  1. When adding an account group in the financial view, it would be helpful to be able to have a box "select all" accounts and then unselect the ones that are not needed. Otherwise, it takes a long time to select a large group of accounts.

  2. Would it be possible to add an indicator flag on the donor's profile so we can note the date that their personal/contact information was updated last? This would be useful for us to know if the contact information/preferences that we have on file is outdated, and whether we should ask to verify email/phone number/address during our next touchpoint with the donor.

  3. It would be helpful to have a checkbox on grants to control whether the grant affects the spendable balance or not. Of course, the default behavior should be for the grant to decrease the spendable balance of the fund. Occasionally, we have grants that should not affect the spendable balance of the fund, and currently, we need to perform a manual adjustment for these grants. It would be useful to introduce a new checkbox in the grant creation process, labeled something like "Does not affect spendable balance".   4. Add the option to Activate and Inactivate a Profile from the left menu without having to edit the profile to check, or uncheck, the 'Inactive' field. There are often times where we need to activate a profile to correct some information then inactivate it. This process is tedious when it requires us to edit the profile each time this status changes.

  5. Within a campaign, there should be an option to 'bulk delete' records when you are manually scanning the profiles tab. Similar to how you can select (or deselect) tax receipts to send from the donations bucket, you should be able to select certain records and then click "delete" vs having to click "delete" individually from a campaign.

  6. To better organize profile notes, a good idea to consider is to organize the notes on a profile by category as we did with the attached files update. A lot of times we go back to notes for the name things such as Grants, Profile Updates, Donations, etc.. Categorizing notes can definitely help us be more efficient and find what we are looking for in a faster more organized way.

  8. We would like the option to make Grant Type and Service Area required fields on grants just like we can require custom fields to be required. This is especially important for Service Area since there is no bulk update option for this, but for both we need to ensure that no grants are processed without these key fields if we want accurate reporting.
    This should include creating a new grant in CSuite and when creating a grant from a fund advisor portal request.

  9. It would be really nice to be able unreconcile in bulk or back to a certain month. Currently, you have to unreconcile, month, by month (and lets say) you were doing some year end cleanup in Dec, caught something that happened in Feb, its a pain to unreconcile 11 times (assuming you are reconciling once a month and not more than once a month)

  10. It would be very helpful if we we could customize the order in which checks and check letters were sorted. We would like to be able to sort by the Grant Letter template. We have eight difficult templates that involve multiple constituencies and a number of letters. If they were grouped, we could process each type all at once which would reduce the opportunity for errors when processing the mailing.

  11. It would be very useful if we could deactivate org roles that are no longer needed. For example, we track our committee members using the Org Role. Committees have ceased to exist in the past, and new committees have been created. We would like to keep our historical data regarding profiles that were assigned a previously existing (but no longer) committee Org Role. If we did, we could query up members of a historic committee, but that committee Org Role wouldn't be available to select anymore for the Org Role and our list of Org Roles would be much more…

  13. In the grant approval in Csuite, there should be a way to skip a grant and have the system keep moving through the remainder of the list. Right now, if I need more information before approving, I have to either reject a grant (which I don't want to do) or go to manually selecting the next grant to review. The "go to the next grant" functionality will always bring me back to the grant that I wanted to skip.   14. Within Profile Types, there is an option to Export Names, Export Emails, and Export Phones. It would be helpful to have the option to also Export Mailing Addresses. This would include the mailing label, salutation, and the full mailing address. This is a common report for us. Having this option in the Profile Type section would be convenient.

  18. When working with a profile that has Similar Profiles listed on the Engagement tab, add "Ignore" as an option in addition to "Merge" and "Tag Merge". Currently, you can only Ignore from the Duplicates page.

  19. It would be nice to be able to see any attached file for a profile record from any of the designation fields without having to change tabs. My suggestion is that the file tab has a drop down by designation so that when you are looking at a profile marked as a donor you see donor related files first, but have the option to see other related files if that donor is also a fund advisor, grantee, etc. without needing to change designations.
