  1. It would be nice to have the availability to bulk update/import/delete all fields on a record (profile, gift, grant, fund, etc)

    Because of the volume of each of those items in a database it become tedious and tiresome to do some of the most simple and routine task.

  2. When running an admin fee report within a fund, it only includes fees that were charged in the quarterly process or done manually. It does not include transactional admin fees charged for each donation, grant, etc. in this report. This can make it difficult to get a complete picture of the fees charged to a fund. It would be ideal if this report included ALL admin fees charged to the fund. Thanks!

  3. Now that you've gone to a tab system it would be nice if tabs that have no information under them were grayed out or a different color. Right now you have to click on every tab to make sure you have a complete picture of the profile. If you knew that there was no information under a tab it would save time.

  4. Used to be a RE NXT user, and one of the best features was Workflow Designer. You could create processes — known as workflows — as an automated series of steps in the form of actions, emails, or conditions. You can assign actions to someone in your organization to complete, then add conditions to have the workflow move to the next action.
    You could add emails to your workflow and set conditions to automatically send those emails to your constituents. You'll add actions and emails based on your chosen criteria and let the workflow do all the work, saving yourself…

In the new portal, when a grant catalog is visible to fund advisors there are two options after you choose to donate to the grant catalog - 1. complete a donation through the Giving Hub, 2. choose Grant Request to request a grant through the fund advisor's DAF. We currently only market our Grant Catalogs to our DAF holders to encourage them to use their DAF spendables to support local non-profits. It is confusing to have both options available. Could the "Donate" option be turned on or off at our discretion instead of always included?

    We have completely reimagined the Grant Catalog with comprehensive updates designed to support Give Day campaigns and provide greater flexibility in grant management.

    Detail Tab Enhancements:

    Fund Integration: Added Fund field to Grant Catalog, enabling setup of dedicated catalog funds for streamlined grant organization.

    Grant Type Categories: Redesigned functionality to use Grant Types as categories, allowing categories to display at the top of grant catalogs populated from Grantee or Fund records.

    Request Form Customization: New Request Form Options provide complete control over required fields for grantees, including the ability to relabel input fields for a better user experience.

We have just completed our annual member invoicing process; I was able to import the invoice details, but had to generate the invoice document one record at a time, and print each invoice individually. Being able to batch process multiple invoice records would be helpful. The process of simply printing the invoices to go to members took multiple hours today versus the few minutes it should take.

  7. The public securities section of CSuite is great! There is a lot of clicking required, though. It would be nice if the securities, sale history, etc. all showed on the donation page without having to click through so many areas to have a complete picture of all associated with the gift.   8. It would be nice to be able to create a Campaign for a free event and the RSVP reflect the number of attendees. It would make it a little easier than having to take the extra step and create a ticket after the RSVP. I completely understand why it's needed for priced Campaigns but just thought removing that extra step for free campaigns would be nice.

  9. Please cut down on the number of clicks required with the "new" bucket setup for the process of printing tax receipts, envelopes, and marking sent. The new system is unreasonably cumbersome for such a basic, daily task.

  10. As the nonprofit completes the Grant Catalog request form, they're prompted with a with a "submit another request" button. We'd like the option to disable that button. We only allow nonprofits to submit one request per Catalog and this feature is confusing for them. If there could be an option to Allow

  12. This is reopening and combining a few previous ideas. We have tons of note and task types, please give us the ability for separate types. It would be so helpful if we could streamline them by changing them from one type to another as can currently be done with profile types. Thank you for reconsidering this option.

  13. We would like to link grants to opportunities. We have some clients where we are managing a few multi-year grant commitments. These are not through GLM but through a separate agreement. We'd like to use opportunity tasks to collaborate on these, list the beneficiary profiles, and link the actual grant records. This would allow us the flexibility to utilize opportunities to track the work done for these relationships as these donors trust us to steward these specific grants that would not work as a recurring grant series because there is added complexity.

  14. It would be very helpful to have a Complete All option in the Scholarships Paid bucket (just as it is in the Grants Paid bucket). Currently, we have to click into each scholarship record and choose Complete one-by-one.

  16. While we appreciate your software and all the grand things it can do, we have found it difficult to keep up with the rate at which you make changes. We are a small office of three people. We struggle keeping up with our day-to-day tasks, let alone keeping up with software updates. We are so far behind on your software updates--we just can't keep up. Can you consider doing these on a broader calendar scale? Or maybe implement them based on changes more for 'big offices' vs. 'little shops' ?

  18. Having the last note date from a profile on the donor report would be incredibly beneficial. This may get too complicated as there are various notes (grant, fund, opportunity, etc.) vs. the specific task types that can be edited. However, it would aid philanthropic/donor services teams to easily run the donor report and view team/staff activity compared to donor/donation activity (like last donation date and donation summary data).

  20. When marking a task complete within an opportunity, you have the ability to create a note and link to the Fund. The note will show up on the native profile, but will not show up on the linked Fund like a regular note does. Please adjust this to show on both the profile and the Fund so that we're not having to duplicate efforts and adding the note a second time to the fund.
