Please fix the Copy button!!
With the location of the copy button without a "sure you want to copy" confirmation the way you do with deletions, profiles can get copied without users realizing it. There is a message that comes up but if someone is typing they completely miss it. PLEASE add a confirmation for copying.

Anonymous Donors in 990 Report
Want donor's marked as anonymous to be anonymous in 990 report export. Some donors have to be completely anonymous and can't even be identified in 990.

Ability to edit Vendor "Terms" for Vouchers
Currently the only billing "Terms" available for use on Vendor records is "Due on Receipt". Having the ability to edit this field to include additional billing terms would allow for more complete vendor records and assist with payment schedules.
It would also be beneficial if the "Due Date" field auto populated during Voucher entry should specific "Terms" be selected on a Vendors profile.

bulk attach
A HUGE time saver would be the ability to attach one file to multiple journal entries at once. Currently, if the same documentation needs to be attached to multiple entries, you have to do it one at a time. A button on the main journal entry screen for a "bulk attach file" would be greatly beneficial. Say you could upload the file and then select all the entries it needs to be attached to. This pain point comes up all the time with multi-fund entries for payroll and other various monthly/quarterly closing tasks.

Sync Sandbox Site Message
Once clicking to sync the Sandbox site to the Production Site, it would be good if a message popped up once the sync is complete. Currently a message before syncing appears saying that the Development site will be offline for about 5 minutes and the sync will take place. But there is no message alerting that the sync is complete.

Assign Scholarship Letter Templates to Grantee/School Profiles
Sometimes different schools have differing criteria for the student information they would like us to communicate along with scholarship payments and being able to accommodate those differences within the templates assigned would be a great convenience. At the simplest level, some schools request we include a student info form and it would be great if our letter could reference that form as part of the complete correspondence, while not referencing any attachments on letters to schools that do not request supplemental documentation.

Auto-Populate a Student's SSN from a follow-up form to their User Profile
Since we need to collect all student's personal information to report to the Canada Revenue Agency every year, currently, we must manually enter each student's SSN to their CSuite profile. In our process, we ask for a student's SSN and direct-deposit information on a follow-up form that must be completed after they have been selected to receive funding. It would be great to have a function that can import this information from the SLM follow-up form to their CSuite profile.

Can't Keep up with Software Updates!
While we appreciate your software and all the grand things it can do, we have found it difficult to keep up with the rate at which you make changes. We are a small office of three people. We struggle keeping up with our day-to-day tasks, let alone keeping up with software updates. We are so far behind on your software updates--we just can't keep up. Can you consider doing these on a broader calendar scale? Or maybe implement them based on changes more for 'big offices' vs. 'little shops' ?

Add Invoice ID and Donation ID to Profile Payment Custom Report
In support of requests from our auditors, we need a report that combines all money-in -- both donations and invoice payments. However, we have not found a way to create that in Custom Reports. We are looking for a way to combine both donation details and invoice payment details.

Ability to attach a scan of checks that are included in an check donation upload.
After the upload is complete, you can list the uploads which has an ID that you should be able to click on and attach a file.

Fund Beneficiary Grantees/Funds: Add ability for a fund to designate its own fund as beneficiary
Some fund agreements require a portion of spending be reinvested back into the fund's principal
Currently, CSuite does not allow a fund to be its own beneficiary. Therefore, a manual journal entry is processed annually to reclass the reinvested amount from spendable to principal. And it is must be entered after Create Spendable Grants has been completed.
Example:
- 80% of spending granted externally
- 20% must be reinvested into the fund's principal

Create account / subaccount without having to save and edit
It would be great when creating GL account (and other records) to have all fields visible upon initial entry vs. having to edit after saving. It would ensure the complete set of data accompanied the record, and save time.

Internal Description Line - Fund Statement Module
We would find it very helpful if there were an internal description line for fund statement batches. We use the external/donor facing line for the date/date range of the statement. As we create statements by fund group in order to provide development and donor services with their specific fund statements, all groups simply say 'July 1, 202X-09/30/20XX'. We have to select each individual batch in order to find historic information when needed. A 'Batch' level internal description would be most appreciated to assist us in saving time. Bulk update Opportunity status
It would be helpful to have the ability to bulk edit the status of opportunities to complete. We are using them to track sponsorship/donation requests for our gala. There are hundreds each year. It would be nice to be able to close them all, for that year, at once when our event is complete.

Tributes should be flagged somehow when there is similarity
For online gifts, one donor calls the honoree Dr. Joe Smith, another, Joe Smith, yet another Joseph Smith...currently, that makes 3 completely different tributes, when it's the same person and the same person or family for a memorial should get notified...that's a hot mess. Also, is it fair to assume we in the position of entering a check gift would know that there is an existing tribute?? The Tribute list view is now a custom report with the ability to sort each column and have the ability to apply filters, save filtered lists, export, email and load for future use. On the left hand menu, there is also a new Delete Unused menu item. This will allow clients to delete any unused tributes that do not have donations attached to the tribute or if the tribute does not have associated notify information. If the notify address or email information is not completed, the tribute information will move to a non-notify tribute field. This will allow clients to retain the information about the tribute on the donation in a text field.

Easy enhancement(s) to left side menu
One frustrating thing about the left menu is that menu items move up and down the list in seemingly random order, depending on which screen you're on. I think the first step is to the most common items at the top of all pages. First priority should be "Add task" and "Add note", then "list", "search", and "edit".
Another nice touch would be to make the blue box at the top of the left menu function as a "home click" so if I click the blue box it goes back to the root menu for that section.

Opportunities & Task reporting Shared assignments
I would like to add the capability to include the employee named that a task is shared with when an opportunity task is created so that both team members can share accountability for the outcome. We use this information in our development meetings and have a custom report created. It would be great to add this to our report to help with assignments.

On Home Page left column display Recent Items like in Salesforce, a view of recently viewed records (top 10 of anything with a unique id)
In Salesforce on the home page there is an option to view recent items. It displays the most recent records that the user last looked at. In Csuite this could be anything with a unique id (note, task, profile, fund, vendor, donation, grant, etc.). Even displaying the most recent 5-10. Sometimes you step a way or click out or you need to remember what you last looked at and this can be a helpful tool. I've included a screenshot from Salesforce (with information redacted) and from where I suggest it displays on the home page.
