  1. It would be wonderful if you could see completed tasks when on a profile. When I pull up a donor profile, I need to see what/when their last point of contact was. For example, if we mailed a personal note, made a phone call, sent an email. Very helpful information especially when a donor says, we haven't heard from you this year!

  2. It would be helpful if we could net transfer requests when printing the request form. For example, Fund A needs to transfer $100 from our bank account to an investment account, and Fund B needs to transfer $200 from the same investment account to our bank account. The balance swap module wants us to transfer more than necessary, so I need to do a manual swap. After completing the manual swaps, the net is $100 from investments to bank account, but the only options I am aware of are to print both requests and add a note to clarify what…

  3. For the Donation Notes Label in the Giving Hub - Is there a way to expand the character max or at least show all of the words? It is cutting off the limited amount. Ideally, we would love to use a drop down for folks to choose purpose of donation. (ex. Sponsorship, Mitzvah Moment, Board Contribution, General Support, Event Ticket, Registration, etc)

  4. We would like to have the start and ends dates for grant catalogue requests to be tied to the individual requests in our grants catalogue rather than tied to the entire catalogue. We recently had a request that needs to be removed from the catalogue prior to it's full funding due to a change in the entity that owns the project asking for funds.   5. Need to be able to determine who can cancel/write-off a pledge or pledge payment. Currently there is not a separate permission in pledges where you can determine what users can write-off or cancel a pledge.

  6. We are encountering a problem when an individual registers for an event as an organization. This results in duplicate profiles of the organization, and we are unable to merge or delete the profiles because a ticket is associated with it. Additionally, we have difficulty knowing which individual from the organization is attending the event because the person registering does not usually go back to edit the guest information with their name.     You should be able to change the new organization profile to an individual, then merge it. Extra steps - I know, but that would be a current solution to the duplicates.

  7. If you don't work with grants to know there are some in the system to be paid and you look at a fund that has pending grants, it can look like something is wrong on the fund. The fund balance has been reduced by the pending grants but the assets have not been reduced. This makes sense but for development people who aren't aware of grants, it can get confusing. Could there be some sort of flag on the balance that grants are pending or something?

  8. When setting up loan accounts in the Accounts Default section, you must assign only one account for Loans Payable, Loans Receivable and Loan Interest. We have 3 separate loans that are sub-accounts of these accounts. So each time I set up a loan, create a voucher for the loan payment, invoice interest payments, or invoice for a principal repayment, I need to reset the defaults so that they map to the correct sub account.   10. We have a specific fund that needs to track everyone who is making a donation as they are using their fund as a flow-through. However, a few members had made their donations and accidentally marked their donations as anonymous when checking out. This made it difficult for the Fund Advisor to follow up with those who had not made their donations. To make it easier for both the Fund Advisor and the members who are donating, it would be nice to have the option to disable/remove the "Anonymous Donation" checkbox from the checkout screen, but only for this specific fund…

  11. We have an annual Gala fundraiser event set up as a campaign in C-Suite. The Gala has some tickets for sponsorships, some are tables, some are tickets and some are donation items or underwriting options.

    For only one of those conditions is the best term "Ticket(s)" in the user's Cart Summary page.

    I'd like to be able to provide a noun for use in the cart (in the edit-ticket form), so that respectively above someone could have one sponsorship, two tables, four tickets and one underwritten expense shown in their Cart Summary page as they check out.

  12. The charity check data (through Grant Connect) is only updated on a quarterly basis, which means that if a Charity looses their status, they won't fail the charity check until the next quarter. The data should be updated on a daily basis - not quarterly.

    At this time, Grant Connect receives a manual update from the CRA. It is not an API feed that can be updated daily.

  13. Please can we have an option to remove the do not email, call or mail in bulk for individual profiles? You currently have to click through all three - can we have a do not contact option that encompasses all 3?

  14. Need the system to take the FMV and calculate the new year's payment on CRTs based on a specified % of FMV. His example was 8% payout annually of FMV. But that FMV updates every year, so payment amounts need to change; the % remains static.

  15. Would love ability to see where a "fund advisor" is accessing, fund statements versus documents versus tax receipts. We are trying to evaluate if our newsletter is being read that is provided at the time of fund statements. Our email directs them to click in documents to see but we have no way of knowing if they actually are.

  17. Sounds like you often recommend that Opportunities be used to track bequest status however, the system does not allow you to link a deceased profile to an opportunity. Can you change this so that deceased profiles can indeed be linked to an opportunity?

  18. Similar to HubSpot's dashboard features, it would be useful to build custom dashboards where a collection of reports are saved on a particular page with a customized name.

    With this feature, the user could build custom reports and save them in a collection on a page where other users could access the dashboard to check metrics.

    This would help users who need to track custom metrics that aren't necessarily represented on the dashboards already created by CSuite.

  19. When I create print letters to notify folks that a tribute gift was made, I typically make edits to the letters before printing and sending. However, if someone has selected to notify the tribute via email, I am unable to edit the letter.

    Could there be a setting to toggle off this option on our website so that the public can only choose to notify people via snail mail?

    Or could the system allow me to edit my letter before it is emailed?

  20. If you post a voucher before you add the campaign, you must unpost it before the campaign can be added. It would be easier if you can add a campaign to a posted voucher, similar to adding a campaign to a posted donation.
