  1. Please provide a setting to toggle on/off to share the recurring donation details with fund advisors.

    Example: A fund advisor wants to see if donations to their capital campaign fund are recurring. Right now, this information is not accessible through the portal.

    Knowing whether it is a one-time gift versus a recurring gift is something we should be able to easily share with fund advisors!

  2. Consider adding the Fund Steward as a field for grant letter templates, just like the fund statements. We use a custom field to present this information on our grant letters but having the Fund Steward available is ideal. It's available in other templates so hopefully this is easily implemented.

  4. When printing labels for paper fund statements, please change them so they print in the order that the fund statement prints instead of alphabetical order by the fund advisor's name.

  5. Although we now have the ability to link multiple beneficiaries to one opportunity, this wasn't the case in the past. It would be great to have the option to link a donation to multiple opportunities since some of our bequests gifts benefit multiple organizations and separate opportunities have already been created for these gifts.

  7. When an affiliate logs into the portal and submits grant requests, the "cart" button does not appear for them. They must go to the left hand navigation to navigate to the Grant Requests page where the grants are in the cart. It would make more sense for them to have the same "cart" button appear like other funds.

  8. Good afternoon,
    An example of this idea is how the "household" and "guests " are represented/reflected when we add profiles into campaigns. Could we have the "organization" and the "primary contact (just like we have 'guests') listed? It would look like this: "ORG Name" and below "primary contact" info. The org's email and the primary contact email would be included.

  9. We are collecting information in a Notes Field on an event which is working when a patron fills it out online. but we have no way to add this note when entering a ticket manually or if a note needs to be updated. Please make this field available in the back office.

  10. Can we add multiple approvers to a Voucher, with dollar limits? Vouchers over $1,000 or $5,000 require two approvals? Can we direct which approver needs to be notified based on the dollar amount? This would eliminate the need for paper/electronic forms to be signed for each voucher.

  11. While it’s great that we can now add a secondary assignee to an opportunity, it doesn’t add much value if the secondary assignee isn’t notified or made aware of their designation. At the very least, it would be helpful if they received an alert letting them know they’ve been added, but ideally those opportunities would also appear on their “My Open” page so they can easily keep track of them.

  12. Please add a filter option on the Approval Vouchers page (Approval bucket in Vouchers) to filter out vouchers that a particular approver has already approved. Two of three approvers must approve each voucher, but I can't tell which ones I have already approved or ones I still need to approve without opening each voucher individually. Thank you!

  14. When matching CSuite profiles and looking for duplicates, please add:

    1) Conditional Logic (If/Then) – Use conditional logic and allow Users to choose which fields (name, address, email, phone) to use, and to set the order of those fields (Ex: If name matches, then match on address).

    2) Match on Address – Recognize and flag profiles with the same address on the duplicate screen.

    3) Fuzzy Matching – Recognize slight differences in names (Bob/Robert), and addresses (1234 E Elm St/1234 East Elm Street) and other information due to spelling variations, abbreviations, and typos.

  15. It would be very helpful to have under "Recurring Grants" a choice like "pay on first Weds of each month" instead of a specific date because our check processing dates are on the 1st of the month - not a specific date each month.

The "Add Opportunity" action still shows up when user is in the "Relationships" tab on a profile record, even though the the Opportunities tables has been relocated to the "Engagement" tab on a profile record. Would be great for this action be relocated to show up when a user is in the "Engagement" tab as well.

  17. Currently, it doesn't appear that you can add a deceased individual as a donation advisor. This creates issues when someone gives us money through their estate. The donor will usually be "the estate of" or a trust associated with the original donor. But we cannot add the deceased individual. That means we won't be able to see a donor's total giving history even if they made clear their intentions during their lifetime.

  19. There are certain fields requested by DonorSearch to complete wealth screenings on profiles. Most are readily available in CSuite, but some are not as easy to access. In order to reduce the amount of manual and spreadsheet lookup work needed to prepare an import file, please consider adding the following enhancements for the donor rollup report to make HH reporting easier: Largest Gift Date, Last Gift Amount, First Gift Amount, and First Gift Date and Last Gift Date to aggregate data across all rolled up profiles (currently shows HH dates even if IND profile dates are first/last).

  20. We have a need to send some notifications for donations on tributes manually while processing others (on the same tribute) in bulk. This is not an intermittent need for us; it happens weekly. We should be able to do this by processing the one-off notifications manually, then running the remaining notifications through the bulk process. However - CSuite doesn't add a sent date to tributes that are sent manually. It does show the action in the log, but not to users or in reports.

    Can you please have the sent date populate for manually notified donations on tributes?
