  1. To complete online registration, the registrar needs to provide their details, including credit card information, and optional the guest's name; the guest must be included to enable RSVP confirmation and appear on the guest list.
    If the registrar represents an organization, the RSVP status won't be displayed in the profile. Is it feasible to incorporate a registration column for this purpose? Please note, that activating RSVP to yes will treat the organization as an additional guest, impacting the total RSVP count.

    3/5/2025:: In a campaign on the Ticket report, accessible from the Tickets tab, has been upgraded to a custom report. This update provides the ability to filter and export the report for enhanced flexibility and analysis. "To Assign" column has been added to the Ticket report. This new column allows users to quickly view the number of tickets that are yet to be assigned, streamlining the ticket management process. When selecting the Ticket Report, users will see a Resend Guest Link option in the left hand menu. This is a bulk action and will allow the ability to resend the Guest Link. Campaigns: The TypeID is now displayed in the Request table, providing more granular visibility into request data. A Short Name field has been added to requests. This short name will appear next to the request response in the report, providing an abbreviated version of the request name…

  2. When marking a task complete within an opportunity, you have the ability to create a note and link to the Fund. The note will show up on the native profile, but will not show up on the linked Fund like a regular note does. Please adjust this to show on both the profile and the Fund so that we're not having to duplicate efforts and adding the note a second time to the fund.

  4. See attached below. This is what it used to look like when I would generate fund statements (back before a lot of updates), I WOULD LOVE THIS FEATURE TO COME BACK!!!!

    I generate the files but someone else reviews and it doesn’t provide a number now until the review is complete, which does not help me in making sure all have been accounted for prior to sending for review.

    This is what shows now but it gives me the number AFTER the fact.

    It would make my life so much more efficient to have this feature back in the generation…

  5. As the nonprofit completes the Grant Catalog request form, they're prompted with a with a "submit another request" button. We'd like the option to disable that button. We only allow nonprofits to submit one request per Catalog and this feature is confusing for them. If there could be an option to Allow

  6. How pending Internal Transfer grants are displayed on the destination funds portal is misleading. They appear to be complete but are not included in the balance above. Please add “pending” label to future grants under “recent contributions” on the grantees’ fund holder portal so that it is clear on both the destination and source fund portals.

  7. I love all the new changes to the tasks, with the buckets and ability to deleted. I appreciate Foundant's responsiveness to our ideas. I wanted to clarify my earlier suggestion (which is now closed) to include the profile name. One of the updates added the profile column, but it only displays the profile number, not the name, which doesn't help. Could you change it to pull the profile name?

  8. We had used the counts to verify that we were getting the number of statements needed, now you can't see this until you are done with everything and have to open each batch to see counts. Not effective when you have another person doing the approvals.

    We have multiple investment portfolios and with the change to fund statement processing it has been changed to one criteria selection. We like to keep the portfolio's separate to check that the investment return is posting accurately.   9. We would like to create a custom letter that exports all the grant data for an organization in a fiscal year - similar to a donation report for funds.

    We are looking at ways to reduce the administrative burden on our grantee partners and one of the things we are looking at is reporting.

    Currently in GLM we require our grant recipient organizations to complete a report for every single grant they receive. As some organizations receive over 10 general purposes grants a fiscal year, they have to complete 10 individual reports. To try and relieve this burden, we would…

  10. Would make such a difference if we could make the mini edits we often need to do in a letter (to personalize, make a small correction, etc.) right in the platform. Downloading to word in order to make the edits and then being left with no record of the actual letter sent unless we re-upload it to just an attached file just adds to the clicks and time to do the task.

  11. Currently, when you mark an opportunity as closed, and select successful or unsuccessful, the system automatically stamps the opportunity with the current date and time. There is no option right now to select a prior date. Because we are linking funds to opportunities, I don't want to close it until that is complete. It would be helpful to select the closed date so that I can more accurately use this data in custom reports to view what closed in each month.

  12. Would like to be able to add "contact" and "contact title" when using the bulk profile import to add organizations to CSuite. Currently, to do this in bulk, a profile import needs to be completed, then a bulk update for names to add the org contact name and title. It would be great to do this all in one step.   13. It would be great to be able to bulk edit or delete fund links/profile fund categories. We brought over a lot of fund associations from FIMS to help us until we got our data cleaned up. Now that our CSuite coding is complete, we no longer need many of these profile fund categories. Currently we have to manually remove them from each profile before deleting the code, which is very tedious.

  14. In an effort to move to more ACH payments, we would like an integration of a cloud-based, third party billing service. At our foundation, we have no interest in collecting our vendor and grantee's sensitive bank information and storing and entering it ourselves. That is why we believe a successful third-party billing option is the best way to go. We have heard that CSuite is experimenting with Bambora, however, upon our research, we find that this may not completely suit all our needs. Has CSuite looked into working with another billing service, like bill.com, for instance? If not, I suggest…

In the Fund Advisor portal, on the Catalog Request Form, there is no indication (such as with an asterisk) which fields are required, so a NPO copmleting the form must click the submit button before they are advised which fields are required. It would be helpful if required fields could indicate they were required when the form is first loaded.

    Currently, if they click the "next" button without completing ALL the required fields, it just clears out the form. Would also be helpful if we could add sub-directions for each field. For instance, put "max 200 characters" as sub-directions for…

Stripes non-profit credit card fee is 2.2% +.30, it would be nice if we had the option to charge that exact fee amount in CSuite to prevent over charging our donors and causing confusion and extra activity on the fund statements. It should be a complete wash if the donor wants to cover the charge.

    The additional donation was built as a suggestion to cover not only the credit card processing fees, but the Foundation's fees as well. In general, a 3% fee works out to closely match the current stripe fees.

  17. The Public Fund name should be used across the board on anything and everything that is not completely internal. Currently, the INTERNAL fund name shows on the checks that go out to the DAF grantees and the confirmation emails that go out to the DAF Advisors when grants go out, which makes no sense at all. These show the donors and the recipients of their grants the wrong name for the fund.

  18. Please add a content area to the "change profile" page of the Portal. If someone logs in and has multiple profiles associated with the same primary email address, it would be great to have the ability to add some instructions for our fund advisors, donors, etc. about which profile to select in order to accomplish their desired task (donate, grant request, etc.). We would like to email our yearly tax receipts to donors, but if a profile doesn't have an email the bulk job doesn't complete and all of the profiles without emails are listed so we can add an email to the profile to them run the job again for emailing receipts. In many cases we don't have the donor's email (when they mail a check for example). It would be great if the job would complete and send to those with an email and then create an 'exception report' for those without an email so we can mail those receipts…

  20. It would be great if the Fund Advisor Login Log went back further and showed a complete history of logins. Currently, it only displays a set number of rows. Knowing the full history of login attempts would be very useful. Thanks for considering!
