Adding prospect profile reports and incorporating prospect research fields
In other DBs I’ve used there is a way to export a complete donor/prospect profile report that lists all information in the person’s record (contact info, prospect ratings, relationships, giving, granting (is applicable), notes, etc. in an exportable report – preferably into Word or a PDF. This is very useful for us to use as a working doc in a prospect meeting. (Perhaps I’m just to old school, but paper one can make notes on is still very helpful.)
Another VERY helpful element would be the ability for Foundant to pull in fields from one of the major prospect research…

Donor Report Vs Custom report
It appears that when creating a Donor Report for a Fund, which can give you helpful information immediately, does not translate very well to a Custom report.
You have the ability to "save" the Donor Report, but when you open it up under a Custom Report (Which is where it ends up) all the columns are completely different. Therefore, giving you different information.
Both the Donor Reporting tool and the Custom Reporting tool give you different abilities, which are not always available for both options. It would be nice to streamline these reporting abilities so you can add/remove more information.

Layout/Necessary Fields for Additional Donation Campaigns
When building a Campaign, when you choose to have an additional donations as an option, it changes the checkout process and requires the registrant's address even if they do not choose to to donate. This has caused confusion for some registrants with the extra steps as many of our events are free but have additional donation as an option.
It would be much more ideal for the additional donation and the registrant info field to be on the same page, then have them enter more complete info if they need to enter payment info.7 votes- Unified Ticket Workflow:
- Instead of individual ticket fields, everything is now located on one registration page. On the events tickets constituent will have the ability to select a quantity for each ticket type, and add an additional donation, if enabled. There will be a new order summary box on the right hand side, so that the registrant can easily track their purchases or cancel a line. The checkout workflow will remain the same. Individual tickets have been impacted with this change some of the individual ticket fields have been moved to the Campaign's Details Tab.

Need to Disable Fund Advisor Portal Grant Tab Drill-Down
Because our grant payment lines did not migrate cleanly from GE into CSuite, we need the ability to disable the new feature that allows a Fund Advisor to drill-down into the Payment Details on grants.
Ideally, it would be great to be able to turn it off / on by Fund but for now, we just need to turn it off across the board.

Return Check
It would be great to have a return check feature. When you complete a bank deposit and a check gets return, there needs to be a way to show that check was deposited but returned. The current way requires you to unpost and delete the check/donation. This is problematic especially when crossing months and the reconciliations don't match your bank statement.

Require Note field in Profile Information Update Feature
The fund advisor portal now has a new profile information update feature. Any information the fund advisor changes goes directly to the profile in CSuite. If the fund advisor completes the note section, a note is added to the profile. Love this! That field is not required. Vote here to make this a required field so you have a note in the CSuite profile on why the profile changed.

990 financials
Reports for 990. Create a way to use the CSuite system for a complete accounting with all of the financial information to prepare the 990 return. There needs to be a way to include basic 990 required information like the gross amount of sales of assets and cost basis as required on the return. Right now the only part that is even in the system is based on the donations of assets, and there's not a gains and losses report to extract that part of the information, let alone the cost and proceeds of sales of all other investment assets.

Stock Proceeds and Year End Tax Receipt
We need the ability to use stock proceeds fields in the yearly donor tax receipts area. We have to do these 60+ letters manually each year. The are fields available on the donation receipt and should be available on the Yearly Tax Receipt. We need time to work on our templates before the end of December. Please add these fields ASAP so we can complete the tax letters for donors who gave public securities through cSuite.

Combining Checks per Vendor into 1 Grant Check or keep them separate for same checkrun
At today's check processing I had 2 vendors that had multiple grant vouchers/checks to process. 1 vendor needed their 2 grant vouchers combined into 1 check while the other vendor didn't need their grant vouchers combined into 1 check. Can't Foundant place a check box at the end of the Voucher ID rows at the Pay Vouchers screen for combining instead of "One Check Per Vendor?". I had to do 2 checkruns to ensure I had 2 separate checks for 1 of the vendors. Completing 1 checkrun for all checks is much more efficient, especially when producing the grant letters…

Saving Original Grant Recommendations from Donor Portal
Hello,
We have noticed that the original online grant recommendation does not get saved with the grant if any changes are made. Any editing / changing of the grantee changes the original request, which is in fact editing any true backup of the grant. It would be nice to save the complete untouched original way the grant came into the "Request" bucket. I have been having to take screen shots, as to ensure I am not messing up the original request, because once it's changed that back up is gone.

Expendable Fund Distribution Alert
Our fund advisors would benefit from an alert that would be sent to our staff when a fund advisor creates a distribution request that would leave the fund with little or no remaining balance. As non-profit organizations experience funding challenges, we do see the potential for more agency fund advisors to request funds for emergencies. An alert would create an opportunity to have meaningful conversations with our fund advisors. It would be great if the alert can be sent via email to the foundation’s key relationship managers. Campaigns for programming sign-up
We use campaigns for programming event sign-up and always struggle with a few things that cause confusion with our attendees. For program, each person needs to complete their own registration. Here are some things that would improve the experience.
- Can the button that says “ADD TICKETS” be customized?
- Is it possible to limit the number of “tickets” a person can register?
- Is it possible to make the registrant’s address required?
- If it is possible to limit the registration to 1, can the guest information be added automatically, or that screen be eliminated completely?

Promoted Funds - End Date
It would be very helpful to have the option to put an end date on a fund promotion so that they would come off the promoted funds list on the donation page automatically. Many of our promoted funds are for memorial gifts. As a practice, we generally leave a fund on the promoted list for 1 month after the passing of the individual being remembered. Yes - we can make dated task reminders and calendar reminders but it would be great if the system would just do it.
5 votes8/2/2023: Funds: Updated UI to align with look and feel of profiles and campaigns. The fund record now has a header which contains the main fund information and is available on all tabs. In order to organize fund information and limit the left side menu options, the following tabs have been added: Details, Relationships, Settings, Fund Statements, Files & Notes.
On the Details tab, clients will see the main details of the fund such as: short name, creation date, fund groups, and the fund assets sections. We have also moved budget and loans, from the Options settings to Details card . Reports are still located on the Detail’s Tab, but have all been grouped under on left hand menu: Reports. Once Reports is selected a new page will appear and all of the Reports will appear in the left hand menu.

Merging profiles with ACH information
There should be a warning when merging profiles with ACH information on file, similar to the Stripe warning. If you merge a profile with ACH information attached to it to a new profile, the bank information is lost. There needs to be at least a warning to ensure that you are aware of a profile with ACH information on file before completing a merge.

cash payments
Occasionally we will get cash to deposit to a fund from an event. I just sat in chat, after botching up entering/deleting this money and finding no way to make a cash payment entry, and after several frustrating minutes of the rep not even understanding what I was asking, was told to enter the cash as a check, and put cash in the check number space. "Requests" and "Request Types" should be chosen by the user during the Check-out process
If someone is registering for a tournament and they need to select their T-shirt size, choose their level of difficulty, etc., it is very inefficient to assign these to the profiles after they have checked out. If we have 100 users signing up, we need to contact each one for this information?
As a workaround, we are using the notes tab hoping the majority of users use it to enter their team name, t-shirt sizes and difficulty level, but this should really be an option for users to complete for all campaigns/events during checkout.

Program HTML in the backend of the Grant Catalog
I know that there are changes coming to the Grant Catalog and I'd like to ask that HTML be built into your back end.
I'm currently building a catalog with 71 listings. Having to go through each and every summary to add HTML for paragraph breaks, font size and consistency is ridiculous.
Add to this the time I have to take to learn the HTML code to do something so fancy as add a bullet point.
I would greatly appreciate formatting choices built right into the system where I could clean up these entries quickly rather than taking days and…5 votesThe look and feel of the pages will be updated to a card view. Birthday/Anniversay alerts
A simple idea that would help us a lot is to have checkboxes for alerts of important dates such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc when creating profiles. A step better would be receiving an email with this alert . Would be much easier than setting a task for each date for every profile .

Bringing the Login log up to date with portal login changes
With the coming changes to the portal, specifically, with the multiple paths to login (PIN or ID/PW), this would be a good time to bring the login log up to date also. Some changes to consider maybe be:
Completing the logoff field to indicate whether the logoff was via "Log off" or if the log off was due to a Foundant reset.
Consider an inactivity timeout. An hour would be a good start (an option to choose inactivity minutes would be better).
Log in and log off timestamps (log in Ts already exists).

log filter by Task Type to better support staff and data integrity
Sort log by Task Type in CS, GLM, SLM.
We have a Task type of Record Adjustment Action, used to notifiy staff of specific updated (new address/cell/email, deceased, update in NPO Execs). Being able to sort by Type, give DB Manager opportunity to review changes, ensure data integrity and identify gaps in Standard Work or Training opportunities across CSuite, GLM, SLM.
