  1. If you visit a grant catalog while it is closed (specifically the URL of a specific grant request), the text is not customizable. Right now, it says "Sorry, that grant cycle is closed," which I think is unfriendly and almost unprofessional? There's not even a period at the end of the sentence. I'd love to be able to edit this content.

  2. Please add the ability to dedupe by address and also by "similar" name. Right now, the dedupe feature will not allow us to dedupe by address. That needs to be added. Also, the majority of dupes in organizations systems are not there because the are exact matches, they are there because of small differences. Such as Robert vs Bob Smith or 106 10th Avenue vs 106 Tenth Ave. I have worked with many other CRM's that could detect "similar profiles" (i.e. the name is slightly different but the address is the same, etc.) and offer them up for suggestions for…

  3. When a Fund Advisor clicks on "Donate" from the new Portal, they go to the Giving Hub and are presented with a list of their funds and promoted funds.

    As of a release made in January 2025, their Private funds are listed first, followed by a mixture of their not private funds and our promoted funds listed in alpha order.

    This is confusing for our fund advisors because they are not thinking about whether the fund is private or not, and it is not clear why their funds are in a mixed sort order.

  4. We have a custom field for grants that would be very helpful if it was available in the grant requests on the portal. We are implementing a work around with using the summary and a bulk action in reports but the availability of the custom field in the portal would be much easier.

  5. I noticed that the Outlook integration app works well for emails that have been sent, but that I can't access the app while drafting an email. It would be nice to have this feature, as then as soon as I hit send, it attachs to the file without having to go into my sent folder. Thanks!

  6. The Profile Types screen at the link below is a great place to reference coding in the system and to be able to quickly see what profiles are assigned those codes. Having access to this area also gives the ability to make changes. Can it be set so certain staff can view but not edit?

  7. When I login as another CSuite User and then make an update, the system log shows the action was made by the CSuite User, not by me proxied in as the CSuite user. Is there any way for you to record in the system log when an action has been completed by someone else proxied in as the user? We feel this is critical for audit purposes.

  8. Can you make the function that exists for Fund Advisor (legacy) available to all user logins? In this function, you can set the primary email as the login username in bulk and send an email for the user to set a password.

  10. We would like to request that a file upload option is added to the ACH/Banking information section of the portal. In addition to the button, a field is needed so that we can display what kind of information we are asking them to upload. Typically we require additional documentation for banking info and this would help to improve our process. The files that are uploaded here can go to the files on the profile. This would be amazing!

  12. Right now the ability to add a profile while on a campaign requires the Campaign Edit permission. Staff that are adding profiles to campaigns from that screen shouldn't necessarily be able to edit the campaign. Can this be a separate permission?

Please consider either adding error handling for the description fields for donations and grant suggestions in the portals to prevent special characters, or adjust the PDF conversion software on the back end to better handle special characters. If the Word template has conditional formatting and any text with quotation marks comes through, Word processes it properly, but the PDF conversion removes or changes the text. This results in incorrect instructions and other text fields being sent in PDF lettters. To be clear, it is correct in the Word documents and in the Donor portal, but the PDFs that actually go…

  15. Allow data from the item to be reported such as the fund name and not just from the profile payment. You can add multiple donations and invoices to a profile payment that are being put into funds other than the initial one entered on the profile payment. We utilize the information multiple times a day to create confirmation of correct information entry. We want to know when there are both donations and invoices on a profile payment. But knowing the different funds, when there are multiple donations is just as important.

  16. Although we now have the ability to link multiple beneficiaries to one opportunity, this wasn't the case in the past. It would be great to have the option to link a donation to multiple opportunities since some of our bequests gifts benefit multiple organizations and separate opportunities have already been created for these gifts.

  18. This has been requested before and marked as implemented, but not actually. Every auditor requests an A/P aging as of 12/31/24. Currently, if you select A/P aging, the report looks great and is exactly what you would want/expect. But if you select historical aging, instead, you get a list by fund, no aging aspect, and it's not anything like the current A/P Aging. Please create a report, as this is standard in most accounting systems, that will satisfy the auditors, without us having to export to excel, sort by invoice number, total by invoice number, and then manually age.   19. Please add a filter option on the Approval Vouchers page (Approval bucket in Vouchers) to filter out vouchers that a particular approver has already approved. Two of three approvers must approve each voucher, but I can't tell which ones I have already approved or ones I still need to approve without opening each voucher individually. Thank you!

  20. It would really be appreciated if we could have access to the fund advisor's email address in the check template. It's available on the grant letter template as {{advisor.email}, but not in the check template. We generate most of our grant letters with the checks.

    The reason we'd like this is that we have at least one fund advisor who would like her email address, not her physical address, on the cc portion of the grant letter with the check. It would be great to be able to accommodate that.
