  1. We are working with opportunities, but we do not give all ambassadors access to CSuite, so we manage some of our interactions in spreadsheets. It would be wonderful if we could import updates to opportunities. Currently, we can import notes, but no other information. It would be great to be able to import opp tasks as well, so that we can track and report on all activity.

  2. It would be great if the "List " option when you're in a fund profile could be set to show ONLY open funds. Instead, it shows all funds, even the many that have been closed over the years. I would assume most staff using CSuite for day-to-day tasks would utilize the "open" fund list more than the full list!

  3. We work very hard to get our ticket purchasers to complete their guest information. But when they do and we select "Convert to Guest", the contact information entered on the guest record is NOT copied into the new profile. This is requiring duplicate work. Can we please have CSuite save the contact information from the guest record into the new profile?

  5. Now that you've gone to a tab system it would be nice if tabs that have no information under them were grayed out or a different color. Right now you have to click on every tab to make sure you have a complete picture of the profile. If you knew that there was no information under a tab it would save time.

  6. It would be nice to have the availability to bulk update/import/delete all fields on a record (profile, gift, grant, fund, etc)

    Because of the volume of each of those items in a database it become tedious and tiresome to do some of the most simple and routine task.

  7. In CSuite, there is an issue where if you assign a Task to yourself as the assignee, the Outlook calendar event does not show up in your calendar even if you check off the box to send it. It would be so helpful to have that option to automatically receive the Outlook calendar event when a task is assigned to yourself.

  8. We have just completed our annual member invoicing process; I was able to import the invoice details, but had to generate the invoice document one record at a time, and print each invoice individually. Being able to batch process multiple invoice records would be helpful. The process of simply printing the invoices to go to members took multiple hours today versus the few minutes it should take.

  9. It would be nice to be able to create a Campaign for a free event and the RSVP reflect the number of attendees. It would make it a little easier than having to take the extra step and create a ticket after the RSVP. I completely understand why it's needed for priced Campaigns but just thought removing that extra step for free campaigns would be nice.

  10. The public securities section of CSuite is great! There is a lot of clicking required, though. It would be nice if the securities, sale history, etc. all showed on the donation page without having to click through so many areas to have a complete picture of all associated with the gift.   11. When running an admin fee report within a fund, it only includes fees that were charged in the quarterly process or done manually. It does not include transactional admin fees charged for each donation, grant, etc. in this report. This can make it difficult to get a complete picture of the fees charged to a fund. It would be ideal if this report included ALL admin fees charged to the fund. Thanks!

  12. Could you please modify the grant description field so that it automatically wraps text when adding or editing descriptions?

    Currently, the field allows up to 255 characters, but it's challenging to verify entries because we can't view the entire description at once. It would greatly improve usability if the description text wrapped within the field during data entry, allowing us to see the complete description without having to scroll. Once the grant is saved, we can read the entire description in one field but still have to scroll when editing.

  13. Used to be a RE NXT user, and one of the best features was Workflow Designer. You could create processes — known as workflows — as an automated series of steps in the form of actions, emails, or conditions. You can assign actions to someone in your organization to complete, then add conditions to have the workflow move to the next action.
    You could add emails to your workflow and set conditions to automatically send those emails to your constituents. You'll add actions and emails based on your chosen criteria and let the workflow do all the work, saving yourself…

  14. Please cut down on the number of clicks required with the "new" bucket setup for the process of printing tax receipts, envelopes, and marking sent. The new system is unreasonably cumbersome for such a basic, daily task.

  16. It would be very helpful to have a Complete All option in the Scholarships Paid bucket (just as it is in the Grants Paid bucket). Currently, we have to click into each scholarship record and choose Complete one-by-one.

  17. Can we separate Note Type and Task Type? We would love to have unique task types that are not Note Types.

  18. In the ticket portion of a campaign, change the label in the "Edit Guest Information" button to "Complete Guest information."

  20. In the new portal, when a grant catalog is visible to fund advisors there are two options after you choose to donate to the grant catalog - 1. complete a donation through the Giving Hub, 2. choose Grant Request to request a grant through the fund advisor's DAF. We currently only market our Grant Catalogs to our DAF holders to encourage them to use their DAF spendables to support local non-profits. It is confusing to have both options available. Could the "Donate" option be turned on or off at our discretion instead of always included?
