  1. The Dynamic Images resizing setting is nice for the Additional Images field, but it looks messy on the Fund Image side of things to have different sized images either in the promoted funds section or on the Nonprofit Directory side.

    My idea is to allow us to turn on Dynamic Images either for just the Fund/Profile Image or the Additional Image.

  2. National Change of Address. Database from the US Postal Service that contains all of the address changes that have been submitted. An automated link to this would enable the updating of addresses on profiles.

  3. Right now, if you add profile groups from the campaign directly, or from a report, you get four option buttons for how to add them (see attached screenshots). If you add profiles to a campaign from some other part of CSuite, such as a search and filtered group, for some odd reason it only gives you two of those options instead of all four. Why? That doesn't make any sense. Can you please change the system so that all four of those options come up wherever you add profiles from to a campaign? Thank you.

  4. Bulk Payment date edit + ability to see payment date within NEW bucket

    I would like to have a way to bulk change payment date similar to grant date, and/or see the payment date within the new screen so we can tell when a date was missing adjusting. The payment date is as important and drives a lot of the same functions that the grant date does.

  6. We would like to be able to have the option for recognition name to be enabled or disabled, as well as the functionality to edit the label (much like donation comments, newsletter title, etc.). Our donors get confused by this field, and we want to add further clarity, or get rid of it.

  8. GLM Bucket Categorization throughout CSuite: Essentially, when you sync a grantee from GLM to CSuite, the GLM Process (aka the grant process/opportunity) is also synced over to CSuite. Once you post that grantee's opportunity to CSuite and create a grant, the GLM Process/Opportunity disappears from CSuite and from the entire grantee, so it hard to know what Grant process the grantee won by everyone on the team.   9. We have a supporting organization that includes the Hebrew date under the Gregorian date in all of their correspondence. For the automatically generated tax receipts that are merged and emailed for credit card gifts from the new Giving Hub, it doesn't seem like it's possible to include the Hebrew date with a conditional merge field because where would it pull the date from? I normally do a manual find & replace using [Hebrew date placeholder] in our grant and gift templates for this org, but the tax receipts are auto generated. Has anyone found a way to add the Hebrew…

  12. There is an option to place an image at the fund level, but in the fund advisor portal you cannot see the image. It would be nice for advisors to select funds within their portal based on images since many of their funds are labeled the same or they have several funds within their account.

  13. When creating campaigns to sell tickets for our affiliate partners' events, the ticket sales can go directly into their funds, rather than dealing with third party payment processors. However, they do not have access to their ticket sales info, which they need to coordinate the planning of their event. They also need an up-to-date guest list to be generated shortly before the event starts. This is a major strain for weekend activities when the foundation is not staffed to manually monitor and send ticket sales reports.

  14. Please allow for the serial number functionality that can be enabled for tax receipts to also be an option for tribute notifications. At this time, what is sent out for the tribute notification is not captured in the system (the "receipt" PDF specifically).

    Currently, CSuite allows for tax receipts to be serialized. It would be amazing if the Tribute Notifications allowed for this as well to see what was sent out and when.

  15. Want to be able to pull up a fund or multiple funds grantee history, and have it show the years along the top, with grantees along the side and each grant made to that grantee under its year made without doing a pivot table from the data. See attached example.

  16. When a fund advisor submits a voucher through their portal we have to have a default expense account set up. Our funds have different expense accounts depending on the type of fund it is. It would be nice if we didn't have to set a default and could just assign an expense account when we create the voucher on the back end OR be able to set these defaults by fund or fund type.

  17. Please create a type of custom report that can include these two fields: check date and voucher description. Currently, check date is only available on a check voucher report and voucher description field is only available on a voucher item report. To have both of these fields in one report we need to manually export and combine these reports in excel. A custom report that allows both of these fields would be super helpful for 1099 reporting.

  18. Please add the option to save changes made to the Report Columns options when on the Print screen in Financial Reporting. The new changes made in Financial reporting allow for additional print options, but it is not possible to save these changes for future use. Please provide the option to save these changes so they can be loaded when re-running these financial reports in the future.

  19. Hi, I'm exploring the use of opportunities to manage our bequest administration process. It might be useful to be able to set a different Opportunity Letter template for each stage (e.g. Acknowledging Bequest Notification, Follow-up, etc).

  20. Good morning! Instead of scrolling down a list or using the 'find' on the browser to search for campaigns, could we have a 'search' box on top of the campaign list screen? For example, when we need to "add" a profile to a campaign, can we have the 'drop' box option to type in the name of the campaign instead of using the 'find' browser button, or scroll down a long list of campaigns. Thank you!
