  1. Currently, if a user logs in to their donor portal, they are able to see donations that are in the "new" bucket - AKA donations that are not yet posted and may contain inaccuracies.

    This has caused confusion for a couple of our donors, particularly those that are also fund advisors and contribute to their fund via check.   2. We would like to create a custom letter that exports all the grant data for an organization in a fiscal year - similar to a donation report for funds.

    We are looking at ways to reduce the administrative burden on our grantee partners and one of the things we are looking at is reporting.

    Currently in GLM we require our grant recipient organizations to complete a report for every single grant they receive. As some organizations receive over 10 general purposes grants a fiscal year, they have to complete 10 individual reports. To try and relieve this burden, we would…

  3. Would make such a difference if we could make the mini edits we often need to do in a letter (to personalize, make a small correction, etc.) right in the platform. Downloading to word in order to make the edits and then being left with no record of the actual letter sent unless we re-upload it to just an attached file just adds to the clicks and time to do the task.

  4. Some fund agreements require a portion of spending be reinvested back into the fund's principal

    Currently, CSuite does not allow a fund to be its own beneficiary. Therefore, a manual journal entry is processed annually to reclass the reinvested amount from spendable to principal. And it is must be entered after Create Spendable Grants has been completed.

    Example:
    - 80% of spending granted externally
    - 20% must be reinvested into the fund's principal
    - After "Create Spendable Grant" runs, a manual journal entry is posted to reclass the 20% from spendable to principal.

  5. Currently, when you mark an opportunity as closed, and select successful or unsuccessful, the system automatically stamps the opportunity with the current date and time. There is no option right now to select a prior date. Because we are linking funds to opportunities, I don't want to close it until that is complete. It would be helpful to select the closed date so that I can more accurately use this data in custom reports to view what closed in each month.

    Could a custom report for Opportunity ALSO include available fields for Opp Task Names, associated Descriptions and Notes text, as well as fields for the Profile associated with the Opportunity?

    Currently, there are 3 potential Custom Reports (Task, Note, Opportunity) we can use to pull out almost all of this information, but the Available Fields vary dramatically within each of these, and none give a full Opportunity view or export.

  7. Would like to be able to add "contact" and "contact title" when using the bulk profile import to add organizations to CSuite. Currently, to do this in bulk, a profile import needs to be completed, then a bulk update for names to add the org contact name and title. It would be great to do this all in one step.   8. When we use outlook, we have to manually add the fund name and note type. We also have to manually add the sticky. Would be helpful if we could choose this. Would also be helpful to be able to create a task from the outlook email. And, if multiple funds/profiles could be chosen, bonus!

In the Fund Advisor portal, on the Catalog Request Form, there is no indication (such as with an asterisk) which fields are required, so a NPO copmleting the form must click the submit button before they are advised which fields are required. It would be helpful if required fields could indicate they were required when the form is first loaded.

    Currently, if they click the "next" button without completing ALL the required fields, it just clears out the form. Would also be helpful if we could add sub-directions for each field. For instance, put "max 200 characters" as sub-directions for…

  10. It would be great to be able to bulk edit or delete fund links/profile fund categories. We brought over a lot of fund associations from FIMS to help us until we got our data cleaned up. Now that our CSuite coding is complete, we no longer need many of these profile fund categories. Currently we have to manually remove them from each profile before deleting the code, which is very tedious.

We would like to email our yearly tax receipts to donors, but if a profile doesn't have an email the bulk job doesn't complete and all of the profiles without emails are listed so we can add an email to the profile to them run the job again for emailing receipts. In many cases we don't have the donor's email (when they mail a check for example). It would be great if the job would complete and send to those with an email and then create an 'exception report' for those without an email so we can mail those receipts…

  12. It would be great if the Fund Advisor Login Log went back further and showed a complete history of logins. Currently, it only displays a set number of rows. Knowing the full history of login attempts would be very useful. Thanks for considering!

  13. The Public Fund name should be used across the board on anything and everything that is not completely internal. Currently, the INTERNAL fund name shows on the checks that go out to the DAF grantees and the confirmation emails that go out to the DAF Advisors when grants go out, which makes no sense at all. These show the donors and the recipients of their grants the wrong name for the fund.

  14. Please add a content area to the "change profile" page of the Portal. If someone logs in and has multiple profiles associated with the same primary email address, it would be great to have the ability to add some instructions for our fund advisors, donors, etc. about which profile to select in order to accomplish their desired task (donate, grant request, etc.).   15. Currently, the Fund Advisor Login Log only shows Fund Advisors who have logged into the Portal with Username and Password. Since most/all first-time portal users log in with email and PIN (and some may continue after that), we would like to be able to track all portal users that are logging in -- whether using username and password, and/or email and PIN. Currently, there's no visible record of portal users logging in by PIN. This results in things like receiving grant requests from Fund Advisors without a record of a fund advisor having logged in, and when portals are launched,…

  16. Please leave the closing of the last month on fiscal year separate from closing the fiscal year. I like to close our last month while the audit is going on so nothing gets entered while they are working. After the audit is complete the fiscal year can be closed.

  18. With the location of the copy button without a "sure you want to copy" confirmation the way you do with deletions, profiles can get copied without users realizing it. There is a message that comes up but if someone is typing they completely miss it. PLEASE add a confirmation for copying.

  20. Currently the only billing "Terms" available for use on Vendor records is "Due on Receipt". Having the ability to edit this field to include additional billing terms would allow for more complete vendor records and assist with payment schedules.

    It would also be beneficial if the "Due Date" field auto populated during Voucher entry should specific "Terms" be selected on a Vendors profile.
