile' to profile Download files
    2. add 'email id' as a column option in custom reports

  6. My suggestion is for a template type that can be used for a grant letter to an organization for a single project/initiative but was supported by multiple funds.

    I know that the Advanced Grant Letter allows you to pull multiple fund payment lines into a table (listing the Funds, Payment Amounts, etc). However, this appears to be more suitable to consolidate entirely separate grants from different funds that just happen to be going to the same organization into one letter. If I were to include the description field into this section, it would just repeat the same description on multiple…

I have recently been surprised by some new implementations/announcements that are very disruptive to my work (specifically, the change in the fund search function and the announcement that there will now be a Donate button next to the grant request button in the advisor portal). Can there be a more democratic process for the ideas that get implemented? Currently it seems that the process is to get some/lots of votes in Idea Lab or to be an "important" person/organization and get your wishes granted.

  8. Csuite currently allows us to set a CC fee percent that donors have the option to cover when processing a donation online. It would be great if instead of a fee percentage, they could see a "live calculation" for their credit card fee. I have attached an image of another platform that uses Stripe as their payment processor and they have integrated a "live calculation" so that the donor can see a dollar amount versus a percentage.

  9. It is no longer possible to see complete giving history to a fund for Advised contributions to that fund or information about the donor-advisor.
    Example: The Bob & Carol Fund at OCCF advised a grant out of their DAF to ABC Nonprofit's endowment fund at OCCF once a year for six years. ABC's fund portal shows the endowment contribution, but drilling into the contribution does not display that donor's impressive six year history of endowment gifts or their address, instead it displays every interfund gift from OCCF to that endowment fund.   10. Add the ability to segregate profiles created through the online ticketing or donation process. Maybe using similar functionality as the "To Review" bucket in donations, or some way of filtering them in custom reporting.

  12. When a donation/grant is INTERNAL, please show in the description field, or the trefname field that has the grant number, the name of the fund where the donation is originating from. Please have this show up in reporting.

  13. "Primary Address" is labeled in the profile area of the Portal but Phone/Email are not. Suggest adding Primary to Phone and Email labels to reinforce the user may have additional contact information on file.

  14. Currently, the Fund Advisor Login Log only shows Fund Advisors who have logged into the Portal with Username and Password. Since most/all first-time portal users log in with email and PIN (and some may continue after that), we would like to be able to track all portal users that are logging in -- whether using username and password, and/or email and PIN. Currently, there's no visible record of portal users logging in by PIN. This results in things like receiving grant requests from Fund Advisors without a record of a fund advisor having logged in, and when portals are launched,…

  18. Profiles Browse screen - indicate inactive individuals, households, organizations. We use this screen to check for naming protocols, incomplete names, misspelled names, etc. It would be extremely helpful to show which profiles are inactive (red font), and also be able to sort right on this screen.

  20. It would be helpful to have the option to include ACH and Electronic Checks in the Positive Pay Export. ACH and Electronic Checks that are presented at our bank create exceptions and we manually approve them for payment on our banking website. If we could include these in our Positive Pay Export uploads, these payments would clear without causing exceptions. Thank you for your consideration.
