Sync Sandbox Site Message
Once clicking to sync the Sandbox site to the Production Site, it would be good if a message popped up once the sync is complete. Currently a message before syncing appears saying that the Development site will be offline for about 5 minutes and the sync will take place. But there is no message alerting that the sync is complete.

Return Check
It would be great to have a return check feature. When you complete a bank deposit and a check gets return, there needs to be a way to show that check was deposited but returned. The current way requires you to unpost and delete the check/donation. This is problematic especially when crossing months and the reconciliations don't match your bank statement.

On Home Page left column display Recent Items like in Salesforce, a view of recently viewed records (top 10 of anything with a unique id)
In Salesforce on the home page there is an option to view recent items. It displays the most recent records that the user last looked at. In Csuite this could be anything with a unique id (note, task, profile, fund, vendor, donation, grant, etc.). Even displaying the most recent 5-10. Sometimes you step a way or click out or you need to remember what you last looked at and this can be a helpful tool. I've included a screenshot from Salesforce (with information redacted) and from where I suggest it displays on the home page.

Ability to attach a scan of checks that are included in an check donation upload.
After the upload is complete, you can list the uploads which has an ID that you should be able to click on and attach a file.

Auction Item Payment Link
It would be a great addition if there could be a unique payment link for auction items so we could direct winners there to complete online payment for their items. Thanks for considering!

Create account / subaccount without having to save and edit
It would be great when creating GL account (and other records) to have all fields visible upon initial entry vs. having to edit after saving. It would ensure the complete set of data accompanied the record, and save time.

Tributes should be flagged somehow when there is similarity
For online gifts, one donor calls the honoree Dr. Joe Smith, another, Joe Smith, yet another Joseph Smith...currently, that makes 3 completely different tributes, when it's the same person and the same person or family for a memorial should get notified...that's a hot mess. Also, is it fair to assume we in the position of entering a check gift would know that there is an existing tribute?? 8 votes8/2/2023: Tributes: In order to manage tributes more efficiently, a new workflow has been designed for Tributes.
The Tribute list view is now a custom report with the ability to sort each column and have the ability to apply filters, save filtered lists, export, email and load for future use. On the left hand menu, there is also a new Delete Unused menu item. This will allow clients to delete any unused tributes that do not have donations attached to the tribute or if the tribute does not have associated notify information. If the notify address or email information is not completed, the tribute information will move to a non-notify tribute field. This will allow clients to retain the information about the tribute on the donation in a text field.

Internal Description Line - Fund Statement Module
We would find it very helpful if there were an internal description line for fund statement batches. We use the external/donor facing line for the date/date range of the statement. As we create statements by fund group in order to provide development and donor services with their specific fund statements, all groups simply say 'July 1, 202X-09/30/20XX'. We have to select each individual batch in order to find historic information when needed. A 'Batch' level internal description would be most appreciated to assist us in saving time. Expendable Fund Distribution Alert
Our fund advisors would benefit from an alert that would be sent to our staff when a fund advisor creates a distribution request that would leave the fund with little or no remaining balance. As non-profit organizations experience funding challenges, we do see the potential for more agency fund advisors to request funds for emergencies. An alert would create an opportunity to have meaningful conversations with our fund advisors. It would be great if the alert can be sent via email to the foundation’s key relationship managers. tribute
Please add the ability for staff to edit non-notify tribute donations. Many times our donors make a tribute donation knowing that the person named is known to our community foundation, so they don't feel the need to fill in the notify fields. Other times, they don't know the address or email of the person/the family to notify, but our staff does.
Right now we are manually pulling that data for every non-notify tribute, increasing staff time on this administrative task. Also, our tribute lists are not accurate because these non-notify gifts do not show in it. We have had a…8 votes -
Layout/Necessary Fields for Additional Donation Campaigns
When building a Campaign, when you choose to have an additional donations as an option, it changes the checkout process and requires the registrant's address even if they do not choose to to donate. This has caused confusion for some registrants with the extra steps as many of our events are free but have additional donation as an option.
It would be much more ideal for the additional donation and the registrant info field to be on the same page, then have them enter more complete info if they need to enter payment info.7 votes- Unified Ticket Workflow:
- Instead of individual ticket fields, everything is now located on one registration page. On the events tickets constituent will have the ability to select a quantity for each ticket type, and add an additional donation, if enabled. There will be a new order summary box on the right hand side, so that the registrant can easily track their purchases or cancel a line. The checkout workflow will remain the same. Individual tickets have been impacted with this change some of the individual ticket fields have been moved to the Campaign's Details Tab.

Easy enhancement(s) to left side menu
One frustrating thing about the left menu is that menu items move up and down the list in seemingly random order, depending on which screen you're on. I think the first step is to the most common items at the top of all pages. First priority should be "Add task" and "Add note", then "list", "search", and "edit".
Another nice touch would be to make the blue box at the top of the left menu function as a "home click" so if I click the blue box it goes back to the root menu for that section.

Adding prospect profile reports and incorporating prospect research fields
In other DBs I’ve used there is a way to export a complete donor/prospect profile report that lists all information in the person’s record (contact info, prospect ratings, relationships, giving, granting (is applicable), notes, etc. in an exportable report – preferably into Word or a PDF. This is very useful for us to use as a working doc in a prospect meeting. (Perhaps I’m just to old school, but paper one can make notes on is still very helpful.)

Opportunities & Task reporting Shared assignments
I would like to add the capability to include the employee named that a task is shared with when an opportunity task is created so that both team members can share accountability for the outcome. We use this information in our development meetings and have a custom report created. It would be great to add this to our report to help with assignments.

Donor Report Vs Custom report
It appears that when creating a Donor Report for a Fund, which can give you helpful information immediately, does not translate very well to a Custom report.
You have the ability to "save" the Donor Report, but when you open it up under a Custom Report (Which is where it ends up) all the columns are completely different. Therefore, giving you different information.
Both the Donor Reporting tool and the Custom Reporting tool give you different abilities, which are not always available for both options. It would be nice to streamline these reporting abilities so you can add/remove more information.

System-Wide Google Analytics Support for Donor Journeys across Portal and Giving Hub
Foundations increasingly want to understand the full donor journey. From public website or email campaigns into CSuite, through the donor portal or Giving Hub, and ultimately to completed actions such as gifts or grant recommendations.
While Google Analytics can currently be applied to Giving Hub pages, there is no way to track end-to-end donor behavior across CSuite, particularly once a user enters the donor portal or navigates authenticated areas of the system.

Need to Disable Fund Advisor Portal Grant Tab Drill-Down
Because our grant payment lines did not migrate cleanly from GE into CSuite, we need the ability to disable the new feature that allows a Fund Advisor to drill-down into the Payment Details on grants.
Ideally, it would be great to be able to turn it off / on by Fund but for now, we just need to turn it off across the board.

Add "Outstanding Loan Balance" Field to Loan Templates and Reports
It would be extremely helpful to have an Outstanding Loan Balance field available within loan templates and as an option for custom reports.
Our organization would like to send annual loan statements to clients that clearly show the remaining balance on each loan. Currently, there isn’t a straightforward way to include this information, which makes it difficult to provide complete and transparent communication to our borrowers.

Bulk update Opportunity status
It would be helpful to have the ability to bulk edit the status of opportunities to complete. We are using them to track sponsorship/donation requests for our gala. There are hundreds each year. It would be nice to be able to close them all, for that year, at once when our event is complete.

Require Note field in Profile Information Update Feature
The fund advisor portal now has a new profile information update feature. Any information the fund advisor changes goes directly to the profile in CSuite. If the fund advisor completes the note section, a note is added to the profile. Love this! That field is not required. Vote here to make this a required field so you have a note in the CSuite profile on why the profile changed.
