"Requests" and "Request Types" should be chosen by the user during the Check-out process
If someone is registering for a tournament and they need to select their T-shirt size, choose their level of difficulty, etc., it is very inefficient to assign these to the profiles after they have checked out. If we have 100 users signing up, we need to contact each one for this information?
As a workaround, we are using the notes tab hoping the majority of users use it to enter their team name, t-shirt sizes and difficulty level, but this should really be an option for users to complete for all campaigns/events during checkout.

Program HTML in the backend of the Grant Catalog
I know that there are changes coming to the Grant Catalog and I'd like to ask that HTML be built into your back end.
I'm currently building a catalog with 71 listings. Having to go through each and every summary to add HTML for paragraph breaks, font size and consistency is ridiculous.
Add to this the time I have to take to learn the HTML code to do something so fancy as add a bullet point.
I would greatly appreciate formatting choices built right into the system where I could clean up these entries quickly rather than taking days and…5 votesThe look and feel of the pages will be updated to a card view. Fund Statement Template Address Block Fields
Add the ability to customize fields within the "fund advisor address" block. Currently it includes Contact Title for org profiles which often creates a 6 line address block that will not display completely in a window envelope.

Birthday/Anniversay alerts
A simple idea that would help us a lot is to have checkboxes for alerts of important dates such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc when creating profiles. A step better would be receiving an email with this alert . Would be much easier than setting a task for each date for every profile .

Bringing the Login log up to date with portal login changes
With the coming changes to the portal, specifically, with the multiple paths to login (PIN or ID/PW), this would be a good time to bring the login log up to date also. Some changes to consider maybe be:
Completing the logoff field to indicate whether the logoff was via "Log off" or if the log off was due to a Foundant reset.
Consider an inactivity timeout. An hour would be a good start (an option to choose inactivity minutes would be better).
Log in and log off timestamps (log in Ts already exists).

log filter by Task Type to better support staff and data integrity
Sort log by Task Type in CS, GLM, SLM.
We have a Task type of Record Adjustment Action, used to notifiy staff of specific updated (new address/cell/email, deceased, update in NPO Execs). Being able to sort by Type, give DB Manager opportunity to review changes, ensure data integrity and identify gaps in Standard Work or Training opportunities across CSuite, GLM, SLM.

Funds: Ability to archive fund groups, subgroups, division, segments
I'm putting this under the "Funds" category but it would be equally useful on many other objects.

Quotation marks mess up letter formatting in PDF conversion
Please consider either adding error handling for the description fields for donations and grant suggestions in the portals to prevent special characters, or adjust the PDF conversion software on the back end to better handle special characters. If the Word template has conditional formatting and any text with quotation marks comes through, Word processes it properly, but the PDF conversion removes or changes the text. We have several notes without a Task Type Name associated with them.

grant catalog donors listed in portal
After completing a recent grant catalog cycle, we have a fiscally sponsored group who likes to send out their own thank you notes. I told them they could find the donors in their portal, however, the grant catalog only comes in as one lump sum grant and does not show the list of donors that gave to their campaign, which I can see on the back end easily in the report. It would be nice to be able to click on the grant amount from a grant cycle in their portal so that they can see each individual who gave.

Csuite email log
Would be great to have a complete picture of all emails sent with the profile. If I send an award letter, that is only tracked/noted with the grant, not as an overall communication with the profile. That's not the best set up, as I think you'd want to see the full picture of any/all communications with a profile. Perhaps, since you have that capability in SLM to send and see status of emails (in rich text!) you could integrate in csuite as well.

Create a way to add different "Alert Areas". We can add additional Notes/Task types, it would be great to add additional alert types, or enable a sticky note to be pasted to the main profile or fund page.

New grants workflow- document tab
The new check workflow for grants added a "Document" tab in the Grants section of C-Suite. To clear out the number in parenthesis I noticed that you have to click "Send Documents" and then select the batch and then select "Mark Documents Sent" Is there a way you can make this a bulk update for all batches so you don't have to click in each batch separately?
I just don't like seeing a number in parenthesis each time I go into the Grants section because I keep thinking there is something I need to do, but it's just docs sitting…

Like the Task Red Alert Box, it would be nice when a grant request comes in from the fund advisor portal if a red alert box could show up around the Grants tab

System-Wide Google Analytics Support for Donor Journeys across Portal and Giving Hub
Foundations increasingly want to understand the full donor journey. From public website or email campaigns into CSuite, through the donor portal or Giving Hub, and ultimately to completed actions such as gifts or grant recommendations.
While Google Analytics can currently be applied to Giving Hub pages, there is no way to track end-to-end donor behavior across CSuite, particularly once a user enters the donor portal or navigates authenticated areas of the system.

Continue "Login As (Legacy)" on the new portal
As donor services, I work often with our DAF individuals who struggle using the portal. It is so important that we can "login as" them so we can talk them through creating a grant or how to add a gift to their DAF. I have donors tell me what they're seeing on their screen and ask me if they did their grant right. I can't see it unless I go to the List Cart in Fund Advisors and there, if they add any information in the Special Instructions, that information isn't on List Cart. And I can only see their…
1 voteTo login as a fund advisor in the new portal, you must go to the login as tab on the main profile. There is a login as option in the left menu from that tab. Because of a change to profiles and enhanced security, this will log you out of CSuite as a User. You can login as in an incognito window, that will not log you out.

Bulk Edit Notes
Just like we can delete bulk notes, it would be nice to have an edit option to change task type, who, etc.
We have notes that were imported (more than 19,000) from our conversation in 2019 that we are now getting around to sorting through. It would be nice to bulk add the name of the employee for specific notes.

Set a minimum fund balance
We need a function to establish minimum balance requirements for all of our funds so that spending is halted once the minimum balance has been reached. This is to protect us from allowing a fund to completely spend down before we are able to assess our fees (annually).

Functional Expense to include NA
It would be helpful to have the option to run the functional expense report that included all expenses, even those not coded with a functional expense code. This would allow for complete reporting of expenses and a quick way to see what expenses have not been assigned a functional expense code

Hide amounts in Donor Portal as a single checkbox choice in Settings
I know a recent update has allowed all contributor names to be anonymized, with a single checkbox in System Data, when they appear in the Donor Portal. It has been our practice to reveal contributor names and contact information to fundholders but NOT the amount of the gifts. In this way, our fundholders have an opportunity to mail their own personal thank yous to those who contribute to their fund.
I know contributor amounts can be hidden via a fund-by-fund checkbox, but for our organization, with ~1200 funds, this is a large task to undertake. Could a single checkbox choice…
